I have driven by this place countless amount of times in the past three years and never knew it was a cleaner! the owner is super attentive, punctual, speaks perfect english and very nice. I would say this place has pretty reasonable prices! read more

Recently purchased a secondhand couch and was looking to have all of the couch cushions dry cleaned. I had heard good things about Mission Cleaner from a friend, so I decided to check it out. Note: there is a parking lot - there are not too many spots, but there's an area in front of the store where you could likely pull up temporarily as well. I dropped by around 2PM on a Monday and was warmly greeted by the owner. She helped mark where the cushions had stains/discoloration (there were quite a few spots) and gave me a receipt for pickup. In total the cost came out to $82, which was pretty reasonable! They accept many payment forms - credit card (no service charge), Zelle, Venmo. On Thursday, I received a call that my items were ready so I quickly paid and picked them up. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of service I received here and would highly recommend. I will definitely be back with any future dry cleaning needs! read more

Mission Cleaner - Items nicely hung and folded for pickup. Dedicated parking lot with a handful of spaces. - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Alhambra, California

I've been here twice and the lady in the front was very nice. I brought in a suit once to dry clean and this time I brought in a trench coat with a loose button. They reinforced it and cleaned my jacket very well. Even though it's out of my way, I'll choose to return because they've done an awesome job so far and are always on time with their estimated time of pick up. read more

Have brought items and instructions are rarely followed. Have had minimal discoloration. They just take in the item; don't make a difference at all and still charge you . Not worth it. Not efficient and or timely. You pretty much get the same item back . Will not be going back. read more

My favorite dry cleaner in the area. Never had any complaints. Quick turnaround time, fair pricing. Recently washed a comforter and it came back as expected read more

Great service! Susannah is the sweetest. My clothes always come out looking fresh and clean. Would recommend if you're looking for a good dry cleaner. read more

They're dry cleaning service is great for coats and dresses. However, alterations for hemming. I don't trust anymore. Look somewhere else, I feel they're hired an in-house person without any experience. Dry cleaning cool but anything that requires altering...RUN!!! read more

Susanna is amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond--helping me get my company uniforms fully ready by sewing on patches, dry cleaning, and pressing everything perfectly. The service is always efficient, and the quality is top-notch. I'm so glad I found this place in my area--this is definitely my go-to dry cleaner from now on! read more

Very good service all around. The price is great for the quality work. They got a few stains out that i couldnt. Thanks :)

I've been coming here for a long time. I just dropped off a coat for a dry clean a few days ago. I just picked it up and turned out they had a break in yesterday or recently. They stole the credit card machine so it's cash for now. I feel so bad for the owner as I've known her for a long time and saw how hard she worked. All of the items I dropped off are clean and always ready on the promised date. I'd continue to support this business. I haven't been to other cleaners so I don't have price to compare. I've been satisfied and never looked elsewhere. read more

I've been here a handful of times and service is usually good and fast. We brought in a white button up with sweat stains and for about $5 it was cleaned in 3 days. I've also come here to hem some pants and, again, service was good and quick. Their prices are pretty reasonable! Make sure to check Yelp for deals! read more

I drive by Mission Cleaner often because it's in such a convenient location, so when I have to do my annual dry clean by winter coat, I thought they'd be a good first stop. I initially got some yelp bids that were pretty outrageous (I was almost going to buy a new coat), but Mission Cleaner was so much more reasonable and I adore that it's a family run business to boot. They did a great job cleaning my coat, are so friendly and warm (the little treats and chit chat are nice), and my coat was ready when scheduled - will definitely return. read more

I wish I found them sooner!! Such a great deal on my wedding dress and gown. They provided me a quote over the phone (which some places don't do for wedding gowns) and was extremely kind. When i brought in my dresses, they said it'll be ready in a month but they cleaned it in half the time. Would highly recommend, thanks for your help! read more

My favorite cleaners! I've been going here for years and surprised that I never wrote a review. First of all, the lady who's always there (I assume she's the owner?) is very friendly and helpful, there's a very welcoming sense about the place that just feels good. The hours are extremely good they open early and on weekends. Secondly, parking is really easy. They have a large lot and i usually just pull up literally right in front of the door as they have a covered area for dropping off, so no need to even pull into a parking space. When it comes to the actual services, they are also top notch. Sometimes when I have some stains I'll tell her about it and she'll mark it and they do a great job of cleaning it. Turnaround time for cleaned items are also very good, AND, you can tell they really care for the clothing. When you pick up the item it comes covered in protective plastic and beautifully pressed. I forget the prices off the top of my head but they're comparable to most places. They also do tailoring. I've had a few items hemmed and they did a really great job of it. Lastly, the thing that exemplifies the top notch customer service is I had broken off one of the buckles on my dress pants and when I brought it in to get it repaired and asked how much she said no problem she would do it for free for me as a customer who goes there. Really nice way of showing appreciation for her customers and shows that she cares. read more

Found this place on Yelp and since it's nearby my work, I gave it a try. I dropped off a shirt for dry clean. The lady there was nice and the place looks organized. It was on a slightly pricier end, $10 for a shirt to dry clean but it was done with satisfaction. Would go back again. read more

Service is excellent and friendly customer service . 10 stars for quality service. I never have any problems with my clothes or alterations.

I requested a quote for a wedding dress clean and boxing service and the response was quick. Out of several places I was quoted from this one was definitely priced at a fair point. Since I was taking my wife's wedding dress, I also dropped off my suit and services was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back for future dry cleaning. read more

I have been coming here for over a decade. The owner is SO caring and great. Highly recommend. They also do hemming and alterations.

