But upon receiving my shirt the owner was being questionable asking me how did I get brown stains on my shirt and that my shirt was very fragile and the material was very delicate. They couldn't clean the stains which is just fine but they return my shirt with two giant holes just torn. Upon asking how my shirt got to that condition the owner said she does not know and proceeded to ripe the whole even bigger. I ended up just keeping my mouth shut and she said due to the incident she didn't charge my dry cleaning bill of $26 but I still had some uneasiness about my whole shirt being wreaked. Upon bringing it up to my other dry cleaner they said the shirt was mishandled and must of snagged into the machinery they were using to clean my shirt. I'm just at a loss to argue with the store. But I urge anyone considering bringing their nice clothes to clean at this establishment just to stay away unless you want to risk your clothes being mangled.

When I walked back in to tell her that I want all my items back and my husband does not want me to leave without his shirt that was supposed to be ready five days ago. after searching frantically through her store,she did locate the shirt and told me if she can make it up by having it dry clean and it would be ready within one hour at no charge due to the mess up. The female clerk agreed to that pickup time. When I returned the day after the day it was promised, I was told by another person that it was not ready. Since the promised pickup time had already passed, I politely asked if he could please double-check in case there had been a mistake. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, the female clerk came out and began yelling at me at the top of her lungs, aggressively confronting and intimidating me in front of other people when I had done absolutely nothing wrong. She told me to leave and never come back because she was getting worked up???The way she treats customers is humiliating and completely unprofessional. She even showed me burns on her arms and talked about how hard she works, as though that justified the way she was treating a customer. The situation escalated to the point where she put her hands on me and tried to pushed me toward the exit. Another person who was present, whom she identified as a friend and a police officer, actually told her in her own language not to push or put her hands on me. The yelling, profanity, intimidation, aggression, and complete lack of professionalism were shocking. I was simply trying to pick up my clothing based on the pickup time that she herself had agreed to. Whatever stress or personal issues an employee may be dealing with, that is never an excuse to verbally attack, intimidate, or physically push a customer. Finally the piece of clothing was thrown back at me completely wet and dirty when it was not dirty when i dropped it off. This was one of the most unacceptable and unprofessional customer-service experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend that management address this behavior. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, dignity, and respect.
