Solely for access to the 5- and 8 load machines: I found these great for lifting the stain of fabrics that look extra clean but still don't feel great or well at all even after using excessive carpet shampoo and stain concentrates, and leading and most expensive detergents. In other words, when it's as white as new but you can still feel the stain. While I don't think they could have as been effective as they could have been and excessively delayed/ continued to manipulate the wash as a supervised "group" project, releasing each stain to undisguise/ undisclosed scents or concentrations of stains masked by cleaners, the environment of the cleaners makes it a safer place to release the stain given the amount of machines operating inside the structure using chemicals designed to sanitize the washes. You never know what the concéntrate carpet shampoo and stain remover, floor cleaning/ multipurpose disinfectant solution, automobile interior odor eliminator or leading high efficiency laundry detergent hides until it's dissolved all day. Helpful especially with secondhand buys, and rewashing projects from the cleaners, other laundromats, sewage damage, similar residential restorations, biotech backdrafts, etc. I didn't find them helpful for cleaning mops or sleeping bags. They'll look and feel clean but if you purchase other ones, you'll feel the difference with the newer ones used and stained at the same rate. I was unable to unmask a set in stain of concentrated cleansers that made a sleeping bag bearable for one to two uses. It was difficult at first to recognize that it needed to be re-cleaned because it looks so clean despite its tattered state. It's not until you can hold the stuffing of the bag in your hand that you can tell that it still needs to be re-washed. You don't have to go through it alone! We're all on the same boat. --UPDATE from 9/21/20 visit- clothes that were on first rewash smell slightly clean. Two small loads that I brought along to wash the entire day, approx 12 to 8 for drying between 8 to 9, STINK! Used more than one laundry detergent, solid and liquid. Smelled slightly off, but I usually eat animal protein and herbs. Unfortunately I cannot wear these without an additional wash as touching/ folding them MADE ME SICK! How ineffective was their wash! Totally do not have that problem at home. Not trying to exaggerate as I always try to avoid the load the staff works on, but it being in the half washed condition that it was, it was dangerous, regardless that I knew which plate that I ate while wearing it (smells like you were the cook or it was clothing you wore only through the meal). Horrible! So disappointed! Meanwhile, there are no visible stains and the clothes look clean! Not just any clean- ALL DAY clean! You can't wear them or fold them without developing foul breath. Benefit is that you can pay using credit/ debit cards and view your account activity, making it easier to bring issues like the one stated to the attention of the owner and staff. UPDATE 9/22/20: I took four pieces from three different loads to be altered to four different cleaners. One of them found the dresses to be, in her words, "ugh", and gave me a free bag to carry them around in. I can't agree more and I'm glad someone actually voiced their opinion. I would totally wear these around for someone who actually wears the load that they wore After cleaning their clothing and children's clothing After one (1) wash and on a cereal diet with whatever generic flu shot they received. I washed those all day on a super cycle with two laundry detergent and was told more than once that I use too much soap. read more

Customer service needs to improve. Washer started leaking and the worker came at me rude and accused me of opening the washer door. She had attitude with me. I told several times I didn't open any door and to check the cameras. She tried to make me pay more. It's clean here but you need to watch out if you need any help. This is my go to laundromat. The hours online are different from the ones posted on the facility door. I came in 30 minutes before the last wash time listed on the floor. The lady working informed me that she had just cleaned the area I wanted to use, in a way that seemed to be indicative for me to move. It didn't bother me but what did was that she proceeded to let me use the washers in said area. I was halfway done loading my clothing when she said I only had 4 minutes before the machine would stop accepting my laundry card. Not going to lie, been going to this coin laundry for a while. And they just keep upgrading their technology and services everytime I go in. I love the progress that they have been making throughout the years. Legit today, i didn't have any cash on me and thought I had to go through the trouble of going to an atm to pull money out, but to my surprise they take tap pay. I know it's something small, but such a convenience. The one thing that can make this location perfect is it being a 24 hour laundromat, but even then they are still open pretty late. Nice clean place to do your laundry. I sometimes come here instead of doing it at home if I have many loads. I get it done quicker. The bathroom can be remotely unlocked so they don't have to escort you to it. Two things to double check: 1) they disinfect the machines with bleach and sometimes forget to run the cleaning wash so there is a load of bleach in the bleach cup. I found this out filling the machine once. They'll come and remove it but if you don't check, it could ruin your clothes. If you're short you might never know. It's happened almost every time I've done laundry. But usually one machine. 2) check the temperature of the dryer after a few minutes. Some don't get hot. They'll refund one load but not more than that. So I run the machine and check the door glass with my hand. If it's not hot I ask the attendant for help and it gets sorted out. read more

This place is feeling too be bull shit. I've had a couple of problems with the washers. Got the most stupidest answer. Today i was drying clothes. I separate a queen Blanket and sheets into a separate dryer, so not to overload the machine. Put the rest of my clothes about 3 loads into the dryer. It never got hot. Where as the other one did. Asked the attendant that the machine never got hot. She said i overloaded it and could not help me. After putting 3 dollars in. I've been coming to this laundry mat for years now, the worker here is extremely rude, I'm not sure what his name is. However he's always rude to the customers, especially my mother. I don't recommend coming here. We are currently here at the laundry mat having to dry our clothing since someone opened our washer and our clothes didn't dry at all, a waste of money. I had been going to this laundromat a couple of times now and never had a problem using their card system. However, the last time I was washing, the card I was using stopped working. The card still had money when I talked to the cleaning lady for assistance she said there was nothing she could do about the card or the money. This place is horrible. Had to give them a star cus I couldn't leave it at zero. Starting coming here for about three months and there is always an issue. About half of the machines don't work. The machines leave your clothes smelling like mildew and the dryers burn your clothes. In fact, the fire dept was here about a week ago due to a dryer fire! I'm not lying! I finally got sick of the place today because a washer left my clothes not done at 12 min...they were drenched. Sadly, it was my delicate. Our washer had gone out during covid times and I went to this place as it was closest to our home. This place was acceptable, clean and plenty of washers and dryers. The cleanliness of our clothes came out fairly decent. The lady who worked there upkept the laundromat and was very friendly when having any questions about the machines. The pricing ranges from small loads starting at $2/cents and up to Xtra large washers around $8/cents but that's if you have a few large blankets to drop in there so there pretty big washers. All machines are under $10. Of course they have other services as well there such as drop off, fluff and fold etc. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, nice and friendly laundromat in the area. Unfortunately this laundromat is not superior at all. This was my second visit and although I didn't have any issues the first time, this time was exact opposite. It seems that the machines need more attention and to be serviced. Some of the washing machines smell a little funky, moldy or I'm not sure but definitely not clean. The dryers are no better, I had 2 dryers that did not work for me. It was too late by the time I found out I had already put in my money. They do not give any sort of refund even if they see you moving your laundry to a different dryer with time still on it and clearly can see that it's not working still noting. Not even my money just time on another machine. Nothing. I'm sure the money I would have spent here would have out weighed the couple dollars they would have given me for another machine. I wasn't trying to cheat anyone I'm just trying to get my clothes washed and dried. They are the ones cheating people if they see that a person left time they paid for on a machine and have to move to another. Hopefully this business cleans up their machines, services and fixes them soon but more importantly hopefully they start better customer service and actually provide the service people have paid for.
