Clean and all machine always work. Staff is always kind and cleaning. Wiping the tables where you fold clothes and the machines so they're not full of sticky soap. As a single lady I feel safe coming here cause I've been to some and they're really scary. read more

Laundromat is clean. Kinda expensive but I don't mind what I didnt like. The DRYER is not properly working or they get you. I spend 3 dollars each load for the dryer didn't even dry my clothes. Do better. read more

Needed my clothes washed for a quick trip. Found this place on Google by chance. Wash and dry service was great. My clothes smelled amazing and were very soft. The worker I believe her name was quashly, helped us understand the process of it. She was very nice and very friendly. Made us really comfortable. They were about to close or almost about to close and she actually took my loads and washed them. What a great experience. She made me feel comfortable and since it was my first time, we were nervous but everything came out perfect. Will go again. Thank you again. Everything was perfectly done and separated as well. Appreciate that. Thank you!!!! read more

Honestly I've given this place so many chances, other than the lady being super kind and helpful, I would NOT RECOMMEND this place! It's always something with the washers, either they don't drop enough water or they don't drop your fabric softener! They're expensive as well, might as well go somewhere else! read more

I love this laundry mat I have been coming here for the past year! Never had any issues with my clothes, the washer and dryers are always very clean and sanitary. they have three big washers for industrial towels or sheets. Which is a plus if you're washing huge loads or bedding. They even have a service where you can drop off your laundry and have it washed dryed and folded. I once chose that and left my debit card and some cash in one of my pockets. The lady was so nice and honest she let me know and put it with my clothes! If I could rate this place a 10/10 it would be a million! Best laundry service there is! read more

Really really like this place!! It's very clean and modern. You can use your debit card to purchase funds to use the laundry machines. Medium loads are $4.75 to wash, small are $3.75, and drying is .75 cents for every 10 mins. I like that there is always one staff member there on duty. They also provide wash for you services which is really cool. I just moved to the area and will be looking forward to doing laundry here until we get our own laundry machines next month. read more

Amazing machines and no need to have dirty quarters due to the laundry card dryers may be .75 cents for 10 minutes but they dry the heck out of the clothes. This will be my official laundry destination. read more

Will stop coming here on a regular basis. Today nearly half the machines are broken. One of the front-loading machines I was using started gushing water and I was just told it was my fault for not closing the door correctly. I had three machines and I closed them all the same. Plus I thought the machines wouldn't even start if the door wasn't closed properly. And since drying is $1 for 10 minutes, I no longer have enough to finish. Lost a customer over $4. . read more

Superior Laundry - Machine is leaking - Laundromat Near Me - La Puente, California

My washing machine decided it had enough this morning and stopped working completely so I had to find a laundromat in order to wash my clothes. What do we Yelp'ers do when we need something, we turn to Yelp for help I typed in, "laundromat" and this place had the highest ratings. It is a small laundromat but very clean and heavy-duty machines. There is a on-duty attendant to assist and answer any questions customers may have, and cash is not used during any phase of washing or drying one's clothing. There is plenty of free parking and there is a Subway , Auto Zone, Dollar Tree and a Walmart grocery store within two to three minutes walking distance. Customers add cash to a laundry card machine and receive a card similar to a debit card which is used to pay for the use of the washing machines and dryers. Other than a harmless and unstable homeless guy who was in here washing his blankets and screaming every three to four minutes that everyone was looking at him, my mission was accomplished and that was to get my laundry done read more

I always have a great experience at this laundromat! I really appreciate how spacious it is, there's always room to fold clothes comfortably. The worker Queshaly is there when I go wash and she is always so kind, helpful, and hardworking. Every time I come in, the place is spotless and well taken care of. If I ever have a question or need help with a machine she helps out! read more

It was my first time. The attendant was awesome! Thank you n will be back. Super clean.

They hire a new guy he knows a machine isn't working and he let load put your detergent in and he 4 feet away, I didn't lose money but lost detergent, they don't train theses new people or he's just not smart read more

This was my first time using them. I was going another cleaners for years but they stopped doing fluff n fold. I brought my laundry in, spoke to Anna, who was very friendly. She set me up in their data base, weighed my bag and it was ready in two days. When I went to pick it up, it was beautifully washed, dried, folded into a plastic wrap. Professionally one. Very satisfied. read more

Very clean inside and outsides. Plenty of machines to wash and dry! Big parking lot, and few spots to grab some food or snacks in same shopping center. read more

Superior Laundry - Parking lot - Laundromat Near Me - La Puente, California

Whoever the "new" employee is , instead of helping to restart a machine just came over to argue about it. I don't mind the high prices because they employees are always fast to fix the problem but today is different. I stood there hearing her argument about why it happened instead of just fixing it . In an oxymoron way she says you should of let me know right away "which i did". After restarting the machine she still there trying to argue about a pointless topic . "WTF". read more

My dryer just completely died on me. Tried to get it fixed but was told buying a new one would be the same as fixing it. I had no choice but to go to a laundromat. Haven't been in one in a while. Went to Superior and it was very clean. Someone is always cleaning after each use. There were so many different sizes for different loads. I was able to finish my laundry with no problems. Even with covid, the place was packed. No worries, everyone was wearing a mask and keeping their distance read more

