I had dropped some items off and missed the cutoff to pick them up the previous evening, no big deal... I'll head over before my flight because their modified COVID hours say 7:30AM. I was a first time customer who brought a dress in, and when it was returned to me it was torn and damaged. When I went to ask for my money back the lady at the front counter accused me of damaging my own dress to 'pull one over' on her and wished me bad Karma, continually stating that karma was going to find it's way back to me. I just wanted the situation to be rectified for a $100 dress that was returned to me damaged. Needless to say I do not recommend, nor will I be returning.
