Rude/horrible owner.. if you like stained shirts come here. I took the shirt back because they didn't even bother to call me and say anything AFTER FINDING A STAINED SHIRT.. she tells me they wouldn't do that they refused to take it back her excuse is "the tag on the shirt doesn't match theirs colors" .. I've been using them for the last 4 months since they would call me 3 times a day while on quarantine that they are open.. but they can't call me over a stained shirt.. this is the second time they do this She's yelling at me and insulting me for her mistake.. they drink coffee while cleaning clothes... and finally it spilled on my shirt AGAIN and greasy fingerprints.. they can't afford napkins instead used my shirts.. now can't remove the stains avoid this place.. after spending a lot here she treats customers like crap she can't even take any feed back.. please save your money! I brought in a jumpsuit for alterations because the length was way too long for shorty me. The lady who helped me was really nice. I felt like it was very pricey, $15 for hemming. I will never use this place again and will not direct anybody towards one hour cleaners it took three days to get my jacket back and it was still not clean. read more

They are very nice. I've never had a problem with any clothes I've dropped off here. They've got out stains I thought wouldn't come out and also mended a few items for me. Their prices are a little pricey but they are close to home and convenient and quick. read more

I told her I needed it ready by the next morning, having come in around 6 PM, which she originally said was impossible, but then got a call the next morning that they'd have it done by 8:30! They do not take responsibility for any damages. They ruined my buttons on my blouse. They neglected to cover the buttons prior to dry cleaning which resulted in the color chipping off. The buttons are a unique color and matched the blouse color. I couldn't find the same buttons and would have to change all to a different color. When I brought it to their attention, the lady pointed to the sign and said they are not responsible for damages even though they did not comply to the standard dry cleaning practice of covering the buttons. She did not apologize and actually blamed me for being difficult. The least they could have done is not charge for the cleaning fee but she refused and refused to pay me for the damages nor did she offer a discount off the dry cleaning fee. She refused to pay for the cost of new buttons and only agreed to sew new ones if I brought them to her. I have been coming to this dry cleaners for years and will not be coming back. read more

I must say that this dry cleaner does everything you need in a cleaning service. That is, they clean your clothes thoroughly and take care of your clothes the way you expect them to. I came across this location when my previous cleaners weren't doing the best job I thought they could (I.e they weren't getting all the stains out to completion). My dress clothes come out looking like I just purchased them straight from the store. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else for my cleaning services as they do an outstanding job from dropping my clothes off to picking them up. read more
