Horrible experience at Laundrymax. A machine took my money without providing service, and when I asked for help, the employee was extremely rude and refused to assist. She purposely changes her stories to avoid giving refunds and even sabotages machines to scam customers. On top of that, she washes her own clothes during business hours and just does whatever she wants instead of helping customers. Even worse, she targets Asian customers, treating them unfairly while assisting others. This place is unprofessional and shady. Avoid it at all costs--there are way better laundromats that actually respect their customers. read more

This place is extremely pricey, for a large wash it is 10.75 IN QUARTERS they do have card reader washers but all of those are very stinky because they keep all of the washers shut. I just can't get over the fact i am down 30 dollars for two loads of laundry because the machine ate my quarters. two stars for being decently clean but it is packed in there, i feel like because there are free dryers people are in here using it. read more

Most of the washers don't work and are bulky but you can't fit anything into them. The bathroom costs 25¢ so you know they're trying to squeeze every penny out of you. This place is a scam and you can smell it from outside. read more

I only give this place 1 star because 0 star is not an option. This place and the customer service is terrible. I paid $10 for the washing machine but it didn't work, and I didn't see any notice that said the machine is out of order. Went to ask a staff what happened and he said another staff will be back at 4 o'clock and she will refund me. I spent another 10$ for another washing machine. At 4pm, the other staff came back and I asked her about the refund, she ignored me completely. She said she won't refund the money and there was nothing she can do about it since she put a notice there. I was like???? The thing is I DIDN'T SEE ANY NOTICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!. If I know the machine is not working, would I use it and wasted $10 for nothing????? I know $10 is not a big of a deal but her attitude towards the customers is such a disappointment. I said that I wanted to see the manager but she ignored me (again) and she said that she doesn't care :) wow what a great answer to your customers :) Irresponsible, disrespectful are what I use to describe this business. I used to really like this place. More often than not the washing machines will leave my clothes soaking wet. At first I let it go but it's become a reoccurring event. The dryers are definitely worth the wash. Pro tip: if you want the washer to actually work & spin apparently you can't have a full washing machine. If it looks full use two machines! The lady working here is handling a lot & it's clear her bosses do not appreciate her basically handling the business herself. So try to be nice she'll usually help! read more

Agreement with the weird worker night guy. Always weird people outside watching as well. Him and the other woman worker hound you as if you're going to steal. Follow you around while you're looking at which machine to pick. Prices are HIGH too. $3 for the top load and 4.25 for the smallest side load. Other places they also INCLUDE drying are lower. Not worth going unless you can't get to another one. Many people walking and pulling baskets and carts. The rudeness of the employees isn't worth any benefits. Place is great and all washers leave your clothes very dry not needing to spend so much time when drying. The downfall is that it's starting to be summer and the place gets extremely hot. There isn't any A/C or any fans inside to at least circulate the air. read more

Where are the Owners of this place?! Current night employees have horrible Customer Service. They close half the place, along with the Restroom at 9:00PM?! I used to come here every week but now go further, the Man is creepy & they want to kick you out by 11:00PM, talking about (We gonna get out of here late people still washing, & sends me to other machines because they closed section at 9:00PM. Recently discovered this place and i loved it overall would have a better experience if the lady in charge would have better people skills and better use of words when trying to communicate. My partner and I come here every weekend to wash. It's a drive from out city to Rosemead but it's definitely worth it. The washing machines are priced at a reasonable rate. And the drying machines are free! Which saves us some money. The ladies that work there are also super nice! If you have any problems, they assist you right away. read more

This is my favorite laundromat in the 626. As a germaphobe I'm usually grossed out by laundromats but this one is especially clean, brightly lit and has a lot of machines. The staff here are great as well. Dominga assisted me on my most recent visit and she was very friendly and helpful. read more
