I came to the nearest laundry place on my maps , and this place didn't disappoint! I was impressed with the card swiping machines. Keeps money in the card and you don't have to carry all the change and dollar bills everywhere with you . It's a simple user , super clean , and a lot of machines . The cleaning lady was always keeping things nice and organized. I would come back here . read more

Great place to wash, very clean, machines work really good and dry fast. I come wash 5 load at the same time and cut my washing time by half. In a busy lifestyle read more

Super clean and the employee was nice, the laundromat only takes their cards which you buy with them for a dollar and it's horrible to read on appliance card readers. Up charge for every setting, adding pictures of just the small washer. Waste of time and money since I won't be coming back. The only reason I have two stars was because they were nice. Not worth coming back. Honestly beware, I didn't even dry my clothes because it was taking to much time to get anything to work. I even witnessed a customer complain about their card where they took down his information and didn't even give him his full amount that was on the card. Insane not worth the hype. read more

Very clean and very helpful staff. They have a lot of big washers and good prices. Excellent

NO AC NO AC NO AC & their to expensive Do yourself a favor don't come here. Find yourself another laundry Mat. Bad Element Be Careful of your surroundings and 81 degrees outside this Friday night. I don't know why I was thinking this Laundry mat would have their AC on for us while we're washing our clothes here. This is ridiculous and very rude of these owners not to care. Back too I been coming here for last 8 yrs they use to have the AC blowing doors closed and they're tv was on relaxing music for their patrons. But it's a shame owners just don't care anymore and it's all about saving money now. So this will be my last time here. I'm done plus I'm a disabled senior and they don't accommodate for our disability's read more

Supposedly they close at 10 pm but I got there at 8pm and was kicked out. There was even a sign at the front door that said it was open please fix your hours!! read more

Place is very clean and is a pretty big space with multiple washers and dryers. The one thing that I really did like was the use of reloadable VTM wash cards instead of coins. There's an attendant present who keeps the areas clean and tidy. read more

Would of given 5 stars but somethings good things aren't always as they seem. I love the reviews and saw how clean it was so I decided to try it out. First impression I loved it. I'm always a fan of a clean laundry mat. The worker also opened the bathroom up for us which is also clean so bonus! However, after putting my clothes in the washer I just opened to check if I had enough soap before sitting in my car... I noticed one of my washers was basically empty. I then realized when I pressed the start button I must have pressed the level button as well.. again new to the place and have never seen that.. I told the worker if she could help me.. she basically said she couldn't do anything once it started. If this is true then okay but honestly I've been to run down laundry mats that have legit stopped a washer using a key or who have added money back to my card so I can put in another washer. I told her if it was the same price for the small load setting and light load load setting .. she said yes .. I said so there's nothing you can do .. and she said no but you can wash it again after.. I was shocked because there was no effort to help. This resulted me in picking up the lid and dragging my wet clothes into another washer and spending more money as well as more time. Again not her fault but totally a mistake that could happen if you have never been here. I'm just sad that I loved this place but the customer service to help was not great. I've grown up with laundry mats and so many have stopes machines or helped however this place wasn't willing. Great place just poor help/service. If you choose to come here let me give you some tips before hand 1. Cash and card only to put money on laundry card which is a $1 to get. So keep it safe. 2. Put clothes into washer and check all settings. Soil level is a must don't press it once the setting is good cuz the start button is at the bottom. 3. The dryers beep as you slide your card. As many times as you press start while it beeps is how many times you pay for it. Again another tricky thing cuz if you didn't know this you would think the beep is something else maybe 4. They have TVs but they aren't on and no music. So if you like entertainment or need it for kiddos you should bring your own read more

Clean, reasonable price , I like their swipe card to run the machines . Does not have a big parking but it work out.

