I recently came here because I read some good reviews but oh was my experience terrible. I took them 3 jackets I wanted washed. 2 of the 3 I was specific about some stains they had and asked if they could be removed. I was told yes they could take care of it. When I came to pick them up all 3 looked exactly how I brought them in and to make matters worse I was charged 100$ for their "service". When I showed them the areas that weren't done they generously offered me 25% off (laughable) customer beware when coming here. Prices are not up front and work doesn't match they shake down. And to make it worst they don't even care so long as you pay. read more

I originally took it to another spot and the service was very disappointing, dress wasn't clean and I was still charged. I ran over to Jack's stressed out, believing that this dress was never going to be cleaned properly. The employee at Jacks was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have used Jack's for dry cleaning a few times now. I'm giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly and the quality of work is average, but the pricing is truly OUTRAGEOUS... I brought a simple long black dress in for dry cleaning and was quoted $55!!! When my mouth dropped open, the staff member offered me 20% off. This made the whole interaction feel dishonest. If a lower price was available, why wasn't it offered from the beginning? I declined and drove down the street to Super Dry Cleaners--they agreed to the same service for $30. Why would anyone pay almost double for the same exact service? I'll be taking my business somewhere else from now on. read more

Should be called "Jacked Up", not Jack's. First time at Jack's and it will definitely be my last. I wanted a few items specifically wet cleaned. I told the person that I wanted them wet cleaned and that it was the reason I came in. They advertise that they do both wet and dry clean on the website. He said they only do wet cleaned. He looked over the items and quoted prices for each item which were on the high side but because I was requesting wet cleaned, I was willing to pay. He told me that even though the prices seemed high, as a new customer, he was going to give me 25% off the total price. When he gave me my ticket, none of the individual pricing was on the ticket. I asked him why the pricing was not on the ticket and he said it was because he was going to give me 25% off the total. I needed a couple of the items cleaned before a certain date so I went ahead and against my better judgement accepted his explanation. I went back to pick up my items and he charged me the same original price and said that was the price after the 25%. I had nothing to prove that it was the original price so I paid it and left. I took my items home and removed the plastic wrap and I was greeted by the same dry cleaning smell that regular dry cleaning items give off instead of what you would get from wet cleaning. Never again. I should have checked yelp more closely. I now see that the lack of clear pricing is common with this place. Ugh! I've never had this happen at any dry or wet cleaning place. If I could give 6 stars I would! Jack and his wife (Lily) are amazing! Due to Eaton Fire, we brought in our 30 drapes for cleaning, to get rid off smoke smell. Like us, Jack's own house was affected as well so he understood what we were going through. From beginning to end, Jack provided full service. He cleaned our drapes in less than 3 days and personally delivered the drapes to our home. I appreciated Jack's honesty on a few items. Some were old, some materials may rip during cleaning and others were not worth cleaning due to cost. Jack cleans on-site. He doesn't send our cleaning elsewhere, which I appreciate. A job well done! I love this place -- fast, efficient, and kind! They do high quality work. In addition to my regular dry cleaning, I bring in my cashmere, merino, and silk blend sweaters and they do specialized wet cleaning -- meaning they carefully clean the knits at the exact temperature they are meant to be washed, then they block, reshape, and depill them.
