Super clean and the employee was nice, the laundromat only takes their cards which you buy with them for a dollar and it's horrible to read on appliance card readers. Up charge for every setting, adding pictures of just the small washer. Waste of time and money since I won't be coming back. The only reason I have two stars was because they were nice. Not worth coming back. Honestly beware, I didn't even dry my clothes because it was taking to much time to get anything to work. I even witnessed a customer complain about their card where they took down his information and didn't even give him his full amount that was on the card. Insane not worth the hype. read more

Place is very clean and is a pretty big space with multiple washers and dryers. The one thing that I really did like was the use of reloadable VTM wash cards instead of coins. There's an attendant present who keeps the areas clean and tidy. read more

Would of given 5 stars but somethings good things aren't always as they seem. I love the reviews and saw how clean it was so I decided to try it out. First impression I loved it. I'm always a fan of a clean laundry mat. The worker also opened the bathroom up for us which is also clean so bonus! However, after putting my clothes in the washer I just opened to check if I had enough soap before sitting in my car... I noticed one of my washers was basically empty. I then realized when I pressed the start button I must have pressed the level button as well.. again new to the place and have never seen that.. I told the worker if she could help me.. she basically said she couldn't do anything once it started. If this is true then okay but honestly I've been to run down laundry mats that have legit stopped a washer using a key or who have added money back to my card so I can put in another washer. I told her if it was the same price for the small load setting and light load load setting .. she said yes .. I said so there's nothing you can do .. and she said no but you can wash it again after.. I was shocked because there was no effort to help. This resulted me in picking up the lid and dragging my wet clothes into another washer and spending more money as well as more time. Again not her fault but totally a mistake that could happen if you have never been here. I'm just sad that I loved this place but the customer service to help was not great. I've grown up with laundry mats and so many have stopes machines or helped however this place wasn't willing. Great place just poor help/service. If you choose to come here let me give you some tips before hand 1. Cash and card only to put money on laundry card which is a $1 to get. So keep it safe. 2. Put clothes into washer and check all settings. Soil level is a must don't press it once the setting is good cuz the start button is at the bottom. 3. The dryers beep as you slide your card. As many times as you press start while it beeps is how many times you pay for it. Again another tricky thing cuz if you didn't know this you would think the beep is something else maybe 4. They have TVs but they aren't on and no music. So if you like entertainment or need it for kiddos you should bring your own read more

Since my recent move to La Puente, I've washed my clothes a couple of times at this facility. Though I like their technology (referring to card use instead of coins), this is overshadowed by the negative experience with the maintenance lady, normally there in the afternoons (I don't know her name, but she has a unique laugh--loud and funny sounding*). She is very rude to some customers, providing poor service and leaving you with the desire to never return. I live practically across this facility, but plan to drive somewhere else to wash my clothes. *Latina, who laughs funny. I came off recommendation from a friend. Sadly this will be the last day as a customer. I dropped my clothes off to wash, and then I get people coming in my personal space saying I shouldn't leave my clothes in there for more than 30 min. I only dropped by a nearby food place to grab food. I don't get any of you. Alot of other people come and pick up their clothes after. Ya'll hog the cheaper machines all the time. These machines are clean, the machines are inexpensive, and not to far from my place! I love that this place takes cash and debit/credit card! This is my new home for my laundry needs lol. Just check out the kiosk that's pictured in the locations highlights, easy to follow prompt to get a card, it costs a dollar, but they load that onto your new card so basically free ! I came to this location and I must say it's the best and cleanest I've ever seen ! It's really updated as well they have you load your cash onto a card that you use on the machines when you're loading you can use cash or a debit/credit card or a combination of both! The man that works here is an Asian man and he is so friendly he helped me get set up and showed me every step! It's really clean and the owners are really nice. They walk around cleaning up and asking if you need help loading the card. No quarters needed you use your debit/credit or buy a card to load money into it to use on the machines. It gets packed on Mondays, but it's nice clean place to Wash and fold, because it's so clean I always keep Coming back. read more

I really enjoy coming here to wash my laundry. While they don't accept coins, they do have a card system that you can reload. I cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN it is. I always see a worker sweeping or cleaning the washers. And I don't mean just cleaning the outside, today the woman was cleaning the inside of the washer. The small crevasses that sometimes get filled with junk. I have a laundromat that's right around the corner from my house but it is so dirty that I choose to drive here instead. Very VERY clean! There are 2 ladies that are constantly cleaning the place all day long (they even clean the washers and dryers, inside and out). I like the fact that it's a coinless laundromat. It's so much more convenient for people nowadays. I like the laundry card idea. I actually prefer it! The machines are cheap prices, much cheaper than other nearby laundromats that I have visited.