Since my recent move to La Puente, I've washed my clothes a couple of times at this facility. Though I like their technology (referring to card use instead of coins), this is overshadowed by the negative experience with the maintenance lady, normally there in the afternoons (I don't know her name, but she has a unique laugh--loud and funny sounding*). She is very rude to some customers, providing poor service and leaving you with the desire to never return. I live practically across this facility, but plan to drive somewhere else to wash my clothes. *Latina, who laughs funny. Also, I hope she's not confused with the other maintenance lady, a very nice asian woman, who is very sweet and polite. read more

I like the space, layout and machines at this laundry. Also rhe late morning maintenance person (swewt Asian lady most mention) is important to give kudos to, as she is genuinely helpful. I frustrated myself one time thinking I could exchange coins to go on the required card. Eaaier to just go all electronic I suppose. Constantly being kept clean -- I like that read more

The place is well kept, however they don't want to turn on the TVs. Instead all of us here are bored to death. Is electricity that expensive? read more

I came off recommendation from a friend. Sadly this will be the last day as a customer. I dropped my clothes off to wash, and then I get people coming in my personal space saying I shouldn't leave my clothes in there for more than 30 min. I only dropped by a nearby food place to grab food. I don't get any of you. Alot of other people come and pick up their clothes after. Ya'll hog the cheaper machines all the time. I liked it over the non contact use of coins for covid. I commute too far for this.. Thanks but no thanks. Your friendly customers can stop judging me as well. So unprofessional. read more

These machines are clean, the machines are inexpensive, and not to far from my place! I love that this place takes cash and debit/credit card! This is my new home for my laundry needs lol. Just check out the kiosk that's pictured in the locations highlights, easy to follow prompt to get a card, it costs a dollar, but they load that onto your new card so basically free ! I also love the air conditioning, the ample space for folding clothes and amount of washers and dryers! read more

I came to this location and I must say it's the best and cleanest I've ever seen ! It's really updated as well they have you load your cash onto a card that you use on the machines when you're loading you can use cash or a debit/credit card or a combination of both! The man that works here is an Asian man and he is so friendly he helped me get set up and showed me every step! The machines are extremely clean and it's a very smooth process I will definitely be coming back ! read more

One of the best laundromats I have been too! It is my first time here and the female staff where extremely helpful and nice. The place is very clean Good hours and prices Will definitely be coming back. read more

It's really clean and the owners are really nice. They walk around cleaning up and asking if you need help loading the card. No quarters needed you use your debit/credit or buy a card to load money into it to use on the machines. It gets packed on Mondays, but it's nice clean place to Wash and fold, because it's so clean I always keep Coming back. read more

Every time I've been there recently the nice asian lady has been there. She is always so sweet and keeps everything clean. This has been kept up very nicely by the ladies that work there and it is appreciated. read more

Clean place. The dryers work great, and no quarters needed. What else can you ask for.

I love this Laundry the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because is always pack and there aren't enough carts for clothes

Seriously they need to hire someone who will actually open the facility on time. Sitting here for over an hour and no one has came to open. I don't usually wash this early but I needed to today. Im disappointed that there isn't a way to contact management about no one showing up to open. I wish I could put zero stars because this is unacceptable. Don't have your business hours at 6am if your staff opens up hours after. read more

I really enjoy coming here to wash my laundry. While they don't accept coins, they do have a card system that you can reload. I cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN it is. I always see a worker sweeping or cleaning the washers. And I don't mean just cleaning the outside, today the woman was cleaning the inside of the washer. The small crevasses that sometimes get filled with junk. I have a laundromat that's right around the corner from my house but it is so dirty that I choose to drive here instead. Highly highly recommend. read more

I have not stepped into a laundry may in years. I have to put in my 2 cents by saying that this place is nice. Everything here is kept nixe and clean and the machines are quite silent. You pay by using a card that you can load with cash by using either physical cash or debit/credit card. I would definitely come back here read more

Today is my first time coming here and I love it. It's super clean and quiet. You use a coin card way better than putting in the coins in

Very clean, lots of washer and dryers. Workers are very friendly and nice. I can't believe this places opens so early and closes so late. Absolutely recommend it! read more

This place is super clean! Live thus place. I wash my blanket here because it doesn't fit in my washer at home. They have the super big machine, pricey but worth it since it's the only place that I see with that size. All the machines are very well maintained too. Worth the drive for sure. read more

Very VERY clean! There are 2 ladies that are constantly cleaning the place all day long (they even clean the washers and dryers, inside and out). I like the fact that it's a coinless laundromat. It's so much more convenient for people nowadays. I like the laundry card idea. I actually prefer it! The machines are cheap prices, much cheaper than other nearby laundromats that I have visited. I like their business hours too. Not many laundromats are open for that many hours in a day. read more

Great place! Always clean and very helpful staff. You can use cash or card to load money onto card.
