Senior citizen reporting! First time using the service, I was having some health issues, unable to go to the laundromat. They picked my laundry up when it was scheduled to be picked up. They followed my instructions. It was returned to me when it was due to be returned. It was clean and folded. It was reasonably priced service. I dropped off several bags of clothing, curtains, bedding, & pillows - all stained with smoke & soot from the Eaton fire. The staff at Laundry A GoGo were so helpful & checked in all of my items in just a few minutes. I then received a text within 2 days, that my order was ready. Everything was wrapped in plastic, folded perfectly & spotlessly clean. All of my white items (including my pillows) were brighter than they'd ever been. I was stunned to see how some items looked brand new. I cannot thank them enough for helping us get our things so clean - when they smelled strongly of smoke & looked so dirty. Our washer broke down recently and we were really running low on clothes. Decided to take a chance on a wash and fold service. We delivered our laundry and less than 24 hours, they were clean, folded and hung. The drop off and pick up was pretty easy. We choose this place since it was open 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm making drop off and pick up super convenient. As for price, I didn't do any major research since many of the closer options were closed on Sunday. They charged us $2.19/lb as well as a small surcharge for the kid's clothes. We've been using this service for a few months now. I really appreciate the efficiency and ease of getting the laundry done. They come to your house to pick it up and then return it 24hrs later. The clothes are washed well most of the time. If you do choose to use this service a small suggestion would be to keep track of what you send in. We had some hiccups but the company did what they could to make it right. - A few times we found stuff missing and after we called to tell them, the items were actually hanging in the delivery car and the driver just missed it - An employee dropped a pen in the washer which stained a few sheets, pillow cases and a bath mat with blue marks. When we told them they tried to get the blue ink out and since it wasn't possible, they replaced our items (exceptional service!!) - A few towels came back with stains so they picked them back up and rewashed them - We received some other person's laundry mixed into ours whilst a bag of ours was mixed into theirs. We ended up giving back the other person's laundry and they said they'd rewash ours. My hubby still had some items missing from this but they gave us a $30 store credit This is a family business and you could tell they really tried to make things right. Unfortunately when I reached out to tell them one of our pillow cases was missing (thinking maybe it just was left by accident) we got fired by them and told to use a different service. read more

I went here to look for wash and fold quick. They can do it for next day when I came around mid day. They promised that I will get a text notification when its ready for pick up. I had to call to check if it's ready but apparently you reached sort of main office that they need to hold the call to check with the laundry location. She said that I should check the text as they texted me while I never receive the text. The laundry was nearly folded and looks clean. Will use the service again if I am ever in the area. read more

This service is heaven sent, I recommend them to everyone. bi weekly i leave my laundry in their provided laundry sacks and they pick up and they deliver the next day. I adore Peter and Mary who are always ready to pick up any call even though I rarely have the need to coordinate or arrange anything outside of the our scheduled service. I love that we "know" each other and it's not a 1800 company. They are really reliable and trustworthy, many times we have left things in our pockets and they are returned in a bag with the clean clothes. Prices- prices were originally a dollar something per pound but due to the rising costs they have gone up a few cents but all this is understandable and hands down an invaluable part of our lives. read more

Thank you for your response. What I found most baffling is the stains that were still on the clothes that were minor stains and you think you could have gotten them out. The wire hangers so all the clothes continue to fall. The quickness of the service, realizing that maybe if things were done less rushed the stains would have gotten out of the clothing. All the other stuff was unfortunate to add to my conearns. I don't appreciate you saying I was harassing anyone as I asked, yes, however I have a right to be concerned especially since, although I did have a lot of clothes my total was 300 something and I thought it was going to be a wonderful experience. Of course people have bad days, However, Mary said you guys use wire hangers regularly and that's just my opinion, I wouldn't if I was running a business for years like this because don't you think things would be falling off hangers? Also, she said you guys use something for washing the clothes so that's why the clothes were the way they were as far as stains. read more

I've been using the service since the fires and they are truly wonderful people. The ozone treatment they use really helps with taking out any smoke smell and the clothes come back fresh and clean. My recommendation to anybody using their service would be NOT to send sweaters unless they're acrylic or anything that might shrink. I never dry my sweaters all the way so that they don't shrink, I knew this would be a risk but I needed to get them washed and I did notice that they came back quite a bit smaller which a hot dryer will do. read more

I've been using Laundry a Gogo since the pandemic started. it's great. I put my laundry out on my porch in bags they provide every other week before I go to bed. Their "elves" pick it up and the next day when I get up, it has been magically washed folded and plopped on my doorstep. I get to specify things like folded or hangers, softener or not, etc. The clean clothes are put in big plastic bags, which I re-use for many things, and then put in their cloth bags. The cost is not much more than the laundromat, which I used for years, and zero work for me, which I love. I value this service. I hate doing laundry. read more

Our washer broke down when we returned from a trip and I had 15 loads of laundry. I was really hesitant to try a fluff n fold. Having a hard time getting my head around someone touching my clothes. But I read their reviews and tried it. The process was super easy everything is online and you pick how you want your clothes washed. For whites I requested bleach, TIde and fabric softener. I picked Hot water for my towel, and so on.... I placed my clothes in trash bags and put them on my porch. You pay online and it's washed and folded and placed on hangers ( if requested) and plastic clear bags nicely folded. Everything was perfect and done in 24 hours! I wanted to use them every week, but we have a fancy new washer/dryer now.... I will use them again if needed!!! read more

I was looking for a laundry spot to launder a bathroom rug. I walked into this one and immediately a very kind Hispanic lady greeted me and helped me find the right washing machine. She helped me get a card and even provided me with icy clean because I have mommy brains and didn't bring any detergent. I told her I'd leave to go donate some things at a nearby location and had to buy a small cake for my baby's birthday. When I came back my rug was nicely hanging up since I came back a bit late. She even asked if I needed help taking it to my car. This lady was amazing and my rug was saved. That was by far the easiest thing I've ever done. I made an account online. I set up a pick up time. They texted me the day before my pick up. They texted me when they were on the way to pick up. They texted me when they'd picked it up. They texted me exactly 24 hours later that they were on the way to drop laundry back off. They texted me once it had been dropped off. I sent these people 99.8lbs of laundry, and they had it back to me in 24 hours. Was it spendy? I've got a better question for you: What's your time and sanity worth? The relief I felt having the laundry that I've been staring at for weeks finally be done, folded, put away etc...and having my bedroom back was something I'd pay twice as much for. So ask me again: Was it spendy? F no! That was worth every penny to me and my sanity. I'll make this short and sweet. I get to the front and the lady asks me if I'm picking up a big order. From there she proceeds to charge me $156. When she gives me the order it's not mine. Then they refused to give me back my money and acted like it was my fault. Telling me I should of given them a receipt. When they didn't even ask me? What kind of gaslighting is this? I just assumed she was asking me if I had a large order and that she remembered me. Never would of I thought charging me by $60 and then making it my fault would make paying almost $90 to get my laundry cleaned was worth it. Seriously save yourself. read more
