Great dry cleaners. Friendly, affordable and they tailor. I get it everyone is trying to save a dollar and I recently converted from the 3 dollar a piece cleaners to Silver Moon. I am so much happier. My clothes are clean and they do not smell like chemicals . The parking lot can be a little overwhelming. I am very disappointed with this dry cleaners. They ruined my husbands Tommy Bahama Tropical shirt. The shirt was about $99. They said they would give me $80 dry cleaning credit. I used $47.50. I went back today to get my $37.50 balance of dry cleaning. I even showed a receipt for a new Tommy Bahama shirt which we purchased at Macy's. They wouldn't honor the credit..instead they said I owed them money!..Don't ever go here! I will never return! read more

Honest. That's important in a dry cleaner. I don't know much about laundering, dry-cleaning, pressing shirts, etc. They'll let me know if something doesn't need a certain service. Also, when they make a mistake, they let me know about it right away! (Some dry cleaners have a it's-never-our-fault policy.) read more

Came here because of all the amazing reviews and my experience started off great. Dropped off a silk shirt with no problem and asked the employee if it would be possible to get out some of the color transfer on the silk shirt. She was great and was very transparent in saying she was not sure but would ask the team when they came in, if they couldn't wash it, then she would call me right away. I didn't receive a call by Monday when my shirt was supposed to be ready so I went on Tuesday afternoon to pick it up. The shirt wasn't ready for reasons unknown at the time. I asked the employee to call me when it was ready so I can come pick it up. She called me just 20 minutes later and let me know that they had to wash it twice because of the color transfer and that it would be ready the next day. Didn't have any problems picking it up and it cost only $3.50, but my concern is what if I needed the shirt for something on Tuesday? If they needed to wash it twice (which I'm totally grateful they did to get out the color transfer!) it would have been great if they called to let me know it wouldn't be ready on Monday so that I didn't have to make 2 trips. read more

I have visions of other dry cleaners of my past pulling my clothes away from me as I tug back at them. Lol let's just say I've had bad experiences. And clearly, If you're anything like me you struggle with trying to find a few good places around your home. Gas stations, Groceries, Car Wash...and of course the place you bring your dry cleaning. I'm the type of person who would drive 20 miles weekly because dry cleaners in the past; lost, shrunk (trust me, It wasn't donuts that time*) or over charged. Till recently, I decided to give a local shop my clothes. And I'm glad I did. I cannot explain how much confidence I have in my little dry cleaners now. Convenience and peace of mind that not only will my little black sweater come back... Its returned true and crisp to the color BLACK... Their turn around in about 3 days. Which is great, cause I tested them unknowingly around the holidays. (Opps*) They even called to remind me they were closing early and my clothes were ready to be picked up. Customer service like that is appreciated, and keeps loyal customers like myself letting my friends know this is a really great business. Also let me mention... On one ocassion they returned $250.00 loose cash to me that they found in my pockets. And last week a check I totally forgot about, and today $60.00. A Honest business with great customer service??? Under new ownership, I guess the previous owner Lee , who I've known since he was a student at Los Altis high school sold the business. I have met the new owner and she was very friendly. Their phone number listed is correct but they had an issue with the company because it was not ringing, digital phones....lol. But they did a nice job pressing my shirt I like that it didn't have too much starch and was pressed well instead, they even removed the ring of dirt around the neck of a cream colored ahirt for me. I will come back again, because we have to support family business in 91745. No more corporate America Trump. They have been under new ownership in the past two or so years and it is not the same. I will not be going back. They ruined one of my favorite pleated dresses. The dress came back with all the pleats ironed out and the color was so faded, it was unrecognizable. Instead of giving me monetary credit, they gave me 50 dollars in dry cleaning credit. I even showed them a receipt with the price of the dress-200 dollars. No, I do not want any credit because I don't want to go back!! Since I had credit I took other pieces of clothing I needed dry cleaned. All my clothes came back faded and shrunk. Do not bring your clothes here. They will ruin it. read more

