A-1 Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Azusa, California

I searched far and many dry cleaners to dry clean my authentic Bo Jackson NFL jersey and found A1 Cleaners on yelp and WOW AHHHHMAZING customer service from Cynthia and her mother! Wow from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, professionalism and confidence that my Bo Jackson Raider jersey is/was in good hands. I even received a phone call that my jersey was ready for pick up today. They open at 7:30 am and showed up early (you don't see this any more when small businesses open up at 8 am they usually open at 8:15 am or later) my jersey looks brand new and I knew everything was gonna work out when Cynthia told me she will give my jersey extra attention because she is a RAIDER fan!!!! Thanks A-1 Cleaners. Tomorrow we leave for Mexico City read more

A-1 Cleaners - A1 Dry cleaning did a great job - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Azusa, California

Do not recommend this business! My daughter brought her letterman jacket for me patches to be placed. After several attempts they kept placing them in the wrong order. We tried to pick up the jacket at least 7 times and after a year I finally walked in and demanded the jacket That's when I was physically assaulted by Cynthia. read more

My go to place for ironing and dry cleaning. Always quality service and very fast turnaround time for their work. The best customer service and great value for their work read more

Super disappointed in service from A1. I'm sat outside their store at 7:49AM on a Wednesday and they're closed. I had dropped some items off and missed the cutoff to pick them up the previous evening, no big deal... I'll head over before my flight because their modified COVID hours say 7:30AM. Not so apparently. $75 flight change fee is in my future if these guys don't open up soon. read more

I needed my son's dress shirt pressed and ironed for his Senior pix and I am glad I took it to A-1 cleaners. I usually don't write reviews but this cleaners is the best company I've been too, Kathy was very helpful when it came down to what I wanted for my clothes. Positive energy and great hospitality. I will be going back soon read more

Very nice staff. This was my first visit, and the attendant took extra care with a smelly flannel jacket that had belonged to my father, who passed in Dec. Will definitely be back. read more

I was a first time customer who brought a dress in, and when it was returned to me it was torn and damaged. When I went to ask for my money back the lady at the front counter accused me of damaging my own dress to 'pull one over' on her and wished me bad Karma, continually stating that karma was going to find it's way back to me. I just wanted the situation to be rectified for a $100 dress that was returned to me damaged. Needless to say I do not recommend, nor will I be returning. I have never been treaty so poorly. read more

Thank you for wishing me good luck in finding the buttons. I did just that. You did not say any of that at the time I dropped off my trench coat. As I am an educated man I decided to call the manufacturer/makers of the trench coat. They sent me the correct buttons as this particular brand has a guarantee. Since you were not smart enough to do this, I stand by my first comment. Your customer service is a joke. You are a liar. And I look forward to seeing you lose your business do to lack of said business. read more

A-1 Cleaners is by far the best local dry cleaners. Reasonable prices and quick service have made them my go-to cleaners. I've tried several other local shops and it's either poor quality, inconsistent pricing, or it takes almost a week to pick up. I've take my shirts to get cleaned regularly and often change my dry cleaner because it was all the same to me. My experience at this place was amazing, I feel like I would not go anywhere else. I took my clothes on a Saturday and spoke with Vanessa, one of the co owners, and she discussed many options with me such as starching my clothes, or even the different type of creases they can do. I never even knew what other things a dry cleaner can do! She was so nice and professional. I look forward to taking my cleaning here again. read more
