let me start by saying that I was the Made of Honor and wearing polyester dress. Someone's hand bumped into me and the drink spilled all over my dress. Fortunately, I had few hours before ceremony, so I called Champion cleaners and explained the situation. The owner was so kind, and he said come on in and we will try to help you. I took my dress, they checked the material and looked at the stain, next thing he says, "you can pick it up in an hour" You have no idea what a relief that was. They texted me in an hour and my dress was ready. It was cleaned and steamed. I can't thank them enough! And yes, no extra charge for last minute. Amazing!! read more

Not only are all the workers at Champion highly skilled and careful but the owners Coco and Joa are so friendly and funny--which contributes a lot to the warmth of this neighborhood. Whenever you go, you see uniforms from USC, from city agencies, and I believe they have some red carpet clients. I'm very particular with my clothes and have been going for years. Just recently, I brought them a dress I inherited that meant a lot to me. It had an old, huge splatter of red wine visible in between the floral print. They worked on it after hours for days, like painting restorers, to get the dress crisp and beautiful again. They really care about what they do. My first time going to a Cleaners and the customer service was good the first day I dropped my items off. When I came to pick up my items, it was a little bit awkward but I understand having off days. The items themselves were good until I realized one of my corset tops was pinned by the ribbon straps to hang it up using a thick pin I'm very sad my top was damaged. Just trying to warn anyone to maybe let them know to not hang anything up with pins in case you have more delicate items. Pins should only be used on the seam so there is no hole left behind in the middle of any garment. read more

More than 40-years in business and so many long-time customers! A family business and each team member is so nice and friendly. I had used the same cleaners for 10-years and when they abruptly went out of business, I searched for a decent replacement (harder than it sounds!!!). Next Door comments about them said they were the best and indeed, they are! They specialize in delicate fabrics and steam wrinkles instead of ironing. I am new to the area and needed some drapes cleaned. I was driving by Champion Cleaners and I saw where they clean drapes so I decided to give them a try. The drapes were heavy, silk custom made drapes. I was concerned that it would be very, very expensive. To my surprise, the cost was extremely reasonable and they did an outstanding job. I have returned a couple of times for regular dry cleaning g needs and some alterations and everything has exceeded my expectations. I have to drive past probably 10 dry cleaners to get to Champion but the customer service is well worth it. Joa, Coco, Maria, and Talita are all amazing!!! read more

Had to leave a review because of the excellent service I received today! I rarely need to do any dry cleaning any more and have used this cleaners in the past and they were excellent. This is for alterations/customer service. I busted the zipper on my white jeans and was so bummed. Brought them to the cleaners and he asked when I would like them, and said he could do as soon as Saturday. I mentioned no rush as I was going to Palm Springs on Friday afternoon so I wouldn't pick them up until Monday. He looked at me and said "you really need to have your white jeans for the weekend, I will have them done tomorrow!" Say what??? Sure enough. I picked them up today, fixed and pressed!!!! And the service charge for a rush job was $1.00 more. And did I mention he was totally a cutie? Can't get any better than that! read more