I have been coming to this cleaner since a few years ago. The owner is very friendly and personable. She would pull out my dry clean from her rack once she saw me pulled up to her driveway. Extraordinary! The owner is also very honest, which I appreciated. I brought her a canvas bag once. She told me that she needs to ask and see if it can be cleaned. She asked me to come back in a few days. When I returned, she told me that the bag cannot be cleaned and she did not charge me anything. Parking is never a problem for me. Price is very reasonable. I will continue to support this local business as I am very satisfy with their services! read more

I was staying at a friend's place and needed to get my sweaters cleaned... Great service, and the extended business hours are much more convenient than my previous place. I brought my scout's uniform here for a military press ahead of the big day (Rose Parade) and even got a new customer discount! I also recommended this place to another mom, as both of our scouts needed their uniforms pressed for the same event. Will be back for other dry cleaning items in the future! Thank you Suzanna & David. read more

I have never tried their dry cleaning service and only came here for alterations. I walked in without an appointment and the price was $25 to hem shirt sleeves (sales tax included.) The staff was very friendly and she automatically applied 10% off for 1st time customer (which was a pleasant surprise.) They accept Apple Pay and the website has a 10% discount coupon with purchases of $15 and up. You also get additional $1 off on your order if you also use the Yelp check-in deal. I dropped off my shirts on Wednesday morning and my shirts were ready to pick up on Saturday afternoon. It took a while because the 3rd party tailor picked up clothes on Thursday and dropped off tailored clothes at Mission Cleaner on Saturday. This is not exactly the cheapest place to hem your shirts, but at least they get the job done. Overall 3.5-star, but I will give the benefit of the doubt. P.S. - Mission Cleaner has its own parking lot. read more

I have one word for this place: WOW! I'm an attorney and so I am constantly in need of dry cleaning for my suits and finer clothes. Every time my clothes come back, they look better than they did when I first bought them. Everything is always fresh, crisp, and simply perfect. The turnaround is also great. I am able to pick up my clothes within 3-4 days. And on top of it all, pricing is super affordable and reasonable. The owner is amazing - you can tell she puts her heart and soul into her business and it shows in her work. She is ALWAYS smiling and incredibly nice to everyone that walks through the door. She loves her clients and does everything in her power to take care of them. She's the best. The location is also great. There is a huge lot for parking, but you can simply pull up right up front and drop off your cleaning! SO EASY! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! read more

Great place to get dry cleaning done. They are responsive and will work with you to get what you need done. They are competitively priced and tend to be quick. I highly recommend this business. read more

Sometimes good sometimes not so good. Have taken my suits many times but it's not a place I'd go again. They don't really seem to put that much attention on stains or spills.. probably due to them sending them out to be mass cleaned with little care. If you are going to charge on the high side then I'd hope the cleaning would match. Sadly it doesn't. Oh well. I'm sure they are good for clothes that don't get spills. read more

I needed to get my pants hemmed for a wedding that was less than a week away and Susanna came through with helping me get that done! Rather than going in to see if this could be completed by the desired date, Susanna confirmed over the phone the pants would be ready on the following Tuesday (ceremony was that Wednesday) if I dropped them off that Saturday. So I went in that same day to drop them off and was in and out within 10 minutes after measurements. She was glad to give me a 10% discount as a first time (definitely not last time) customer and also $1 off for checking in on Yelp. The work done on the pants was great; you could not even tell work had been done to alter the length. I haven't been here for dry cleaning yet, but I aim to make this the place to go. Friendly service and ample parking does not hurt either! read more

I was in need of a new cleaner since the place I patronized for over 20 years started having really deceptive pricing practices. Thanks to Yelp, I found Mission Cleaner and called to get a quote for dry cleaning a knee-length wool coat and sweaters. I ended up getting charged less than what was quoted on the phone AND was given a discount for being a first-time customer. The owner couldn't have been kinder (we share the same name on top of that) and service is quick and easy. The finished products were great. I'm so relieved now to have found a new, reliable cleaner. I highly recommend Mission Cleaner. read more

Best place in the SGV for dry cleaning and tailoring work. I love to get my pants hemmed here as they do a great job and the seam always looks clean and neat. They're efficient and fast enough. Customer service is always helpful and friendly. Prices aren't cheap nor outrageously expensive. It's a fair price for the quality of dry cleaning. I have been coming here for years and I love to take my high priced items here. I'll take my Zara and meh brand stuff to a cheaper place. This is the shop I will get all my dry cleaning and tailoring done. They made a mistake on my shirt. I drive all the way from Irvine for Mission Cleaner because they are reliable. Their pricing is fair and the owner is so sweet. I had my aritzia super puff and Aritzia Ganna shirt jacket dry cleaned. After looking at several cleaners on Yelp, I decided to try out Mission Cleaner. I read a lot of great reviews about the staff and the quality of the work they do. Parking was pretty easy and since it's located on the corner of Garfield Ave and Mission Road, there were two entrances into the lot. Walking in, Susanna greeted me with a smile. I explained to her that I had a pair of dress pants that needed to be dry cleaned and a dress shirt that needed to be washed and pressed. She gave me the price for the two items ($5.50 for dry cleaning the pants, $3 for washing and pressing the shirt) and even applied the new customer discount (10% off). If you check-in on Yelp, you'll also get $1 off. No payment is needed when you drop off your items; you'll pay when you pick them up. When I came to pick up my items, Susanna welcomed me and even remembered my name and the items I was picking up; she is amazing! Since my total was less than $15, I paid by cash; there's an extra charge for credit card payments under that amount. Overall, I had a great experience with Mission Cleaner and Susanna. She is a wonderful lady and was extremely pleasant to talk to. They do not clean the items onsite, but that didn't matter, my pants and shirt turned out great. read more
