I came across this dry cleaner place a few years ago. We had been coming here since then. The owners are very kind, trustworthy and honest. I brought a blazer top with stains and he said it doesnt look like it's gonna be completely off but he would try his best. On the promised day, I came to pick it up along with other pieces of clothings and he said it looks better now but if I want to, he can try to remove more. Of course I agreed. To my surprise, almost all of the stains came off! Honestly, I didn't even expect the stains to come off at all since I have been neglecting this blazer for a long time. I came here to get my wedding dress cleaned and they did an amazing job! They mentioned needed at least two weeks to clean, I didn't mind since I wasn't in any hurry. They did a very thorough job since I did a photoshoot where my train was dragging along sand and dirt and occasional light mud. Everything was super clean. I was in dire need of a solid dry cleaner and scoured Yelp and Google for what was recommended. Yelp did not fail me with crystal clean cleaners as this little mom and pop family run place is awesome! The owners are super kind and honest. I had a silk dress that was badly stained and they worked on it and even asked if they could keep it a little longer to work on it more. When I got it, the stain was slightly better but they had warned me it was a lost cause when I brought it in but I had thought to still try. To my surprise, because the stain didn't come out, the owner did not want to charge me. This spoke so much of their business. I think others agree as the traffic into this store is heavy and when you enter you're greeted with piles of items customers have dropped off waiting to pick up. I've since brought so many of my other clothing items for dry cleaning and they've come back so nice and soft. My cashmere sweater was nicely trimmed of its fuzzy pilling and looks amazing now. Crystal Clean Cleaners is the best!! This was my first time going to a dry cleaner because I spilled a ton of chili oil on a literal brand new and very expensive 100% light blue silk dress at a wedding. I was devastated but found Crystal Clean on Yelp and hoped for the best. The nice gentleman who greeted me last week told me realistically oil is tough to get out of silk because they can't scrub it like other fabrics but I understood and hoped they'd at least be able to get most of it out. Since I was bringing in the dress I also brought some other delicate clothing that needed to be cleaned like a beloved cardigan, viscose top, and 2 silk tops. The total came out to be around $40 for all items which I thought was quite affordable. Fast forward to when my mom helped me pick up my items a week later - they were able to get the stain out of my dress completely!!!! It looks brand new and I am truly so grateful. All my other clothes came back super clean and packaged neatly too. I will definitely be coming back and no longer have to worry when accidents happen with my nice clothes :) read more

After discovering signs of moth damage in one of my wool coats, I decided to do a wholesale cleaning of my entire wardrobe, and part of the plan was to preemptively washing / dry clean all the clothes at Crystal Clean Cleaners. I brought my clothes to the family-ran cleaner in four batches, so I can assess its cleaning services on different clothes: 1. First set of clothes were my working and social clothes. The cleaner did a very nice job, and I found the dry-cleaned clothes have a very pleasant aroma and were all neatly prepared for pickup 2. Second set of clothes including the problematic wool coats and work clothes. Again, they were very well done. 3. Third set of clothes including fancier outerwear and some better quality work clothes. There were more dry-cleaning this time, and some of the clothes with old stains were very professionally cleaned. In this batch, the owner showed me one of the shirts with stain on them, and it was likely the laundering services dropped it on the floor. He kept that one to reclean. 4. Fourth set of clothes including my two piece suit and best work clothes. I carefully inspected them under studio light afterwards, and they were very well done. I also picked up the re-cleaned shirt, and it was looking brand new. I would say the shop is very well managed, and its practices are fair and with great attention to detail. Small mom and pop shop with the sweetest owners. It's located next to the veterinary clinic in the Albertsons plaza. I needed my dress shortened to attend a wedding and the owner was so friendly. She helped me with putting on the dress and taking it off. They have a small spot with curtains for you to change in. She was able to get my dressed done in just 5 days. Also her prices were very reasonable compared to other tailors. My dad also needed his pant suit shortened with short notice and she was able to help him complete it in one day.
