The service is great, and the people are great great service great people a great place to take your clothes

Champion Cleaners has more than earned the many great reviews they've received. I just can't help but add mine. I've been a proud and grateful resident of this community for over 20 years, and my husband has been part of it for more than 50. One of the things I'm especially thankful for--particularly after the Eaton fires--is the strength of our community and the good people who show up every day to do their best. Champion Cleaners is one of our true neighborhood gems. This family-owned business consistently delivers outstanding service. They don't just care for and repair my wardrobe--they bring a personal touch to everything they do. Their staff reflects the same commitment and care, always professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. It's clear they take pride in being part of a team that values quality and community. I genuinely look forward to stopping by their Washington location. It's a local favorite that continues to deliver, and I'm so grateful they're part of our community. read more

Excellent cleaner. Good work with friendly service. Have had pretty much everything I needed for professional work for tough stains.

Fantastic local business. Friendly service. I needed a suit cleaned and pressed for the same day and they came through. Prices are reasonable. 5 stars! read more

Best cleaners. High quality of service. Friendly service. Punctual. Professional. I go there for more than fifteen years.

Something about this place just seems really nice, and right. Of course the quality is great, but it just seems like the kind of place where you won't have any problems. read more

I can't say enough good about this place. Family-run and the sweetest people. I've been coming here for 7 years. Unfortunately I had to get my suit adjusted for my grandmothers funeral in a short amount of time. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to fit me in but when I told them my situation they said no problem, we have to get you done in time! Very rare to feel taken care at businesses nowadays. But this family goes above and beyond! read more

Always overly satisfied of the quality and their exceptional customer service. The shirts are always perfectly ironed and packaged. I love the friendly staff and prices are fair. Keep up the good job read more

My husband needed to get his dress pants tapered. He usually takes it to Nordstrom but they were busy and didn't have any availability so I told him to check out Champion Cleaners. The guy that worked there was so friendly and told him he can have it done before our event so we can try it and make sure it's perfect. We got the dress pants on time and they were perfect. We will definitely be back :) read more

I needed a pant hemmed in for a wedding last Saturday and I brought in the pants on Monday. They were able to have it done by Tuesday and for less than 20 bucks! Super quick, great work, and their normal laundry is just great too! read more

I was looking for a same day cleaners and I asked a friend if she had a recommendation and she did. She referred me to Champion Cleaners, a family run business. I was super impressed with their customer service, they greeted with a genuine & friendly smile, treated me like I was a long time customer. Champion Cleaners is nowhere near my home yet I will travel to them because of their friendly customer service, their "yes we can" attitude, honesty and excellent dry clean service. Again, it's just refreshing to go to a business establishment where customer service is # 1 to a business. Thank you Champion Cleaners. read more

Not only are all the workers at Champion highly skilled and careful but the owners Coco and Joa are so friendly and funny--which contributes a lot to the warmth of this neighborhood. Whenever you go, you see uniforms from USC, from city agencies, and I believe they have some red carpet clients. I'm very particular with my clothes and have been going for years. Just recently, I brought them a dress I inherited that meant a lot to me. It had an old, huge splatter of red wine visible in between the floral print. They worked on it after hours for days, like painting restorers, to get the dress crisp and beautiful again. They really care about what they do. This is your new cleaners! *they also have an option for you to go green and bring your own garment bag* read more

let me start by saying that I was the Made of Honor and wearing polyester dress. Someone's hand bumped into me and the drink spilled all over my dress. Fortunately, I had few hours before ceremony, so I called Champion cleaners and explained the situation. The owner was so kind, and he said come on in and we will try to help you. I took my dress, they checked the material and looked at the stain, next thing he says, "you can pick it up in an hour" You have no idea what a relief that was. They texted me in an hour and my dress was ready. It was cleaned and steamed. I can't thank them enough! And yes, no extra charge for last minute. Amazing!! read more

They live up to their name and deliver great service. Quite friendly and accommodating, as well. Always a pleasure to stop by for quality work to help you look fresh and clean. read more

So far the best cleaners in Pasadena. The service is great, the owners are very nice and the front girls are very polite and welcoming. The prices are good but the quality is even better. They also have same day service or next day free of charge! Thank you Champion! read more

My first time going to a Cleaners and the customer service was good the first day I dropped my items off. When I came to pick up my items, it was a little bit awkward but I understand having off days. The items themselves were good until I realized one of my corset tops was pinned by the ribbon straps to hang it up using a thick pin I'm very sad my top was damaged. Just trying to warn anyone to maybe let them know to not hang anything up with pins in case you have more delicate items. Pins should only be used on the seam so there is no hole left behind in the middle of any garment. read more

Champion Cleaners is a local gem with expert dry cleaning, laundry, and tailoring services. I've been coming for years because their work is excellent and reasonably priced. It doesn't stop there. The entire family-run business staff is lovely. If you need new dry cleaners, your search is over. read more

Friendly, family owned, reasonably priced, and always an excellent job on my clothes!

