The worker I believe her name was quashly, helped us understand the process of it. She was very nice and very friendly. Made us really comfortable. They were about to close or almost about to close and she actually took my loads and washed them. What a great experience. Really really like this place!! It's very clean and modern. You can use your debit card to purchase funds to use the laundry machines. Medium loads are $4.75 to wash, small are $3.75, and drying is .75 cents for every 10 mins. I like that there is always one staff member there on duty. They also provide wash for you services which is really cool. I just moved to the area and will be looking forward to doing laundry here until we get our own laundry machines next month. read more

Will stop coming here on a regular basis. Today nearly half the machines are broken. One of the front-loading machines I was using started gushing water and I was just told it was my fault for not closing the door correctly. I had three machines and I closed them all the same. My washing machine decided it had enough this morning and stopped working completely so I had to find a laundromat in order to wash my clothes. What do we Yelp'ers do when we need something, we turn to Yelp for help I typed in, "laundromat" and this place had the highest ratings. It is a small laundromat but very clean and heavy-duty machines. There is a on-duty attendant to assist and answer any questions customers may have, and cash is not used during any phase of washing or drying one's clothing. There is plenty of free parking and there is a Subway , Auto Zone, Dollar Tree and a Walmart grocery store within two to three minutes walking distance. Customers add cash to a laundry card machine and receive a card similar to a debit card which is used to pay for the use of the washing machines and dryers. I've been going to this laundromat for years! I greatly appreciate not only the cleanliness and up to date washer and dryer, but the service is phenomenal. I have come opening(they always open on time, which I appreciate) and come at last wash times (very polite when leaving a little after closing time, also appreciate), and the cleanliness of the store is no different. They're on point and clean. I am a usual in the morning though, I believe her name would be Aida, she's very professional and taken all the precautions for the pandemic we are currently in, making me feel safe to wash here and confident that everything will go well during my wash. Whenever I had difficulties she was right there for me to help even when she was busy! She is very polite and bilingual which is helpful for all the customers. Now for the washers and dryers : They always work! When issues arise with a washer they will note it that it does not work and then turn it off. If an issue arises with it while you have a load, they will pay for load! They will immediately go to work and note that it is unavailable to use for the next customer. The dryers, my comment is the same, they're on top of it and are very good with cleaning the dust out of the dryer stuff and cleaning the dryers completely. I haven't came to a laundromat in maybe 12 years or so? I had no idea how expensive it was. Even the washer with the smallest load was $3+. The card thing is super irritating as you have to put it in at least 3 times before it'll actually read the card. The large dryer is $1.40 for ten minutes and the smaller ones are about $0.70. Is that not super expensive? I couldn't believe that I spent almost $30 just to wash my clothes. I had brought blankets to wash too but I was going to end up spending upwards of $50. The only reason I came was because my dryer was in the process of being repaired. It is way cheaper just to have your own dryer and washer. And also, the attendants shouldn't be allowing the people to hog all of the carts. I had to transfer all of my clothes from the washer to the dryer with the baskets I brought because everyone was selfishly holding onto a cart they weren't even using. It's too small and the machines aren't the cleanest. Thank God my dryer works now, I will never go to another laundromat again. read more

I came here to wash my big blankets that are too big to wash in my washer at home. I was very nervous to wash here because I have never used a laundromat before and I had no idea how to use the big machines they have here. The man working here tonight was VERY helpful and nice. I had no idea what washing machine go use and was about to use a washer too small for my blankets and he advised me to use a bigger machine and pointed out which ones would wash my blankets best. He basically guided me how to do my entire load lol. It was very clean which I really appreciated. There's signs that say the washing machines are sanitized after every use which I saw being done with my own eyes. I came in here to put up a hiring announcement on the bulletin and the cleaning lady automatically wanted to charge me $10 for a WEEK. So far great experience. Very clean nice new machines ! They have different size of machines starting at 2.14$ for a wash! And for a dry starting at like 34 c I believe . The only thing I don't like is that it runs on a card that you upload money on to . So I don't know what happens to the remaining balance if you decide to one day buy your own wash and dry . But they do give you a credit of 2 $ when you receive you card which is nice read more

Use the small machines At another laundry. Credit card only for machine attendent who does not actually help or give any refunds.
