I had heard good things about Mission Cleaner from a friend, so I decided to check it out. Note: there is a parking lot - there are not too many spots, but there's an area in front of the store where you could likely pull up temporarily as well. I dropped by around 2PM on a Monday and was warmly greeted by the owner. She helped mark where the cushions had stains/discoloration (there were quite a few spots) and gave me a receipt for pickup. In total the cost came out to $82, which was pretty reasonable! They accept many payment forms - credit card (no service charge), Zelle, Venmo. On Thursday, I received a call that my items were ready so I quickly paid and picked them up. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of service I received here and would highly recommend. I will definitely be back with any future dry cleaning needs!

We had two suit pants, one skirt and one stretchy pants. One of the suit pants needed a smaller waist band. The pants around the waist was loose but there were a lot of fabric making it look extremely oversized. So the entire pants needed to be cut down a couple sizes. The other pants just needed to be tailored at the ankle. The stretchy pants and the skirt also needed to be tailored to be shorter. When I gave her my pants and skirt, she noticed immediately that they're from Uniqlo without even looking at the tag. When I tried to ask Uniqlo to tailor my pants, they said their machine would ruin it. So I took it upon myself to use those cheap brothers sewing machine to hem up the pants. I clearly didn't do a good job and Han saw it and easily guessed that I used a portable brothers sewing machine. After getting them back, the pants fit perfectly and not loose at all. Han hemmed everything up really well and for a really affordable cost. We weren't in a rush to get them back but she did it in a week. She also had a lot of work to do from other clients, so for her to finish in a week was amazing. When you meet her, don't feel discouraged, she has a really monotone facial expression, but we chatted and she was friendly. If you need something done quick or small at an affordable price, would recommend seeing her.

The only thing unique abt this cleaners is how careless they are regarding items that are being…read morecleaned. They send your items off to a third party to have them wash and send it back. Which means they have no control over how they wash delicate clothing and the items take a lot longer than expected to be ready for pickup. My brand new shirt is embellished with gold monogram flower hardware around the neckline which I specially said please be very careful and gentle with. It came back and guess what???Careless. The hardware has a string that totally fell off and they somehow have punched a small hole on the bottom of the shirt. Like okay my shirt is totally damaged now. If they couldn't have done the job without damaging my shirt, he could've just denied me as a customer. I would've preferred that over a damaged shirt. Come on, get it together. Never again. Def don't recommend this spot unless you don't care abt your clothing.

As a result, my sweaters shrank to the size of an 8-year-old's, and the fur on my Canada Goose coat got shrank and damaged from the wet and dry process. When I returned the items, they offered to enlarge my sweater back to its original size, but it didn't work, and the coat's fur collar was further damaged. I found out they outsource the cleaning to a third party, which doesn't seem to properly care for the items, with no quality control. For many years of using dry cleaners, this has never happened--no one would ever water-wash cashmere or down coats. I won't be coming back to this store. I don't recommend this store to any family and friends!