I've been going to this laundromat for years! I greatly appreciate not only the cleanliness and up to date washer and dryer, but the service is phenomenal. I have come opening(they always open on time, which I appreciate) and come at last wash times (very polite when leaving a little after closing time, also appreciate), and the cleanliness of the store is no different. They're on point and clean. I am a usual in the morning though, I believe her name would be Aida, she's very professional and taken all the precautions for the pandemic we are currently in, making me feel safe to wash here and confident that everything will go well during my wash. Whenever I had difficulties she was right there for me to help even when she was busy! She is very polite and bilingual which is helpful for all the customers. Now for the washers and dryers : They always work! When issues arise with a washer they will note it that it does not work and then turn it off. If an issue arises with it while you have a load, they will pay for load! They will immediately go to work and note that it is unavailable to use for the next customer. The dryers, my comment is the same, they're on top of it and are very good with cleaning the dust out of the dryer stuff and cleaning the dryers completely. Overall: I really love this laundromat and appreciate the workers and all they have done to keep the store well running with the amazing staff and even through this pandemic they've made us feel reassured and comfortable washing here. read more

Superior Laundry - Their laundry bag in use - Laundromat Near Me - La Puente, California

Whenever we have items that are heavy such as blankets towels etc we like to bring it to the local laundry and wash it in the big machines, this place was clean there was good amount of washing machines and dryers and the lady there was so helpful with all the questions I had, and trust me i ask questions ohh and they also offer to do your laundry with a fee of course (nothings free on this world).. really close to stores and convenient if your hungry and there's a Starbucks walking distance.. read more

I haven't came to a laundromat in maybe 12 years or so? I had no idea how expensive it was. Even the washer with the smallest load was $3+. The card thing is super irritating as you have to put it in at least 3 times before it'll actually read the card. The large dryer is $1.40 for ten minutes and the smaller ones are about $0.70. Is that not super expensive? I couldn't believe that I spent almost $30 just to wash my clothes. I had brought blankets to wash too but I was going to end up spending upwards of $50. The only reason I came was because my dryer was in the process of being repaired. It is way cheaper just to have your own dryer and washer. And also, the attendants shouldn't be allowing the people to hog all of the carts. I had to transfer all of my clothes from the washer to the dryer with the baskets I brought because everyone was selfishly holding onto a cart they weren't even using. It's too small and the machines aren't the cleanest. Thank God my dryer works now, I will never go to another laundromat again. read more

This is a great laundry facility. All the machines work well. The dryers are great and the employees are very helpful. Manny is awesome.... went beyond to help out and very friendly. I'll keep returning for sure. read more

First time using a laundromat for an oversized load. I was quite lost. This wonderful female employee helped me to work the washer and dryer. I was in and out in 1 hour, drying included. Place is clean and the machines as well. Shall definitely come back for my large items. Thanks so much for being so nice and helpful. read more

We travel full-time so always using different laundries. This is one of the best price ! We did a triple load and dried all in a nice hot dryer for 30 minutes all for $5.00. Plus with the Sani Wash our clothes came out of the washer smelling great. read more

This is not "superior laundry". Its named, " We Wash 4 U Laundry (fluff&fold). Way expensive and you have to get their laundry card to wash. Love it here, every time I come the machines are up and running, there is no detergent build up on the tops, machines are clean and there is a/c! Conveniently next to a Dollar Tree AND good chinese place too! I rather drive out to this place, than others that are down the street from my place. read more

I've been going to this laundromat for Months and I greatly appreciate not only the cleanliness and up to date washer and dryer, also the workers here . REALLY Helpful and Kind read more

I recently started coming here for about 7 months now, and I couldn't be happier. Starting with the customer service, one of the kindest most helpful person Is Aida Salgado! She literally goes above and beyond. I use the drop off service for all of my event linen, and the way they package every single chair cover to the table covers is very impressive. I'll continue to come here almost every other week, thank you Aida! read more

They have really sneaky prices like 52 cents for a dryer. So you have put a whole dollar for 10 mins. Every machine is designed like that.

immediately after I loaded and started my laundry in the large size machine, someone put their stuff in front of the machine as if they are next in line. Cool. But when I'm unloading the machine the girl had the nerve to tell the employee to tell me to hurry up! And the employee ACTUALLY DID TELL ME TO HURRY UP! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot snap my finger and make all my clothes jump to the dryer, and if you got there the same time as me, it's not my fault people have to wait. I've waited before, you don't tell customers to hurry up. I'm here on Sunday February 19, 2017 at 230 pm read more

Once again Mss. AIDA always here looks like she works here all day. very friendly, good music that makes washing Fun lol thank owners for having such a wonderful employees. read more

I came here to wash my big blankets that are too big to wash in my washer at home. I was very nervous to wash here because I have never used a laundromat before and I had no idea how to use the big machines they have here. The man working here tonight was VERY helpful and nice. I had no idea what washing machine go use and was about to use a washer too small for my blankets and he advised me to use a bigger machine and pointed out which ones would wash my blankets best. He basically guided me how to do my entire load lol. It was very clean which I really appreciated. There's signs that say the washing machines are sanitized after every use which I saw being done with my own eyes. The machines here work quickly and really do clean your items a lot better than the smaller machines ppl have at home. My blankies smell amazing :) read more

In town visiting for the weekend and ran into a no cash on hand issue. I was greeted by Manny and he helped me resolve my issue immediately and professionally! So far great experience. Very clean nice new machines ! They have different size of machines starting at 2.14$ for a wash! And for a dry starting at like 34 c I believe . The only thing I don't like is that it runs on a card that you upload money on to . So I don't know what happens to the remaining balance if you decide to one day buy your own wash and dry . But they do give you a credit of 2 $ when you receive you card which is nice read more

I came in here to put up a hiring announcement on the bulletin and the cleaning lady automatically wanted to charge me $10 for a WEEK. First of all, your place is hella dirty, worry about cleaning than someone putting up something on your dirty wall. I'm sure there are TONS of people who put up stuff.
