She is not taking anymore clients and all business is pickup only. Do you think she wants to spend time on the phone listening to what you want? Do you think this kind and gentle lady has the wherewithall to explain to you that she is losing her business? Many businesses are experiencing this same fate. I think the first shirt I wore, I noticed the stain, and guessed it was there before I turned in the shirt, and they couldnt clean it. No biggie. Then I see it on the next shirt. Now I'm becoming suspicious. I come home and check my shirts, and see that out of the 5 shirts I gave, 4 had these mysterious stains??? The stains are small, and in different places on the left cuff, but I do not expect to get my shirts back dirtier than I turn them in. That alone warrants downgrading them to 1 star (I really should be reporting them to the BBB). Going here is a pain as well. I think one of the employees parks in the only assigned customer parking spot (I see the same car parked there whenever I go, Lexus ES), and the rest of the plaza is pretty busy so hard to get parking. Also there are hardly at the front counter, so when you enter, you need to wait for someone to notice you.

I don't come here much because I wear clothing that usually doesn't require dry cleaning, but when I do I come here. I work in the medical field in radiographic imaging at the hospital, so my scrubs just need to be washed in the washing machine at home. My other clothes, the same. There are some exceptions. I do come here to get my Alpha Industries Flight Jacket dry cleaned. This type of jacket needs dry cleaning. Don't throw it in the washing machine unless you want to destroy it. Occasionally I have to dry clean a suit if I have occasion to wear it. I may bring my mom's wool outfits occasionally as well. When I need some alterations or repair, I come here. If I buy new pants and they are too long I bring it here for hemming. I have a scrubs pants and the pocket stitching broke recently, so I brought it here. I was told it would be done Monday, which is a few days, yet the same day I got a text saying it was done, so I picked it up the next day. How's that for fast service and efficiency? I also had a pocket stitching on my Alpha Industries flight jacket come unstitched and brought it here for repair. This is a two-woman operation. I don't recall their names but one is the owner and she has an employee that does the alterations and repair as well as other things. The owner may also do that stuff too, but I know for sure the employee does that. Both are very nice people and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship here is excellent as is the dry cleaning. The customer service is excellent too. Prices are great too. I highly recommend Chief Cleaners.

When my mom explained the reasoning behind the rush service, they were so understanding, gracious, and compassionate. They had it ready quickly, even sooner than they promised. The communication and service were top notch, and their kindness truly meant so much to my mom and our family during such a difficult time. They were so sympathetic to my mom that they even gave her a hug, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture.
