I drop off sweaters and a soiree dress. Alex was very professional and friendly. The soiree dress has a lot of beads. I was afraid that the beads will fall during the cleaning process. Alex was very helpful. He gave me different options to make sure I will be comfortable with the process. I expected to receive my clothes after one week, instead I received a text after four days to pick them up. The clothes were very fresh, deodorized and crisp. My dress has a lot of fabric and a long train but they were able to clean it all. This place is great and really helped me out! The owner is the nicest guy too! It was my first time going here. I am flying out today for work and needed a blazer steamed and pressed. I went yesterday about 3pm and he said he would do his best since it was so late in the day on a Saturday. Which is my fault, as I'm last minute, so I appreciated his honesty and anything he could do for me at this point. Recently, i brought in an item that had a "do not dry clean" tag on it, and it had grease stains that I could not get out with a tide pen, zout spray or regular detergent.
