Dropped off a shirt to have the hem fixed. The hem looks good. It looks like they did a good job. The price was fair.

if I could give zero stars I would, pricing is ridiculous. I took two pants and one skirt to get hemmed on wednesday & they CHARGED me $120 to have it done by saturday. $60 if I gave them a week but I needed it done before my trip. the lady who helped me was practically falling asleep. I told her a 28" in seam for everything and she never offered to measure me. Saturday comes I never get a call like she said I would. I still go to get my pants and only one pair of pants is done, & the skirt they said was "tailored" is still so long and dragging on the floor, definitely was not a 28". My last pair is was still not done, the cashier boy calls the boss Rosie who says for her to fix my skirt they'd have to charge me again because I didn't let them measure me & "it was my fault". WHEN THE LADY NEVER OFFERED. Go to the cleaners off grand in glendora so much better and faster. read more

My wedding was on November 7th of last month. My wedding dress decided to snap on the zipper area and everyone in my family wasn't able to put it back on without it trying to rip. My best friend dialed SOOO many numbers and everyone kept turning us down until she called this location and the lady working said "come on over and I'll see what I can do" if it wasn't for her, my wedding would've been ruined. I think the business was sold don't really see the older Asian lady I normally deal with I ask the younger employee he said they would be back I also noticed there is really no clothes hanging i think the businesses was sold ! and they damaged my nice expensive slacks won't be back !! read more

I've used this cleaners for the last seven years (not counting the period between March 2020 and August 2023) and they do a fairly good job of dry cleaning. They are always friendly and courteous. The period between dropping off and picking up is usually about a day. The price of dry cleaning has gone up, but has everything else. I recommend this location. read more

Tried them twice before writing my review. They do a really good job and offer reasonable prices. Prices overall seemed to have jumped since Covid at a few other dry cleaning businesses which is understandable, but after paying $5 for a shirt down the road I had to try someplace new and came by here. Very friendly service and they seem to have served this community for years based on our conversation. Will keep coming back, but not much cleaning these days being locked down so we shall see how long before my next visit. read more

I brought 2 pairs of slacks here to have hemmed and the legs legs taken in since they where very baggy near the ankle, I spent $60 and they absolutely ruined both pairs of pants, the completely changed the geometry of the entire inseam and lowered it for some reason. I don't know how their dry cleaning is but DO NOT let them take a needle to your clothing because out the cost of the pants plus the tailor and had to buy new pants so in the end I'm in the hole for over $200 read more

A small intimate business. Mom and Pop would be an accurate description. I had been taking my suits there. I have been recently been taking my trousers because work attire requires so. They do put a mean crease in my trousers. The other day I took a couple of sweaters there. I am not sure what they did to them, but I smelled like some kind of wonderful that day. I find the prices very reasonable. The turn around is quick. They are very friendly. They make me feel like my trousers are the most important trousers in the world. They are correct. This place is as mom and pop as it can be. A really sweet couple run this location. Dry cleaned 7 suits for about $40. Descent price and good service. This place might be a bit hard to find since it is sort of in a corner of a small plaza, and located next to a liquor store. However I do think it's worth it. THEY LOOSE YOUR CLOTHES. First time there, went in with 3 pants for alterations. She lost one and made me wait a month to get reimbursed and only paid half of what it's worth. She Said since the item was so thin she gave it to someone else.The other alteration was sewed on backward and had the nerve to try to say its my fault, she couldn't tell the difference of inside out and said I should have been more specific. RUINED it and said she doesnt pay for that. The last alteration had a pocket sewed shut. AND THEY STILL WANTED ME TO PAY FOR THE WORK OF THE LOST PANT AND THE ORIGINAL TICKET. Never trust them with your clothes, they will not pay you the full price and make you wait a month to get half of your money back. read more
