I got here at 10:35. Their sign says last load at 11:00 pm. It's 22 minutes to wash and about 39 minutes to dry. The woman working came up to me and said No. She actively stopped me from washing. This has never happened before. Even when I pointed out the sign by the front door saying last load at 11 she said it's wrong. They're going to change it. Been coming for years. I don't know if this is the same laundromat as the other negative reviews but I really like this place. Did they remodel recently? It's clean, spacious and well lit. They have so many different machine sizes. They even have this huge machine that holds 100 pounds of laundry. There are a lot of places to sit, chairs and benches throughout the place. They also have some vending machines which is nice. And there is always a worker here. Prices are very reasonable. read more

First time here & I like it! Very clean & a lot of machines to choose from. The 30lb machine cost $3.50 & 40lb machines cost $5.00. They have machines that can do loads that weigh 100lbs. There is an employee who goes around cleaning & up keeping the machines. The machines wash great & the dryers work great! There's seats to sit in the meantime your clothes is washing/drying. Laundromat looks recently updated with new washers and dryers, paint, and tables. Very clean and well kept. Small 1-Load washers for reasonable price, and they have plenty of front load washers for 2-3 loads. Very large laundromat. Only took pictures of the right side. Plenty of parking out front. Vending machines with snacks and change machines in the back. Glad I found this place! read more

I've been coming here for a couple of months now and couldn't be more pleased. I am quite shocked to see that they have low reviews, the staff is very nice and attentive to the needs of the customer. Very nice man who works here is always cleaning and seeing if there is anything needed to be done. Everyone here is welcomed, everyone here shares one common goal is to wash their dirty clothes and get out. Not only does this laundromat serve its purpose but it also has free wifi, vending machines with a variety of snacks and drinks and a soap store. What I like most about this laundromat is the environment and that there are a lot of places to sit and lounge meanwhile your clothes are getting washed. I recommend this place. It is one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever seen! read more

Prices are outrageous now! Dryers are set at 9 mins drying time so it cost .75 to a $1.00 to dry! The machines are starting to eat the money & no one on site to refund you! Not worth! read more

I've been coming to this laundry mat for about 12 years with my parents. I will say back then till present time the laundry mat is cleaner & has more variety of new washers & dryers but the staff back then was always friendly & helpful even when a washer/dryer wouldn't work. Now to the problem, the new owner doesn't care about the people or doing anything to help only about your money. PLEASE COUNT YOUR MONEY after changing it for quarters!! I changed a $20 and got about $19 amount with nickels mixed in it AND THEN I changed a $10 bill and I got $9.50 back with dimes & nickels!! We kindly complained about it and the guy won't do anything about it or give us a refund. Obvs, I don't mind that it's a quarter or few but over time it adds up. read more

My husband and I have been going here for 4 years now. About a year or two ago, they had all new machines put in. That must have cost a buck or two. The washers are always clean and there is always someone there in case you have a problem. There was one time we were there, and a couple of young guys put some laundry a few washers down from us when all of a sudden there were suds coming out of every nook and cranny of their machine. They were all over the floor and the machine as well. It no more had started and the lady that works there was on top of it. She was looking for the guys, but they had left. She had it all cleaned up by the time we left. We have never had a problem there with anyone or anything. I would highly recommend them. read more

I had a close call today, Saturday April 6, 2024 in the afternoon. There was an African American man, at least seven feet tall, like a basketball player, who was sizing me up to harm me, rob me, whatever. I was the only one in there besides some little short guy fiddling with the vending machine detergent dispenser. The suspect kept checking me out, and whenever I looked back at him, he quickly turned away. I knew, and sensed that I was in an extremely dangerous situation, and that is the reason that people, and especially women, need to be armed at all times. I was darned lucky that I did NOT have my laundry going in any machine, because I would have REQUIRED 911 EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE just to get out of there safely. This suspect also happens to fit the description of one of the men involved in robbing two teenaged girls on Golden West in Arcadia, several years ago, at gunpoint. They were followed from the former Westfield Shopping Mall in Arcadia, and both robbers got away in a white vehicle. While Bob's Laundromat has cameras, that will NOT ensure anyone safety, since criminals are basically allowed to do as they please, in our current broken SYSTEM. Arcadia is NOT what is was many, many, many years ago, and no place is safe for anybody, ever. That is one of the reasons that I prefer Bob's Laundromat to be a little crowded, NOT that anyone can, or will intervene. read more

This Laundromat is the worst I have every been to. It's not updated with decent equipment it is also very dirty. I am not criticizing the people that do the cleaning, because it seems it's usually busy but I am criticizing the owners. The floors are falling apart the ceiling is falling as well and not to mention they have cockroaches and if one takes one home it will invade the customers home as well. I am sorry but I definitely don't recommend this location. read more

They allow people to wash and walk around the laundry without a mask. Customers sneeze and cough as they walk around. Very disappointed with this. They don't requiere any of it. read more
