Recently moved to the area and I was looking for a place to take my jerseys. I seen a post that said they took their jerseys last minute. Of course it depends on the day you go but I got mine within 1-2 days. Which is perfect for me. They clean all the tough spots and it's ironed very good. I also find it very cheap, I've never been to a cleaners & was expecting to pay $50 for 2 jerseys. But it is way cheaper than that! I am so excited to make this my daily spot. I also found out they tailor clothes and modify it by length. It's perfect for me since I'm short and need my clothes often cut from the bottom. Overall, 100/10. I called a bunch of cleaners to see how much they charged and this place had the best price. When I arrived I was greeted right away and the lady was checking out my two suits and dress shirt. I pointed out all the oil spots on the suits, make up stains, and whatever other stains there were, she quickly grabbed a red tape to mark those locations right away. Which I never experienced before but pretty cool. She said I could have my suits back next day, but if I leave it there over the weekend it'll be dry cleaned better. So I picked up on Monday and same lady told me if it's not perfect to bring it back incase there were other stains that were not caught. If I could I would give them no star. I just experienced the worst customer service in my entire life here. I never really write reviews but this has been the worst. I took my coat in for cleaning was supposed to be ready Wednesday at 4:30pm. I didn't pick it up that day because was busy with finals and work. So today which is Thursday I attempted to pick it up at 1:15 pm and they said it was sent to another dry cleaners in Covina. First of all, I was so confused to why it was there since it was suppose to be ready for pick up there on Wednesday. Second, why didn't she gave me a call and say that was in was going to be sent there or be ready for pick up later. I could have planned it advanced. I was in rush because I had a flight at 4pm. Had no choice, So decided to just go pick it up. I called in advanced to see if it was going to be ready and they said yes. When i got there it wasn't even ready. I waited 5 extra minutes. Then the man had the audacity to charged me for the cleaning. I just couldn't believe it. So I called the lady from the Dry Cleaners in West Covina and told her why are they charging me and she said because they had to clean it. I just can't believe it. She didn't have empathy for my situation, their promised to have it ready on time was broken and didn't even bother to provide service recovery. The only thing she offer was next time 50% off. Like are you serious. You could have not charge me for all of my troubles of going to pick it up and not having it ready like you said it was going to be. I wouldn't never come back. I had a few of my clothes dry cleaned and they misplaced 2 of them. When I went to pick them up at a set date they said they couldn't find them. I gave them my number to call once they are found. A week later I came to check and they said they've had them for a week now. Yet no call. I had a few items sewn. I came on the set date and they said they were not done. I told them again to call me when they are. I came back 3 days later and they said it's been done for a few days. Yet no call again. This time I had a few items sewn. I provided pictures and instructions because it's multiple items. I came on the set date to pick them up and she said she has not sewn them yet. I asked her why she did not call. She had my phone number. She just smiled. She said to come back later this afternoon. I came back the next day and she said they were done. When I went to check it's still not sewn correctly. It was not a complicated project. She had the pictures and instructions. I told her her work is unacceptable and I will no longer be supporting her business.
