She is always rude and has a bad attitude towards the people washing. Two times already the lady has screamed at my brother for accidentally stepping where she mops. When she is mopping she'll leave it all wet and won't put any wet floor signs up which is very dangerous especially since a lot of people come with their kids who are always running around the place which is dangerous in my opinion.
