They were always courteous and recognized me after a while, making my visits quicker and more enjoyable. Their service was excellent. I never had an item missing or damaged. Through the years, every dry cleaner had a setback with a damaged or lost item -- but not Cindy's Cleaners. Ever. For 2 1/2 years! Parking is super easy in the big center which has a Del Taco and used to have a 99 Cent Only Store. Prices are very reasonable. They cut my pants wrong one leg longer than other.. WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!! Last month was my first time visiting this business. I spent $150 cleaning over 10 suits. After I went home, I discovered one of the suit's colors faded. So I went back to the store. Let them know. The guy said take any responsibility after you walk out of the store. I told him I found out when I was ready to wear it. It's not about the suit. You can tell me if the colors fade when I pick it up. It's about how you run the business and treat the customer. He called the lady in the back; she said she would clean it and I could pick it up a week later. So I returned, and the lady asked me to pay for that suit. I asked her why you didn't tell me when you said you would charge for that. It's not about how much money it's about your attitude. So I grabbed the suit and returned to my car for cash; she thought I would run for 9 dollars. She started to yell at California law. When I returned, the guy told me to take my money and return to where I came from, to China. No more talk can solve that $9 problem. I have never heard of racism in any business in California, and I paid for it, too. So funny. I hope the business owner can find out how your employees treat your first-time customers and tell them not to come back! read more

Took my 2 dresses in on Wednesday asked for them to be done by Friday (which they confirmed on the receipt). Went in on Friday at 5pm was told the dresses would not be ready until Monday at 2pm. Went back on Monday the dresses were not ready waited an hour and they were still not ready had to go back at 5pm to pick them up. No discounts offered for all the wasted gas and time "since they did their job" absolutely ridiculous 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I brought in a heavily soiled table cloth used at the workplace during a lunch meeting and also a jacket which had some oil stains and I needed these items cleaned by the next day! So I looked on Yelp and I found Cindy's Dry Cleaners right down the street from my office and I cannot express my satisfaction enough, because not only did they helped me right there and then, they also did a professional job getting rid of the oil stains, they pressed my tablecloth beautifully, and my jacket was looking like new! Staff was very friendly and responsive to questions. Did a good job hemming prom dress that included sequins. I would go back but leave myself enough time. Dress was not ready as promised. Came back two days later. Not a huge deal because I have plenty of time before my daughters event. Also wish it was maybe 1/2 inch or so shorter. Actually I'm an old customer here. But recently I brought my Burberry jacket there, only worn once and got oil spot when I was eating. I visited there three times to try to pick u my jacket. They couldn't make it clean but still charged me because they say I tried to clean. This is ridiculers. That means if I asked a plumber to unblock the drain, he tried and couldn't unblock it. I tried Cindy's cleaners because of the reviews and it's near my home . I took one jacket first to see how they did, and I was happy with service and pricing. Since I was happy with their service I took another jacket and coat. I just picked up my items, and as they bring me my items I see a big rip on the jacket and I point it out to the lady. She tells me yes we couldn't clean it because it was rip. Mind you I only wore it once and she shows me other area wear it was slightly tore saying that's how I bought it in and see it's old. I know that it was not ripped and the other areas she pointed to were not there when I took it. I am really disappointed because they didn't take accountability for damaging my jacket. The lady kept saying that's how you brought it in, trying to convince me look at the other areas of the jacket saying it an old jacket. I would have never taken a rip jacket to dry clean. This place was really disappointed me. I went their 2 times, and the second time was asking them to Re-do their job. But unfortunately they told me the Stain on my wool coat cannot be taken off. Their told me they did try their best. But anyways they didn't charge me for second time service. I brought it back my coat and was thinking may be I should try to cleaning myself, that spot fucked up anyway. So I used water and soup just cleaned the spot (stain size was around of an egg size) gently and much carefully as well. Then I was surprised the stain was gone even when it was wet. I wasn't assure it would be cleaned that well, so I was waiting for hours till it dry. And the stain was gone, and I was happy my love coat was finally cleaned SO WELL. I don't recommend this place at all. Bc they are just So not precessional and responsible for their customers. Will never go again. read more

This is the best cleaners in Hacienda Heights!! This place knows how to run a business and truly cares about customers. I needed to iron my sisters homecoming dress on Saturday and therefore needed same day service. I called 5 different cleaners and none of them wanted to help because apparently their machine was off or they couldn't finish till Monday. I was gonna lose hope but I gave Cindy's a shot and did not get let down. The price was $18 but keep in mind it was a hi-low dress that had a train. Best service and quality!!
