I needed to get my dress dry cleaned fast and it had a few stains on the bottom. I got there Thursday morning and needed it done for a gala on that Saturday night. The owner, Young/Yong (not sure the spelling!) said "anything is possible" and they'll see what they could do since they'd only have one day to get the stain out because their weekend hours are only for pick up, not for the actual dry cleaning part (so schedule accordingly for anyone looking!) I needed some things pressed last minute for a shoot. I literally started looking as soon as my agency got back to me and I found SDC. I get up and being my mothers child I call one more place. Same story. Pressers done in 15 mins, no pressing over the weekend! I used to live at the cleaners but got tired of it. Started reading labels for Joe clothes need to be washed/handled before buying them. I have no idea how the cleaning industry works anymore So this is news to me! I don't even think I washed my face, I just ran over! What's the alternative, go buy an iron/board?? Lmao! My husband picked up our dry cleaning today, and unfortunately the result on our items did not reflect the glowing reviews this place had. The items we picked up were my wedding reception dress and my husbands custom Barong Tagalog button down (with Pina textile). The Barong came back damaged. The barongs left arm textile was stretched and ripped in numerous areas; the left arm sleeve length does not match with the right sleeve length; the bottom seams of the barong are uneven; there is damage in multiple spots around the barong; and overall -- the barong shrunk in size. My husband brought the issue up to the male owner. As the discussion progressed, he had the audacity to tell my husband that the Barong was dropped off in this condition prior to his service. Additionally, he went on to say the item was handwashed and it was hang dried even though the Barong clearly looks like it was put through a machine. While the damage has already been done, I did not appreciate the owner trying to blame us for his own damages. To be fully transparent, we were compensated our dry-cleaning order, and the full price of the custom Barong, yet it can not replace the sentimental value behind the item. This is coming from our personal experience. If a situation were to arise like this in the future with a customer, I hope the owner would be able to resolve the issue in a better manner. read more

They did an amazing job cleaning my dresses. My white one was really dirty at the bottom and it looked brand new! Turn around time was one month. I also had the same dress preserved there as well. I am so grateful to have found this cleaners through Yelp! I needed a dress altered for engagement photos and they were able to do it with a quick turnaround. Literally less than a week and I know if I was pressed for time, they would have tried hard to accomodate. There is a private dressing room with a wall mirror outside. The seamstress will evaluate what you need to be done and if you're a new customer, they give you a % off. I was a little skeptical my dress could be fixed nicely since the material was very delicate satin but the seamstress pushed all my worries to the side. It was two weeks before my wedding and I thought I was out of luck. I called a ton of tailors in Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, and DTLA, and everyone was full for wedding season. Until Super Dry Cleaners. When I called asking about my wedding dress, they offered to have me come in to see how much we would need to alter. They had me try on the dress and took pictures from all angles to show me where it should come in and what could be adjusted. In less than a week they were able to remove the zipper, take the dress in multiple inches, and create a bustle for when I wanted to dance on my wedding night. When I arrived to pick up the dress, they had me try it on and took pictures again from all angles to confirm. They even fixed up a few rips the dress had on it from David's Bridal. All in all, I wouldn't have looked nearly as beautiful without the lovely help of Super Dry Cleaners. They were heroes for my wedding and totally saved the day. Every pair turned out perfect. For one pair, I asked if she could keep the extra material and sew it on top of an old top to create a matching set. This is the BEST place to do dry cleaning. Everyone is super friendly! They are pretty fast with turnarounds too. I have a lot of vintage clothing and they always do an amazing job cleaning / handling them with care. Had my wedding dress professionally pressed here before the wedding since it wasn't dirty, and it looked great! The owners are very nice and he showed me how to carry and transport my dress so it doesn't get wrinkled on the wedding day. On the wedding day I had walked through a park and plenty of people stepped on my dress throughout the night so it was quite dirty on the bottom afterwards, but they made it look like new again after I sent it in for dry cleaning. read more
