My wife has been going to this spot for not only cleaning but alterations for many years. I decided to give it a try as my own body journey has been shifting and clothes are fitting better but remaining baggy and I wanted to upgrade my fit. Not only was the pinning and measurements thorough with a lot of smart questions asked, but the qualities that I received back in the work and the communication shared between myself and the team was amazing. I will always be coming here for all cleaning alterations moving forward. Thank you so much ladies and gentlemen! read more

Service was amazing; I was beyond satisfied with my experience as a new customer. I was able to change and try on the pants, and she pinpointed the perfect placement where the pants meet the dress shoe. I'll definitely bring more suits and pants for alterations so they fit and look great. I highly recommend coming here to bring your clothes that need fixing. read more

Great job! Love the service. Prices very fair. Had my suit and my wife's bridal gown cleaned here. Very satisfied.

Was looking for my wedding dress to be altered and found ok cleaners in my search. Read the positive review from another bride and decided to bring my dress in. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. Priscilla is detailed in explaining what to expect during the process and calls with updates. They ask for you to come in for a fitting after alterations and see if its perfect or anything else needs to be done. My dress was perfect and slim fitting as requested. Time was about 2-3 weeks and price is very inexpensive. My husband also came in and had his trousers hemmed in a couple days. This is only the second time I have used this cleaner's, but they are amazing prices are great. Staff is very nice. Walked in on Tuesday to have 2 shirts, dry, clean and pressed. They were ready the next day, unfortunately. I had a problem with another place and needed to rush a dress for today! Only a twenty four hour turn around for them to press my dress! I am so happy with their service and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you read more

After the previous review, the owner contacted me and offered to honor their original price. Good service

Not recommended. Clothes looked like they were just water-washed, colors not preserved.

Super fast service, other places told me to give them 2 weeks to dry clean a suit. Ok Cleaners had it ready the next day. Great price too! Person at the counter was nice! read more

I am so incredibly sad. This is my first time using a dry cleaning service. After finding this place and seeing that it has great reviews, I thought I was in the right hands. I brought 9 items in on Tuesday and got a text that it's ready on Thursday. When I went to go pick it up on Thursday afternoon, my heart immediately dropped on the floor when I saw that all my white dresses has turned into a dingy light grey. 4 out of the 9 items that took in were white dresses and all 4 ruined as it turned into a light grey tone. I even took the dresses outside the establishment in hopes that it may have been a lighting issue.....nope- it's just grey. The lady who helped me claimed that they don't do any dyeing so surely the color change is not because of them. Nonetheless offered to reprocess the items. I am definitely not making these claims up for fun and I certainly do not enjoy leaving bad reviews. These are some of my favorite dresses that I bought at $500-700 a piece and barely wore a couple times. Which is why I thought to bring them in for professional cleaning in the first place. The results on the white items looks as if they were mixed in the washer with other dark clothing and got contaminated. Every part of the item turned evenly grey, including the inside linings. I left 2 of the 4 dresses with them to attempt to fix as it's not something I would wear as is. I took the other 2 home because they are my absolute favorite dresses and I didn't want them to possibly turn out even worse. I'm happy to take down or change this review if the items are fixed but based on the issue, I don't have high hopes of these items turning back to bright white. Attached is a photo of a similar dress that I have from the same brand and is the exact same material. On the LEFT is the one that got dry cleaned and the RIGHT is a new dress. :( read more

I often have problems with the sleeve fit of large coats but I finally found a place I trust for coat alterations. I brought in a maxi length wool coat and a waterproof jacket shell. The sleeves on both articles were hemmed flawlessly. Now they actually look like they fit me instead of looking like I borrowed them. What a difference a good alteration makes! read more

This was my first time ever getting anything tailored. The lady at the counter was so kind and informative. Truly a great service and I can't wait to go back for more tailoring services and dry cleaning. read more

I was looking for a place that does suit alterations without the crazy prices. Looked around yelp and found this location. It was a bit hard to find via GPS but driving slowly paid off. Parking was plentiful. When I arrived both workers greeted me right away. Once we started talking they gave me advice and did not try to upsell any other type of service or alterations that wasn't needed. Price was very fair compared to the 3 other I went to. Got pants altered to be shorter and brought in, coat sleeve was made shorter and waist also brought in. Best part they take credit card and have a system that will text you when your items are ready to be picked up. Dropped off last Friday and was able to pick up a week later. I would definitely come back here again. read more

The dress fitted perfectly after alteration! The staff was very nice and helpful! I love the service, which definitely deserves 5 stars.

This is an outstanding alteration shop and they really are super friendly. The facility is very clean and the most organized I've seen. Prices are very reasonable, service is efficient, and most importantly, they do a quality job which makes for happy customers. I would definitely return for future alteration/dry cleaning needs. *Ok so after I read my review out loud, I realized it sounded scripted but I promise it's not!! This is not a sponsored review. LoL. They really are great and are well deserving of your business. read more

Aloha/howdy/hi! I found this place by referral from a friend. Tried them out with a few items to make sure they knew what they were doing. That was about a year ago. Although it's a bit further from my neighborhood cleaner, I prefer coming here because the service is good and consistent. The prices are very reasonable and they have a good alteration option in case you need to fix a new suit or sweater. Just let them know how you like your clothes cleaned and they will make it happen read more

I wish I could post a positive review. Their customer service was good but I was $65.00 for a small alteration and steam cleaning of a dance skirt. After I told my dance team members, their mouth dropped. I was apparently taken advantage of and charged too much. The skirt was altered too big and I had to go back to another tailor to get it fixed. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dry cleaning for the most part feels like a chore, but OK Cleaner have made the overall experience easy and enjoyable. I dropped off my dry cleaning, had my clothing counted, requested a specific pickup day that was convenient. A week later, I came back to all my clothes cleaned and nicely packaged. It was important to me to find an eco friendly dry cleaner when I stumbled upon this shop. So if you're looking for environmentally friendly place, this is it. read more

This place exceeded my expectation! I had a collared buttoned shirt and had ask them to cut the sleeves and collar. It was then within a week and I was very pleased with the results. The shirt was for my boyfriend and although he appreciated the alteration, he wanted it to be more similar to a tank top he had. I was able to bring in ome of his tank top for the tailor to follow and the final result was amazing! They listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job on alteration. I was searching for a new place since the one I always go to has been closed for a long time now due to covid. This place did not disappoint. This would be my first time getting a suit altered and dry cleaned for a wedding in a month. The service at this place is awesome! I was greeted by a lady who rang up the other lady (presumably the owner's wife). She proceeded to ask me to change into my suit and dress shirt, then got all her measurements (in the form of safety pins), and I was out the store in maybe half an hour. I ended up only needing alterations for my dress shirt and pants (hemming and tapering). About a week later I got a text saying my clothes were ready, so I retrieved it, and what do you know! The outfit looked much better on me! There was also a security tag from the online store that I bought the suit from that was still attached to the suit that both of us didn't catch initially, but it wasn't a problem to clean around. She did leave the tag on for fear that it would cause a hole or damage to my clothes if not removed from the store, which was a good call. Overall, would definitely recommend coming here to get a suit + dress shirt alteration. read more
