The worker I believe her name was quashly, helped us understand the process of it. She was very nice and very friendly. Made us really comfortable. They were about to close or almost about to close and she actually took my loads and washed them. What a great experience. Which is a plus if you're washing huge loads or bedding. They even have a service where you can drop off your laundry and have it washed dryed and folded. I once chose that and left my debit card and some cash in one of my pockets. The lady was so nice and honest she let me know and put it with my clothes! If I could rate this place a 10/10 it would be a million! Best laundry service there is!

The set back for me is the dirty machines they have paint or debris from previous users. The lining outside of the machete have lint webs and dirt. They haven't been serviced in quite a while. The location is a little bit hidden and I feel like those who come here keep it a little secret because I never see it being busy so there's always washers available. Whenever I have had questions the owner is always available for answers so I always appreciate good customer service, and timeliness! Clean hamper is a good place to go for all of my laundry and cleaning needs. I totally would recommend to anyone!

The only cold option lasts 19 minutes, the washer is quicker than my timer, I dried my blanket for well over an hour and it's still wet. The outside is extremely hot yet the inside is extremely wet. My blanket smelt burnt when it came out. (I didn't keep it running for an hour straight, I gave it some pause for couple minutes because it's extremely hot, and when I finish the drying it still smells burnt and yet inside is wet)

And, well, this was far from the worst experience I've ever had, but could be a bit better. First, know that this place gets CROWDED. And it often happens on a dime. You may want to poke your head in, learn the flow of when it gets busy and when it doesn't, and try to plan around it so you aren't waiting around for machines. Second, no vending machines for other goods. The second time I used this laundromat, I nearly had to go find somewhere else because I was out of fabric softener and there was no ability to buy some. Note to the owner - with Big Lots next door permanently closed, this might really open up an opportunity to sell detergent, bleach, dryer sheets, etc. Come prepared or be in for a rough time. Third, parking can be a mess. The shopping center is now bustling with some new shops, so the area immediately around the laundromat is often pretty packed. You can park farther away, but who wants to do that and drag several loads of laundry across the parking lot? That said, there is a couple that do come in and clean up some. So this place is somewhat clean. It's not as clean as those with a full time attendant, but they do a decent job cleaning up when they're there. I don't know how often that is, but I did see them really work on cleaning up vents and floors and such. Pricing on the machines wasn't all that bad either. Not great, not awful, seemed pretty average. They do have an issue with some of the machines breaking down - seems mostly with top load machines. But overall, I've not had a problem finding a working machine to use. The dryers can be hit or miss - I've definitely had to run them a little longer at times to make sure they're fully dry. Overall, not a bad laundromat. It's not the cleanest, not the cheapest, not the emptiest, not a lot of things. But it works. That said, I am glad to have finally gotten a washer and dryer in home so I don't have to deal with that anymore.

The machines aren't in the best of shape but they get the job done. The prices are a little higher then other sites i have used more the dryers but like I said, if you are desperate to wash and dont have daylight to do so, this is a chill spot. They offer your traditional quarter as payment but also through an app that will tell you what machines are available and when you are using them it will notify you when they are done (assuming you are within bluetooth range). There is a 711 next door so you can grab some snacks and drinks after you put your load in. This place definitely needs a remodel And some new machines but otherwise it gets your clothes clean enough to continue about your week and is always open.

In other words, when it's as white as new but you can still feel the stain. While I don't think they could have as been effective as they could have been and excessively delayed/ continued to manipulate the wash as a supervised "group" project, releasing each stain to undisguise/ undisclosed scents or concentrations of stains masked by cleaners, the environment of the cleaners makes it a safer place to release the stain given the amount of machines operating inside the structure using chemicals designed to sanitize the washes. You never know what the concéntrate carpet shampoo and stain remover, floor cleaning/ multipurpose disinfectant solution, automobile interior odor eliminator or leading high efficiency laundry detergent hides until it's dissolved all day. Helpful especially with secondhand buys, and rewashing projects from the cleaners, other laundromats, sewage damage, similar residential restorations, biotech backdrafts, etc. I didn't find them helpful for cleaning mops or sleeping bags. They'll look and feel clean but if you purchase other ones, you'll feel the difference with the newer ones used and stained at the same rate. I was unable to unmask a set in stain of concentrated cleansers that made a sleeping bag bearable for one to two uses. It was difficult at first to recognize that it needed to be re-cleaned because it looks so clean despite its tattered state. It's not until you can hold the stuffing of the bag in your hand that you can tell that it still needs to be re-washed. You don't have to go through it alone! We're all on the same boat. --UPDATE from 9/21/20 visit- clothes that were on first rewash smell slightly clean. Two small loads that I brought along to wash the entire day, approx 12 to 8 for drying between 8 to 9, STINK! Used more than one laundry detergent, solid and liquid. Smelled slightly off, but I usually eat animal protein and herbs. Unfortunately I cannot wear these without an additional wash as touching/ folding them MADE ME SICK! How ineffective was their wash! Totally do not have that problem at home. Not trying to exaggerate as I always try to avoid the load the staff works on, but it being in the half washed condition that it was, it was dangerous, regardless that I knew which plate that I ate while wearing it (smells like you were the cook or it was clothing you wore only through the meal). Horrible! So disappointed! Meanwhile, there are no visible stains and the clothes look clean! Not just any clean- ALL DAY clean! You can't wear them or fold them without developing foul breath. Benefit is that you can pay using credit/ debit cards and view your account activity, making it easier to bring issues like the one stated to the attention of the owner and staff. UPDATE 9/22/20: I took four pieces from three different loads to be altered to four different cleaners. One of them found the dresses to be, in her words, "ugh", and gave me a free bag to carry them around in. I can't agree more and I'm glad someone actually voiced their opinion.
