The double washer (which seems slightly smaller than an average home washer) is $3.45 each, you can do 8 loads at once for $10.95, and they have triple and quadruple load machines as well. Dryers are $.75 for 10min. Why I'm giving this such a great review is that the entire time there was a staff member walking around asking if people need help and cleaning with disinfectant spray all around the washers and inside!! Insanely expensive. This place literally defines the phrase "nickel and dime" Washer prices are $6.10 dryer prices $1.05. The cheapest washer is still almost 4 dollars per load and it is so tiny. Compared to an average residential washing machine drum size it's a joke. Hot water wash will cost you even more. Dryers take two runs to dry anything. I actually dried a very light load of clothes in a large dryer two times and they were still damp. You will definitely feel scammed here. No wonder the place is practically empty. Card reader system is also glitchy. See photos. And to management's "response"... Half of my all my reviews are 5 star half are 1 with plenty in between. I like to call BS when I see it. Manager's response to my review SHOULD have been "sorry to hear about the non drying dryer, what machine was it?, please come in for a refund" But no such good business practices here, just continue scamming and overcharging those unfortunate enough to need laundromats (typically poorer people) with subtle nickel and dime pricing and dryer heaters that don't work. Perhaps I should escalate this and get some independent testing done to prove that the dryers are not fully heating ? Would make for a good local news story and some karma payback for such exploitation of others for one's selfish greed. read more

This was our first time visiting, and we found the parking lot is located next to a storage building, so it's a shared space, except for the spots that are marked as reserved. The interior of the laundromat has a somewhat dated appearance and suffers from poor lighting. However, it seems they keep the space clean, or at least neat and tidy. To use their machines, you need to obtain a laundry card specifically for their store and load it with cash; this appears to be the only payment option available. There is a reasonable amount of seating and a television for entertainment while you wait. Pasadena Laundry claims to use water that is infused with features that: - Sanitize your laundry - Kill mildew and mold - Leave your laundry smelling fresh - Extend fabric life - Make fabrics feel softer - Eliminate bacteria I noticed that some items were heavily saturated, but the Ozone water was effective in removing a significant amount of odor. read more

The only reason I visited this facility today was because Sierra Madre laundry was closed due to a power outage. I found this place through yelp and honestly couldn't have been more disappointed. First off, probably the most expensive laundromat I've ever been to and that's saying a lot because the one is sierra madre is pretty damn pricey but at least everything WORKS. The negligence of the owner and the attendant that works there has to be some of the worst I've ever experienced. The lack of integrity to keep a dangerous piece of equipment which was dryer # 2 and when I mentioned it to the attendant she advised she was fully aware and to drop it down to the medium setting. To put things into perspective I was about to remove my clothes from the dryer and this overwhelming burning smell alerted the lady sitting across from the machine , so It reassured me that I wasn't the only one, and once I grabbed my blanket it was a scorching hot sensation in my hand and having to remove my blankets out of there was like juggling hot coals, currently debating if I should visit the ER because my hands have not stopped aching. I am very grateful my small children were not with me and helping me grab clothes out of the dryer. The owner of this place should be ashamed and the way they teach their staff to dismiss a real hazard claim . To everyone that sees this please tread with caution. read more

I love their big machines for washing my comforters/blankets and/or when l have been procrastinating all of the clothes that have piled up in my laundry bags. What makes this place exceptional is their fluff and fold. This is what I use now. The clothes are weighed and you pay based on the weight. I get the weariness of having someone wash your clothes and especially your undergarments, but when you do not have two to three hours to spend doing laundry this is a great option and value. This is my 3rd time coming here, I honestly liked the place up until now, one of the machines stole my $ then when I told the lady, she was bothered that I was taking her time from folding her customers clothes, I explained to her what happened and she said I'll add the $3 to the dryer. I said fine. I don't need the whole $3 to dry but whatever resolves the problem. Then the dryer only gave me 15 min and stopped , then I went back to ask her again, and they had changed shifts, so the 2nd lady thought I was trying to scam her with $3. So she gave me a hard time since I kept explaining to her what the deal was. I did my first mass wash visit here and I was assured by OLGA, who was very courteous, patient & professional in here explaining of how the store conducted business. I was very grateful for receiving her help because it was greatly appreciated. I washed heavily soiled construction uniforms where I got the greatest wash ever and I will be definitely returning to get the same results. Clean, efficient and well stocked. Everything was spotless and they have nice, functional machines. I haven't been to a laundromat in years but this is as good as it gets. There's no air conditioning, but there's always a staff member here. The vending machines for snacks or drinks are rarely ever in working condition, but they have tables to sit at. You can only pay with their specialized card system- you have to buy one of their laundry cards and then load money on it. You can use cash or card to load funds. This is one of the more convenient and cleanest places to do laundry. I came here for my first time and loved how big and easy it was to cash. You don't need cash or quarters and offer tons of washers. They have plenty of ceiling fans that keep you cool during the summer and someone is always around cleaning the machines. Plenty of sitting available and huge parking lot in the back. The only thing is I feel the dryers could be a little hotter since it took a bit longer to to dry than usual. This place is good because of they have a Kiosk that can be loaded with money by using your credit card. No need to struggle with cash. Their machines , 80% are in great condition, while the 20% tend to be out of service or worn. Still it is a big place with tons of machines available. I've been coming consistently for seven years to do my laundry here and today was my first poor experience. Most of the dryers have doors that will not stay shut and staff will let you know they will not refund you (unprompted, I didn't ask for a refund) if you run into this problem. They will not admit to the issue. I honestly just wanted them to acknowledge that the doors were faulty and perhaps put up a sign to make other patrons aware but instead they placed the blame on me even after I showed them that I did not overload the dryer. This facility can be good for washing large load or big linens. The price is little high. Each cycle of wash can be 3.95$ to as much as 10$ for big loads. Also customer has to get a laundry card from the vending machine where minimum load is 10$. Dryer's are 0.50$ to 0.75$ for a 10min cycle. I think this facility is really expensive for regular use. And for people who just need to use it for once there should be some alternative way. Otherwise facility is clean and big. read more

Good place to get your clothes washed. I was house sitting for a friend and his place didn't have laundry facilities and I needed to wash a few things. This place came up on my searches and was on the way to my lunch appointment so decided I'd do my laundry here. The place is clean and attended by the owner. He saw my slightly confused look of how to proceed because you need to obtain an electronic wash card and load it with money to use in the machines. He was cool enough to say he would go ahead and start the machines for me and I could just pay him. Got my one load done and was a happy camper. With the wash, soap and two separate loads to dry (separate heavy towels), it came out to $6.10 ($2.60 wash, $1.00 soap; $1.00 dryer, $1.50 dryer) in total. A little on the high side for the wash maybe, but worth it being in a nice clean and managed place. Good to find a laundromat where it is attended to make sure everything is in working order and crazy people aren't hanging out. I'd do my wash here again. read more
