It didn't disappoint. First and foremost, the washers and dryers are super clean!!!!! They did not smell and they thoroughly washed my blankets great! Also the reason for the five stars is the digital banking system. As someone who hardly carries cash, you download the app and you can use your apply pay and control the washers and dryers from the app. It's so neat! Anyways will come here again.

I drive here all the way from Hacienda Heights. The place is clean, brightly lit, and the plaza is in a safe location. All the machines are new and work. My clothes came out clean and dry. All the standard amenities: coin changer, ample space for folding, lots of seating, and a vending machine for laundry supplies. Just no bathroom. Small to XXL machines. Open 6a to 10p (last wash 9p). The machines take card via app! Just follow the instructions on the posters. The app itself can be a bit glitchy so just restart close and restart the app if it acts funky. Thank you to the owners for opening such a great & well-maintained laundromat. I will definitely make this my staple now.

Only reason I gave 3 stars, is because the same dryers, that are always not drying, are still not drying, even as I write this. The other big issue is the amount of certain insect that I see here everytime I come to wash. Always keeping my guard up, so I dont get a nasty insect climbing on me or on me stuff. Hopefully the owner can get the dryers fixed, and hopefully get the insect situation fixed.

Which leaves a mess everywhere since water drips. And without the paper towels, you need to bring your own, if you plan on wiping down the tables. They've also put pool tubes behind the washers to silence them, which in my opinion looks extremely tacky. I've started washing at bobs down the street, it's bigger, more parking, and cheaper!!!

She purposely changes her stories to avoid giving refunds and even sabotages machines to scam customers. On top of that, she washes her own clothes during business hours and just does whatever she wants instead of helping customers. Even worse, she targets Asian customers, treating them unfairly while assisting others. This place is unprofessional and shady. Avoid it at all costs--there are way better laundromats that actually respect their customers.

I love that they give free drys on Wednesday. It's busy and have to get a dryer as soon as one comes available. The only reason I gave it a four star is because one there's no one on the premises when you need help, two goes with one the times I've been there the floor is very dirty with all the dryer sheets that people leave behind and three PUT ON THE AC!!! Summer this year has been harsh and doing laundry with that heat is so miserable.
