I know everyone's experience may be different but mine was bad. I took in some pants that were skinny fit dress slacks that were too long. I explained and even took a sample for them to measure. When I picked up pants, one pair was great, the second one they basically just shortened so now they were wide leg not slim fit at ankles. I went back and blamed me saying that I didn't tell them and that they forgot to charge me in the first pair. They charged me $20 more dollars to fix. Honestly there was a line so I was like whatever....just fix pants please. First of all prices aren't cheap so for them to dryclean a coat, dress shirt and "fix" 2 pants was $80 then another $20 to fix pants. I will never go back to this place again. read more

I started getting my suits and ties cleaned here years ago and I have always been impressed with the service, their friendly staff, and the quality of work. It is true that it's hard to find a good cleaner and to the extent that you live or work in the area, I would highly recommend this place. Pricing has gone up over the years but still very affordable compared to some of the other places I've been. Same day service is also available, if you're in a bind. I went in to get my prom dress altered and this place did such a good job. I went around to multiple tailors and Lemon Creek Cleaners offered me the cheapest price. I had four layers on my dress and took out a champagne layer of tulle along with making it shorter & it turned out very nicely. The staff in here are extremely nice and worked efficiently to get my dress how I wanted.