Ive been coming here for the past few months to get my pants and suits dry cleaned. The staff is extremely friendly and the quality is amazing. The turn around time is approx 3-4 days. For a suit jacket they charge 6 dollars. I also dropped off a white coat that was stained with dirt and it came back as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Parking was abundant when I dropped off/picked up clothes, Tuesday at 2 p.m. Checked buttons for adjustment before dropping off. Con: Called several times with no answer (possibly lunch hours). This place is excellent and affordable. The people working there are very friendly, and all of my clothing came back looking great. When I went to pick up my stuff, they told me that one of the button-down shirts I dropped off had a stubborn stain and they were re-laundering it. They asked me how quickly I needed it, and they would expedite its cleaning. Has a drive though and a night drop very convenient if you need to drop off stuff. They also do shoe repair, laundry, and various other services. the pricing is very reasonable. I've come back to this cleaner after going to others. They provide, by far, the friendliest service. They also do a great job on our stuff. After receiving substandard service from other cleaners because I was trying to save a few bucks, I've learned, you get what you pay for. When the other 'cheaper' cleaner refused to fix the damage they did to my clothing (without charging me), I came straight here. Not only was Nick friendly, he also offered to fix the damage at no charge! Imagine that! No charge for fixing someone else's mistake! I've learned my lesson. Some tailors/seamstresses will ask "How many inches do you want your pants taken in?" and I have absolutely no idea what to tell them other than, "Oh the pants don't fit well....please help??" Most of the time the people are annoyed at me and then my pants come out too tight or loose or uneven. Fortunately, Christina (I'm about 95% sure this is her name) was able to help me with measurements and give her recommendations. The pants I brought in turned out great! I went here to get my blanket cleaned after our alarm system representatives came to do service at my home. They stained my blanket because the person put his silicone on my blanket and it left a stain. So they tried to remove the stain however, it didn't come off. Instead of taking the money, they actually refunded me the price of the cleaning and gave me back my blanket. Even though they weren't able to remove a stain, they went about it very professionally. Had an alteration done here and it was impeccable. I called around at several other cleaners in the area and they all quoted me about $20-$25 to have a skirt taken in, and Silver Moon did it for $11. We love them. We've tried other cleaners in the area and been really unhappy, but Silver Moon has been consistently good. The work with my husbands crazy travel schedule, sometimes getting his close done in one or two business days. And the clothes always look good. We've had a couple of times where the stains have not come out, but they always take the clothes back and re-do them with no trouble, and have always been successful the second time around. Their prices are very reasonable too. And I love that they know us by name. They see me pull up and have my clothes ready by the time I walk in the door. read more

I started going to Silver moon Cleaners about 2 years ago, I always had to wear white dress shirts, ties and slacks for work. Now I've gone to many other cleaners over the years and my shirts would have freeways on the sleeves or they would come back still stained etc. I spent a lot of money at other cleaners! Silver moon Cleaners is the only place I take my Suits Now, my whites are bright and the sleeves have perfect blades, I mean sharp. They even clean my Italian Ties and bring them back to their rich luster. If you live in the LA area, and want to look like a million bucks take your dry cleaning over to Silver moon Cleaners in Hacienda Heights Ca. 91745 off of Hacienda and Colima. This is about my 3rd or 4th time I brought my dry cleaning here. I came here because the previous dry cleaning place that I went to poked holes in my cashmere scarf. Also the prices are better here than I think most places overall. Their dress shirt prices are kind of high, but I found everything else was lower or more reasonable. Best thing about this business is the customer service! Super friendly staff, courteous and professional. Every time I have come in they have been really professional. They are also honest about their work, and have given me recommendations about laundering or dry cleaning certain clothes. Currently, this is the only dry cleaning place that I visit. Only negative is they send out their work, but most small dry cleaning places do this, so its pretty normal. read more

I had an emergency. My pants needed hemming in time for me to go to work. I called Silver Moon Cleaners and explained to them that I'm starting a new job and the position has a dress code. I just bought the black pants that day. It was a Wednesday and I needed it by Friday in order to wear it Saturday morning. The guy on the phone assured me they could have it done in time, so I came in again. It was my second time. This time, I was greeted by the same woman who took care of the hem for my other pants. She was confident it would be done by Friday. As promised, I got the pants on time and it fits beautifully. I tried it out the first time because of the high ratings on Yelp. The woman is professional and courteous. I am completely satisfied and didn't spend a whole lot. I plan to make Silver Moon Cleaners my regular dry cleaning and laundry service. read more

I took my coat and my husband's jacket. They got both of them clean for under $20. I asked for a little touch up on the buttons and they tightened them within the hour.
