Also, quite a few of the other people inside would leave their carts in front of the used washing machines and one even got an attitude when I asked her to move her cart so I could retrieve my laundry. I used to want particular brand of washing machine, they had two different types, which I thought would've been a great thing for having more than one option. However, the pricing was different, even though the load size was the same. Unfortunately, it was not well kept, there was a lot of dog hair on the ground dirt, dust and needed to be tidied up a bit. There was an issue with my clothing, getting stuck in the dryer, in the sense that my clothes were actually getting stuck between the glass door and the drum. The smaller dryers were inconsistent, the heating element was not equal, they did not all work when placing orders into the machine. I had to move my clothes, multiple times to get them dried. The person maintaining this location did pick up the call and said that there was someone there to clean every day. When he turned on the swamp coolers, a lot of dust flew out of the vents and got all over the clothing folding station and my person as well as my clothes that just came out of the dryer. Bad timing all around. I had to wipe down the area so I could fold my clothes without getting more dirt on it, however, the vents kept blowing out clumps of dust and dirt and hair. I am not going to pick on the location for not having the newest decor or brand new Machine. However, they need to be maintained better, there was a lot of leaking from the machines of other customers while I was there. I will say the large drum dryers did their job, but they were pricey. The medium temperature element on the large dryer was just the same as the hot Temperature element. Unfortunately, some of the shirts did shrink because of a higher temperature. We are missing a few socks, and I'm wondering if it's because the drum and the door having the gap that caught my clothing. I am out $.50 but it was the price I had to pay for my first experience. I do not see myself going back to this location, unless the other laundromats in the area are closed. I hope the business owners will do their best. May be hire someone who can come in more than just once a day. Or at least be kind enough to label how much the dryers will cost and the acquainted time that it is going to have. As well as someone posting a sign to say not to wash clothes or bedding that has a lot of animal hair. Since my child has allergies, I had to rewash some of our belongings at home. I'm just happy it did not get on the bedding. That was the main reason why we went to the location in the first place.
