Best Cleaners lives up to its name. I've been coming to this establishment for the last couple of years. They do quality work and very reasonably priced. I tried another cleaners in town, but they didn't come close to my ultimate cleaner now. If you need something done right away they'll work with you on that and make sure you're on your way. There's plenty of parking with the handicap stalls close to the front entrance. Price is okay. But they don't do a good job at cleaning. Puffer jacket came back the same as before. Dirt spots never get cleaned and told me it's in the fibers and cannot be removed. Lady didn't care and didn't even bother to apologize. Never coming back to this place again although it's a very convenient location. Service is horrible. read more

brought a linen jacket in for cuffs shorten and waist reduction. the first thing the Asian lady said was " the waist reduction can NOT be done, because the tail of the jacket will flare outward and it wouldn't look right. ( I had suit jacket waist reduction done at Nordstrom and the seamstress did a wonderful job without hesitation). I did not argue and agree only cuffs shortened. the price was $25. I picked up the jacket in a week and I was so glad I didn't convince her to do the waist take-in. Both the cuffs came out crooked and flare out at the buttons area, the extra 2 inches of material just folded back in without trimming some off to line up with the rest the jacket's style, worse of all, it wasn't evenly sewn back, it is wavy. The verdict: her craftsmanship is inferior, I wouldn't let her do any alteration even if it is free. I would rate a big 0 if there was available!!! read more

I took a suit and tie to get dry cleaned here and the prices are pretty cheap. The suit was cleaned on time, but when I came to pick everything up, they said the tie was still being cleaned. That meant I had to come back a second time to get it which was a waste of my time. Not only was the tie not cleaned on time, but they ruined it also. The seam along the back of the tie is crooked now. They must not have lined it up correctly when they ironed it after cleaning it. read more

Formerly (or also known as) Lewis Cleaners, I chose Best Cleaners based off a few factors. Firstly, it was relatively standard/cheap. Regular hemming is $7 with Original hem at $12. The service was fast, giving me a pick up time the next day. Thirdly location was close. This review is strictly for one hemming experience. Your experiences may vary. I brought in a pair of nice jeans for alteration. I later heard from friends and family that they have been there, and have messed up before. I was going in skeptical already, but decided to try them. I spoke to the lady and she measured everything out. When I was getting my ticket I asked her opinion to see what she recommended regarding regular/original hem on these particular jeans. She told me that honestly from afar it doesn't really matter to go regular hem. On top of it, the jeans weren't distressed or intentionally worn for style. I decided to alter it with a regular hem. Upon receiving it, I would say I am satisfied. Given the negative comments I heard, the hem work was passing. From afar, you can't really tell and luckily I wasn't particularly picky with these jeans either. You can refer to the uploaded photo for comparison Overall, service was fast and the job was done accurately as she stated. The thread she used matched the color of the jeans. I called around to many places in the area and this place was by far the cheapest. $4.95 suit jackets $3.95 suit pants $7.95 suit/jacket combo! Other places I found charged $8-10 just for the jackets! This place has been here for years but this was my first time trying them out. The lady in the front who I dealt with was nice, but didn't know too much English. The owner was there too and was also friendly. I didn't know what to expect with the low prices compared to everywhere else, but I am completely satisfied with their job! They even ironed each piece and made sure to get the creases right. I used to go to the cleaners right by Big Lots until it switched owners. Then a a very rude lady at the front took over and I no longer wanted to take my business there. I started coming here and enjoyed the customer service and also have had no complaints about the quality of my clean clothes =) Usually, they can do it from one day to the next if you take it in before one. I brought in a silk top to dry clean, the price here was cheap, however when I got the blouse back the hem was frayed, I took a closer look, the hem that has done by hand with silk thread completely came undone, I have no idea what happened, when I pointed it out to the owner she was not happy and denied that they had anything to-do with it, I was not going to take this as a oh well my lost , this was an expensive designer blouse, I would have paid more for more careful treatment if she had alerted me, they only charged me 3 bucks, so should I Have known no care will be put into it since its so cheap ? Anyways after some back and forth arguing , she agrees to hem it for me for free. so I went back the next day only find that she hemed it with the machine, so you can see the stitches on the front side of the material, since its silk can you imagine how bad that looks ? And it's not the way it was when I send it in, they hemed it by hand in the first place for a reason, this prevents the bottom of the blouses with the look of a hem. So after another argument she agreed to redo this by hand. I will never take my expensive cloth to dry clean at a place that lowers their quality of service just to have a lower price so they can have a competitive edge. Currently looking for a new dry cleaner , one star for the quality of service, second star for at least trying to correct the mistake even though was not voluntary. read more

I just love this cleaners! The hours are convenient. The lady inside is super nice and does such an amazing job! & on top of that the prices are super affordable!! I have been going to this cleaners for a year now. My husband and daughter do jiu jitsu and I always need their GI's and patches sowed on. For patches on the top GI she only charges $10! & if you need patches attached to the pants she will charge and extra $2! Amazing prices!! Definitely come by and check this place out! The woman owner in this shop has serious problem. Gave her a shirt to dry clean. When I tried to pick it up, she said she couldn't find the shirt. Spent like 30 minutes looking for it. And then the shirt is just right there. Had a few times when they damaged the clothes I gave them. Finally I had it and didn't go back ever again. Look, you know how bad laundry places are. They damaged something and won't take responsibility and even yell at you. This is that type of laundry shops. Don't go there! read more

First and last time here. Brought shirts in for laundry and pants for dry clean last week. Price is a little more than the one across the street, but still not bad. Picked up the clothes today and noticed one shirt had spots on the sleeve. I thought was starch, but the owner said it is glue. This is a new shirt that I only wore once. I am an office worker that never uses glue. I am 100% certain when I brought the shirt in for laundry, it did not have spots on the sleeve. Owner basically told me: my lost. After my horrible experience at the dry cleaner next to Big Lots on Nogales, I found this one. The price for dry cleaning is fair, but the quality of work is great. I have no complaints what-so-ever about them. The husband and wife who work here are very friendly. I've had my coats dry cleaned here with no problem and they even did a great job fixing a broken strap on my purse. I recently moved to Chino Hills, but I still drop off my dry cleaning here because they are dependable. :) read more
