The kindest lady works here. She remembers every face. Clothes come out clean with no issues.

Nicest owners. Always do a great job at reasonable prices. We have been going for years.

Best service in town, Irma who always attends to me is a sweetheart and has done same day alterations and next day services when I have needed them and is extremely accommodating. The prices are great and I always have them alter my jeans, pants and even basic tailoring on my suit jackets when I buy off the rack. We bring them high end clothing and they always come back clean and smelling nice, non chemical smelling like other places. Been using them for over a year since my last place shut down during the pandemic. I won't go anywhere else anymore. Also, they offer pick up services for regular customers who live in the area. Highly recommend. read more

They have excellent service and remember their returning customers. Have been going to them for years.

I brought in a bunch of clothes for dry cleaning. I was given one price. When I returned to pick them up, an old lady was there. I saw they tripled the price on a piece of clothing because they said it was "special". It has snap buttons... I told her she should have told me about the price increase upfront. *blank stare*. I told her she's going to lose my future business for this. *blank stare*. Then I said I'm not coming back and now I'm slamming them on Yelp. Good job tempo! read more

I've been coming to this place for years. Tommy is always so nice and prices are pretty good. I never go anywhere else to do my dry cleaning even though I moved further away. Thanks for all the years of great work! read more

I moved to the area a few months ago and have been dropping my laundry off here every week. The owner is a very nice man (added an extra star for him) but the majority of the time I walk in is when his employee is working (an older Filipino lady). I'm not sure what her problem is, but since I've been going, I see her giving preferential treatment to other pacific islanders and I get the look as if my business isn't wanted there. I was overcharged by her this week so that will be my last time dropping off my dirty laundry there. read more

This dry cleaning place is right across the street from my house and my grandparents have been taking their clothes to be dry cleaned here for years and they seem to like it. Now I'm tears of alterations in my opinion Do Not Ever take your stuff here. Back in September I took a one piece bathing suit here to be altered and when they shortened the torso area they sewed the bottom half on backwards and inside out. And when I called to complain and took it back I asked if I could get a refund and the lady said "no you just don't have to pay again to fix" And I thought to myself, oh wow I don't have to pay to fix your mistake?! Geee Thanks... Now just last week on Thursday I took a dress that was brand new in to have the zipper fixed because it came off the track on one side. I wanted it for that Saturday (2 days later) but she said "no the gentleman who fixes these won't be back until Monday" so I said "okay fine I'll wear something else, fix it anyways so I can wear it in the future" so fast forward to a week and a day later (Friday), I go to pick it up and they did NOTHING to it. She said "oh the guy said he couldn't fix it" so a whole week and a day went by and no one called me to say they couldn't fix, which would've at least given me a chance to take it somewhere else since I needed it for the next day... NEVER AGAIN! No consideration read more

I dry cleaned my chiffon dress and it came out great! I'm always a little worried when I go to a different dry cleaner. The staff is friendly, he also explained how they don't use chemicals to clean their clothes, total plus!!! I will def be back. read more

Thanks to Yelp I found this place and it's located in Walnut. You will notice that there are no chemical smell when you walk into this cleaners. Tom is a very nice man and knows his business well. I am satisfied with my clothing whenever I have gotten them cleaned here and I know I am not harming my body by wearing chemicals that have been placed there by my dry cleaners. GO GREEN!!!! read more

Update: So I finally picked up my suit, (1 week later) and I have to give them credit for exceeding my expectations on cleaning my suit. There are a few things that I just have to accept about the condition of my suit; that it has faded over the years, but Tempo has somehow brought some of the shine back into it. Now, regarding the matter of them closing earlier than their posted sign, the gentleman behind the counter (Tom) explained to me that those posted hours are from the past and they just have not gotten around to changing it. Now they close their doors at 6:30 pm. They've had an old sign posted on their counter, informing their customers about the change in hours. However, that sign is not visible from locked doors outside the front door. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with that explanation and quite satisfied with their cleaning service. So, I thought it is only fair that I update my review of their business. read more

I've been using this company since I moved here 10 years ago. Tom and staff are very friendly and do exceptional work. I trusted them with a family heirloom quilt and picked it up yesterday. It is 65 years old, torn, stained, and had never been cleaned. He gave attention to detail and sewed the minor tear at no charge. It came out shades brighter! Thanks ,Linda read more

This review has been way over due. Tommy is the owner and his super friendly. In addition, he is very passionate of his business and cares about his customers. I always support neighborhood business, especially when there environmental friendly. How can you not support a business who's trying to save the plant. In the past, I have taken my dress shirts to be dry clean and wash without starch but always end up with a rash on my neck. I tried 5 different cleaners but the end result is the same. Tommy was gracious enough to explain the difference of his method of washing clothes versus other cleaners using chemical. I thought to myself it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. The first thing I notice there is no chemical smell and the best thing is that I didn't get a rash on my neck. I can't believe the problem has been solved. I want to personally thank Tommy for introducing me to a new of washing my clothes. I'm a customer for LIFE. If you care about our plant then support him. read more

I think that I have just found my go-to cleaner. Through the years, I have used a number of local dry cleaning operations and found their service to be satisfactory at best. I never gave it too much thought because after all it was just dry cleaning. Based on the positive Yelp reviews, I decided to give Tempo Cleaners a shot and I could not have been more pleased with the experience so far. When I went to pick up my clothes, I was able to meet the owner Tom, who was kind enough to help me load the clothes into my car. He explained to me that technically his store is not a dry cleaning business but something better. Their method is a "green" alternative to dry cleaning, that ends up being safer for the environment and the clothes. This might also be better for your health. Makes a lot of sense to me. My clothes do feel and smell nice, and thus far the service has been top-notch quality. They certainly have earned my business. read more
