She purposely changes her stories to avoid giving refunds and even sabotages machines to scam customers. On top of that, she washes her own clothes during business hours and just does whatever she wants instead of helping customers. Even worse, she targets Asian customers, treating them unfairly while assisting others. This place is unprofessional and shady. Avoid it at all costs--there are way better laundromats that actually respect their customers.

APPARENTLY you're NOT allowed to come here to only dry your laundry. I put in my blankets before realizing and the owner approached me and got pretty cranky with me even though I had already expressed my apologies. I think it's pretty ridiculous that was a rule. So park on the street or in their lot and check it out! I can't say how I impressed I am of this place hehe. I love, love, love how spacious and clean this place is! Sometimes when I walk into a laundry mat, I get grossed out about how muggy, crowded and dirty a place is, but not here! No dryer sheets or lint balls or roaches (that I've seen)! It is kind of old but I think they have kept it pretty maintained. Not to mention, they have so many trash cans in here, there's no excuse to have trash on the floor! It happened to me on Washer #1 & I was told that in order for me to get my money back, I must wait for the owner to come & count the money so she can determine how much $ is owed to me.
