Very good cleaners. Even friendlier staff. They helped me clean a VERY large Quinceañera dress. I am extremely grateful to Norgee Cleaners for their patience and professionalism. read more

Love this place! Have been going here for years! They are fast, efficient, super friendly and nice! Never experienced a problem here!

Friendly service and very honest. I once left $20 in one of my pants by accident and they returned it to me. These are also the same owners of the Monterey Park 24 Hour Dry Cleaning. read more

Very friendly and honest family runs this business. I went to pick up my stuff today and I forgot that I had already paid and was getting ready to pay. They honestly told me and just me my items. I gave them a white blouse with stains and they told me up front that they may not come off but they will try. All the stains came off and my blouse is perfect again. Really reliable and great service. read more

Great Quality, Great Service and Prompt. I also like the Hours of Operation. They're open almost year round. I've been a long time customer and have been using Norge Cleaners for over a decade. read more

Professional services, reasonable prices, always deliver on time. Friendly local small businesses.

I just recently had a bunch of things I needed dry cleaned and Norge Cleaners went above and beyond to get my jackets looking brand new. I had a jacket that was worn out which I washed in a machine (even though it said dry clean only) and Norge Cleaners could tell that it had been machine washed and wanted to hold onto it longer to really work on it to get it looking great. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. I really liked that they took their time with my items and didn't just say "oh well, we can't fix it." I highly recommend this place. read more

Great Dry Cleaning Place! I came here because my dress shirts were dirty. In fact, they were disgusting. They were all wrinkled, they had stains, and the collar were kinda nasty. So that's when I knew I needed to do something about it. I came here and the lady working there greeted me. She is super nice and sweet. I dropped of my shirts, came back to pick them up in two days. They did an excellent job on them. They look like new! Excellent prices, excellent service. I will be back again. read more

Reasonable prices and fast service. I've used Norge Cleanes sparingly over the years, but now that i'm being called back into the office daily from telework, looks like i'll be needing their services more often! read more

The quality is still good. Been going here for 1.5 years. Price went up. Shirt and pants is $9 as of 4/26. Not sure if they contract with other people. When I picked up my clothes. They said it was just dropped off... read more

she likes to argue and yell. hem pant i made a mistake. ask them to redo. she started to yell you to pay again. i told her no need to fight and yell. like going out for dinner you order a steak. it arrives not to your liking, the restaurant will re fire it or offer you a new steak. all i wanted is to re hem my pant. service sucks, tone of voice is terrible, not coming back. read more

I've been staying in a hotel for a couple months while I get settled for a new job down here. During that time I've been using Norge to keep my things clean and they are about the nicest people you can imagine. They remembered me by name after my first trip, offered to help me find a place and always are very helpful. Not to mention they clean everything perfectly every time. read more

My husband has been going here since he was a kid! That should say a lot! He dry cleans every week! Which saves me from doing laundry service praise God ! read more

My favorite place to drop off my dry cleaning. I don't even know how much they charge me. I have been a regular here since my parents drop off their stuff here. I usually let them know where the stains are on my shirt and pants; tell them when I need it, they require 1 day service rush if it's not too busy for them. And I get them back clean and pressed, good thing is that they don't over starch your shirts. read more

Eh. Turnaround isn't as good as I've been accustomed. It's not clear that they do their dry cleaning on site so it takes a while for my dress clothes to come back (typically 2 business days). Not open on Sundays, and opens late in the morning (not open at 9am one time I tried, and I usually leave for work at 7am). But they do a pretty good job if the schedule works out for you. The lady is very thorough about removing tags, etc. Price is competitive with other places. Be aware that they will not accept credit cards without a minimum $15-20 purchase. read more

I came here to get some work clothes dry cleaned here, and boy was I led astray by all the positive reviews. First off, it is pricy, the most expensive place I've been to for dry cleaning so far. I'm not sure if the previous reviews claiming cheap prices are outdated or if I just got lucky in finding a cheap and good dry cleaning place when I lived in Orange County. Anyway, when I dropped of my clothes I asked for a few pieces to have stain removal and made sure to point out where it was located and the stains were marked accordingly with tape (some deodorant and chalk stains, both of which were removed at previous dry cleaners I've been to). Afterwards, I asked how much money it would cost and he said "13". I asked again, since that didn't seem right for 13 pieces, and got the same answer. Well, needless to say, when I returned for pick-up, it was 4x that amount! And also, the stains were still there. For the price, I expected WAY better dry cleaning quality, but some of the shirts were still wrinkled, and again, the stains still there. I will continue going back to Asahi Cleaners off of Garfield as they are not nearly as pricy as Norge AND the quality of dry cleaning and stain removal is significantly better. Too bad, I was hoping this place was a keeper. read more

I know dry cleaners are a dime a dozen, and that's no exception in the MPK area. Honestly, I haven't tried any other dry cleaners other than this one, so I can't really compare. But I've been nothing but happy with the work they do here, so why bother looking elsewhere?? I've been going here probably for about 20 years now and no complaints yet! They've never ruined anything, lost anything, kept something too long, etc. Again, I've never really looked around so I don't know how their prices compare, but it doesn't seem too bad. I remember dress shirts used to be about a buck, and now they're $1.75. I believe they can also have it done and ready for pick up the next day if you bring it in the morning. And they also do alterations! read more

I've been going to the place for over 10 years now. The price went up slightly, but can't really blame inflation right? I bring my slacks, coats, and suits here. So far, no complaints. read more

I really like this place. I've had my clothes cleaned here twice, and will continue coming here for all my dry cleaning needs. The lady who works the front is extremely nice, and easy to talk to. The work that needs to get done, gets handled with precision, and in a timely manner. The prices are great too. read more

This place damaged my suit jacket and he just kind of looked at me dumbfounded like he had nothing to do with it and never seen anything like it. Price is alright although it's still never worth damaging your items right? read more

Been dropping off my shirts here since 1995 and still do when in town. Perfect record thus far - no shrunken jumpers, missing articles or bend collar tabs. Their clockwork operation promises very reasonable turn around times. read more

I have tried this place a couple time because it is conveniently located between work and home. The prices are amazingly cheap and the do good work. I've done the dry cleaning service and the alteration service. I will definitely come here more often. read more

I was looking through Yelp for a dry cleaning place that was quick, reliable, cheap and of great service and I found it here at Norge. I looked at the first 2 pages of dry cleaners in my area and some falsely were advertised as "express" or 1 hour or 1 day dry cleaners, yet when I called to ask on a Friday afternoon if it could be done by Monday morning, every single place said Tuesday was the guarantee. Luckily, I found Norge and the man at the front desk was very helpful and straight to the point. He said it could be done the next day (Saturday)! They are also open Sundays! read more

I had my wedding dress cleaned and boxed here. They did a great job cleaning, but I definitely do not recommend using their wedding dress preservation service. Because my dress was "small" and not the fluffy bridal gown of the 90's, they couldn't properly position it in the box. The first time I picked up the dress, I opened it to find my dress in a crumpled mess at the bottom of the box. The second time, it was placed in the box upside down and there was tissue paper over the bodice of the gown (kind of defeats the purpose of a box with a viewing window). After the second time I returned the dress, an employee of bell boy cleaners called me to work out a solution. We decided to use a christening gown box and it worked very well. When I returned to Norge's cleaners to pick up my dress, I saw a lengthy note taped to the box. At that bottom of the note it said "Apparently this customer is perfectionist". This was a very frustrating experience that was punctuated by disrespect. I won't be returning to Norge's cleaners. read more
