Warning. Check your bank statements. This dry cleaning charged me twice! On my bank account I paid for my cleaning and I noticed a week later they charged me the same amount on my card and I wasn't even there. How the heck were they able To charge me again without me Being there to swipe my card. I called them and the girl that I spoke to said that she would let her manager know and that they would get back to me, but nobody called me back so I became very suspicious and I went through my bank and had to have them deal with this. They don't seem worried that they are double charging their customers and that Worries me because I wonder how many times they have done this. I won't be going back there since I feel Like I can not trust them anymore. I suggest you check your statements and see if they also have been double charging you!!!! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service when it comes to fixing their mistakes. They need to make sure not to brush off what the customer wants and then act surprised when the customer isn't happy with the results. Don't waste your time brining your formal outfits to get fixed here. You'll end up paying more for a simple "miscommunication". read more

So far so good. Waited until I've tried them a few times before reviewing based on comments, but my experience so far has exceeded my expectations. I've been greeted professionally, the dry cleaning is great so far and love that they offer a pretty quick turn around as their standard (2 days) but always ask me if I need next day anyway. As my mom picked up my dad's suit and paid cash, the guy behind the counter gave her a Canadian quarter as change. Being that we are in The United States of America my mom asked for a U.S. currency. The guy being sarcastic replied "it's still money". The guy gave my mom a smirk and gave her 25 pennies as change. My mom politely asked for a whole quarter (coin) because she doesn't like it in pennies. The guy replied "I don't like working but I'm here working." What a JERK! Upon further inspection of the suit, my mom noticed that it's still wrinkled and the stain on the pants are still on there. So obviously my mom complained and the guy became unreasonable and raised his voice saying, "I've had enough of this! Give me my change and I'll give your money back." He threw my mom's money on the table & he walked away behind the counter. This is no way to treat a customer. This place is horrible. I'm only leaving 1 star because negative isn't an option. Went in to pick up my sweater that was very special to me only to be told, with an ATTITUDE, that they couldn't find my sweater, sorry. When I asked what was gonna happen to give them 3 days to go and find my sweater to get me another one, which is ridiculous, it was one of a kind. The whole time with an attitude, then when asked how much it cost me offered me 50% of the price ($50) because of value depreciation...compared it to driving a car off of a lot. I only wore it twice and took it to get dry cleaned. When I said I wanted what I paid the man got mad and said he wasn't going to give me anything and to figure it out, that he doesn't care what I do, told me to call the police if I want...really, this is how you treat a good customer, I've been coming here for years. Pretty sure somebody liked my sweater and they decided to keep it. Anyway, I walked out and the other woman working, Brenda, told me pretty much to get the hell outta here. I told them to give me the rest of my order, then gave me the $50 which I figured is better than nothing and then he proceeded to tell me he didn't want to see me there again. The visit before they lost a button off one of my coats and told me tough luck pretty much. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