Best cleaners in all Pasadena, great customer service and great staff. 10/10 for cleaning quality and always easy to pick up and drop off.

I am new to the area and needed some drapes cleaned. I was driving by Champion Cleaners and I saw where they clean drapes so I decided to give them a try. The drapes were heavy, silk custom made drapes. I was concerned that it would be very, very expensive. To my surprise, the cost was extremely reasonable and they did an outstanding job. I have returned a couple of times for regular dry cleaning g needs and some alterations and everything has exceeded my expectations. I have to drive past probably 10 dry cleaners to get to Champion but the customer service is well worth it. Joa, Coco, Maria, and Talita are all amazing!!! read more

More than 40-years in business and so many long-time customers! A family business and each team member is so nice and friendly. I had used the same cleaners for 10-years and when they abruptly went out of business, I searched for a decent replacement (harder than it sounds!!!). Next Door comments about them said they were the best and indeed, they are! They specialize in delicate fabrics and steam wrinkles instead of ironing. They are very reasonable and go out of their way on customer service. I hope they stay in business forever!! read more

Is there anyway to contact them for an emergency pick up? Didn't realize it would be closed today. Tried calling several times no answer

Great cleaners! I just moved to the area and tried this place based on Yelp reviews and it did not disappoint! They did a great job with my dresses and are very reasonably priced! Not to mention the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! read more

Best. Dry Cleaners. Ever. I called them in a panic on a Saturday when I needed a suit cleaned and pressed for a party that same night -- and was super relieved when they said it wouldn't be a problem. The customer service was friendly and pleasant over the phone, then even nicer in person, and the actual cleaning was perfect and done in plenty of time. We'll definitely be using them again! read more

My go-to Dry cleaners! always have my clothes done at the time they say and their tailoring is pretty good! If you need 1hr services for your clothing and want it properly taken care of, come here! read more

Friendly family run business. They do a great job and are always up for a spontaneous discussion. I wish their prices were a little more competitive and that they all wore masks during the pandemic. read more

Family run business. Wonderful folks. Great attitude. Excellent service on every level. Truly like catching up with Joa whenever I see him.

Had to leave a review because of the excellent service I received today! I rarely need to do any dry cleaning any more and have used this cleaners in the past and they were excellent. This is for alterations/customer service. I busted the zipper on my white jeans and was so bummed. Brought them to the cleaners and he asked when I would like them, and said he could do as soon as Saturday. I mentioned no rush as I was going to Palm Springs on Friday afternoon so I wouldn't pick them up until Monday. He looked at me and said "you really need to have your white jeans for the weekend, I will have them done tomorrow!" Say what??? Sure enough. I picked them up today, fixed and pressed!!!! And the service charge for a rush job was $1.00 more. And did I mention he was totally a cutie? Can't get any better than that! read more

We use to love this cleaners but lately they haven't been doing a good job on our clothes. Time to move on.

I moved to Pasadena a few years ago and had to leave my dry cleaners in SilverLake. I tried a few cleaners, before I decided to stay with Champion. They treat all my clothes with care and the alterations are some of the best. I must also add they are the kindest people :-) read more

Awesome service and quality cleaning! They always have a smile on their face when I walk in and make me feel so welcome. They are fast and very reasonably priced compared to other cleaners near by. read more

Great place! Highly recommended. The staff if super friendly and our clothes came back better than I have gotten them back from other places. The pricing is great as well. There's two parking spots in the back of their place. They even do rush service. read more

I have some family that own dry cleaners so I am pretty picky when it comes to dry cleaning at a high volume facility. I like how it is family run and within a few weeks of going there they already knew me by my first name. The quality of the work is good. I have not had any issues with them. This is my go to dry cleaners in the Pasadena area. read more
