This is my local Laundromat and I LOVE IT HERE! This is one of the few places that offers completey FREE dry and thats amazing. The dryers are strong and powerful! I came here at 2:00pm Thursday to do my laundry and I was excited because of the free gallons of water. You get 5 gallons with wash purchase of $4.00-$6.50. A manager has to be present to get the water, but no manager was present and no one picked up the phone listed on yelp. I basically drove 25 minutes to do laundry where I could've done laundry elsewhere closer if I had known that no manager was going to be present for the special offer only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at certain times. They do have Free Dry for clothes washed here so that's a plus. read more

Everything is great about this laundromat. The staffs were nice, they are not judging or anything due to my prior experience with the other laundromat. However, I mainly use the cash-to-coin machine here to get my quarters for the laundry. It's $12 for two machines on the left side. I insert all of it in, I'm still missing one more quarter so I don't know if the machine don't give me enough or the washing machine skip one quarter of mine. My usual spot, more or less I know this place isn't great but it's ok. Today out of no where Robert the owner was staring at the dryer I was using and told me that the socks wouldn't dry well like that and I was supposed to mix them with my other clothes. I was thinking why is this man telling me how to dry MY clothes. Anyway he then proceeds to tell me it's like people like me that waste his electricity and gas just by having 4 socks in the dryer. I had 35 socks in the dryers but he failed to see that because the socks where black. So I opened the dryer to prove my point. i asked what the issue was, his wife intervined and told him to stop. He was telling me that he was no longer going to have the dryers free and I told him he can do what he wants, I will just go to Walnut and Garvey he said yeah but your going to pay to dry. Wring the dryers are also free and CLEAN and updated! He was getting loud and saying for me to go over there, why didn't he give me my money back and I would have happily left. I already paid to wash, guess what I'm drying my clothes how I want. All the dryers I was using had enough clothes in them it was not like I was putting 4 socks like he accused me of. I read the reviews of this place and I couldn't agree more this place is dirty, outdated, machines don't work and then he has a nerve to blame me for his gas and electricity bill. He had a plumber there today and was also mad that he charged him 135 to fix the machine saying it was outrageous. Hhhmm hello the consumer is paying higher prices so guess what that applies to you too!!!!! I told him if that's how he thanked his customers he came back saying yeah I thank my customers but people like you it's the one who is the problem. I was like I'm a regular customer here never had a problem. SHAME! He's worried about my socks yet other people leave their machines with clothes and open and he is worried about me yeah ok. read more

The washers are filthy and dirty: you can see they have not been cleaned forever. The staff is rude, too. Today, when I was waiting for my clothes to be dry, she took my stuff ( dry sheets, bags) out of the cart and put them on a washer, and then put the unattended clothes in it. This place has really fallen off. They haven't had hot water in months. Many of their washing machines are out of service. Many of the machines tap to pay option doesn't work well, a lot are damaged which I understand that's mostly customers fault but I mean they should get fixed? read more

This place keeps getting worse. It is cockroach infested. I recently saw some climbing on the folding tables. The place hasn't had any hot water for over 2 months. Once while I was there, part of the roof came falling down. They have yet to fix that whole on the wall. There are multiple machines that do not work. Never returning here again. read more

Thee best laundry in town. Owner is super helpful and they do free drying here! Got my coins stuck and was able to help with the machines. Speaking of coins they also take NFC payment and cards on top of a variety of convenient vending (detergents, icecream, beverages). Many machines, they don't get too busy and I love the 8 Load Handler. I can do all my sheets and 2 weeks of clothes. Amazing. Honestly, compared to other coin laundries I have been, this one is the best so far. Although not every laundry machine was clean, 90% of them seemed super clean. The place is actually pretty clean for a public laundry mat. It's doesn't smell, which is usually the first thing I notice when I walk into laundry mats. I've been to the one on Walnut Grove and Garvey and it is disgusting. I was presently surprised with the cleanliness of this place. You can pay with Apple Pay, credit card (which I used) or traditional quarters. The newer stand up washers all accept credit card, but the old smaller washers are coin machines only. Drying is free! UPDATE 12/13/19: The above content is still very true! I'm continually impressed by the cleanliness of the place. I also love that now they have the Lucky #13 wash club, which is basically where you buy 12 washes and the 13th free. They even have free soap Wednesday's! I personally like this laundromat the best! Not that I've actually been to a whole lot of different Laundromats... I love the convenience and cleanliness. There are machines that can wash up to 6 loads. Washings range from $2-$6.75. I always use the $6.75 and am able to wash a whole months full of clothes. Then drying is free! How awesome is that. Free WIFI while you wait. Free DRYING if you wash your clothes there and free WATER (bring your own container in particular times on Tue/Wed/Thu) when you spend at least $6.75! There's a change machine and a vending machine if you forgot your detergents or what not. The machines also take credit card if you don't have cash. Wide range of machines to pick from. Place is clean, and the nice thing is, it's not far from my place. Very convenient. read more

This laundromat is a game changer! I'm writing this as I wait for my clothes to dry (for free!). As I drove up, the owner was already ready to welcome me at the door and thanked me for coming as I approached the laundromat. The service is exceptional. Even prior to my arriving, I called, wanting to ask if they exchange for quarters and if they sell detergent. No one picked up, but about five minutes later, I got a call back from the owner, and he answered my questions. Yes to both! I came in, looking for available washers. There are plenty, so even on a busy Saturday morning, I was able to find open washers! There's a wide variety of washers you can use, ranging from $2 to $6.75 or so. You can pay for the washes with credit card and some machines even take Apple Pay! What?! Mind blowing. If all of this doesn't warrant the best laundromat ever, I don't know what does. He suggested using a specific machine for my comforter -- I'm thankful because it saved me time trying to figure out which one it would fit into! He's super hands on, walking around to see if anyone needs help, especially first timers! Free wifi, as everyone else has already commented. Big mistake is you hiring Irene , Robert wife. She is rude and super bad customers service she complained and yelled at customers.Robert use to be very nice with customers but no more. Robert wife complained to almost every customer that make them upset and they are now go to the one in Garvey and walnut grove. Great and convenient place. It has a little bit of everything. Pay for your wash and free dry. Yeah they charge a quarter for the restroom, but hey you get free drying, Apple Pay, and card, it is the least you could pay a quarter for the restroom. I am going to get straight to the point. The manager of this laundry facility is very nice and courteous. He has great customer service and is very helpful. He gives life lessons and suggestions that are very positive. However, the problem comes with the element (individuals) to come to the laundry facility. I am tired of going to this laundry facility and being watched, glared and starred by the Latino community. As if what are you doing here. Te fact also that I am being talked about in Spanish in very discomforting whether it is good or bad. I was taught by my family that is is very disrespectful to talk in another language in front a person who does not understand that language. Especially, if it is towards that person. This is racism and discrimination at its finest. I must also place a fact that I can tell that the Latino community is teaching there kids in this area to not talk and acknowledge black people or people of color. At the end of the day all I come here to do is do my laundry, but this ain't worth it. My people are look at as the scum of the earth, but yet most races should hold themselves accountable for the hate they teach there kids. I have so much more red flags I can write about on yelp, but I will leave it as it is for now. But the lady still rush me " Go, Go, Go." I'm not saying I will not pay for the dryer fee after I knew it's free. Actually, I have already put the money on the table. Ok, anyway. Went tonight to wash some of my bigger blankets and some clothes, and it was so clean inside and easy to wash! Love that most of the washing machines accept card as payment, and drying is free if you wash your clothes there. They have a deep sink for hand washing and free wifi, and some different snack machines that take card/cash.
