I was fortunate to find just the right people, with Sophia and Kevin sharing 37 years of experience. The pair were both kind and knowledgeable, providing great input throughout the tailoring process. Kevin took my input and simulated the alterations beautifully for view for myself in front of the mirror. The day of pickup, my suit fit me like a glove. In fact, the way my suit was tailored was much better than I could have imagined. This is the reason why the pair have been in business for 37 years.

Note: there is a parking lot - there are not too many spots, but there's an area in front of the store where you could likely pull up temporarily as well. I dropped by around 2PM on a Monday and was warmly greeted by the owner. She helped mark where the cushions had stains/discoloration (there were quite a few spots) and gave me a receipt for pickup. In total the cost came out to $82, which was pretty reasonable! They accept many payment forms - credit card (no service charge), Zelle, Venmo. On Thursday, I received a call that my items were ready so I quickly paid and picked them up. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of service I received here and would highly recommend. I will definitely be back with any future dry cleaning needs!

Shoutout to the previous Yelp reviewer who explained she also needed her bridesmaid dress altered on a Thursday and the wedding was on a Saturday. That's the same dilemma I was in. I called to confirm what the other Yelp reviewer said and sure enough the owner said she'd have it done the next day! I took it in on Thursday morning and she had it done by 5pm on Friday. So grateful she was so efficient! I paid approximately $40 (see photograph below). Han explained that because the dress was double layered it would cost a little more. I personally thought it was a lot, but when you're in a bind and don't want to drive far you pay. However, I spoke to the other bridesmaids who also had their dresses hemmed and they paid $50! The owner was not the friendliest upon arriving but once she warmed up to me she was super talkative and nice. I now know she has a son, lives in Alhambra, has been doing this for decades and likes to eat her lunch. She may come across as cold to others, but if you treat her with respect she will be super sweet. The dress itself came out perfect! I told her I needed three inches to be hemmed and she did just that. It legit looks and feels stunning. So happy with the end result.

The hardware has a string that totally fell off and they somehow have punched a small hole on the bottom of the shirt. Like okay my shirt is totally damaged now. As a result, my sweaters shrank to the size of an 8-year-old's, and the fur on my Canada Goose coat got shrank and damaged from the wet and dry process. When I returned the items, they offered to enlarge my sweater back to its original size, but it didn't work, and the coat's fur collar was further damaged. I found out they outsource the cleaning to a third party, which doesn't seem to properly care for the items, with no quality control. For many years of using dry cleaners, this has never happened--no one would ever water-wash cashmere or down coats. I won't be coming back to this store. I don't recommend this store to any family and friends!
