My husband and teenage daughter bring their clothes here to be laundered quite often. The prices are reasonable and as long as you drop off your clothes by 8am or 9am you will get them back the same day. We also launder our California king comforter here. They always do a good job! read more

I'll add an update after the owner responded. 70-80% at 9? When the cut off time is 10? So, no care for the customers time is what I get from that response. Which makes sense because no one said anything about not being able to do it that day until AFTER I dragged my 8 bags inside. Then had the nerve to glare and huff when I asked for help taking it all back to my car. Maybe they do need to hire more people but the lack of concern for the customers time and service is apparent. read more

The machines are a bit pricey and the dryers took forever to medium dry the clothes. I was very disappointed that most of the clothes were very damp even after drying them for 30mins. If I can find somewhere closer ill go elsewhere instead. If not, then I will look into their wash and fold service. read more

The water at this place is great. The washers didn't get all the soap out of my clothes though so I had to spend more time and money to run them through again. The dryers take about 30 minutes to dry 4 bath towels - but only give you 10 minutes of time so they cost triple what you think they will. If I had more towels to dry I imagine it would have taken an hour OR I would have needed to use two dryers. I may be back but will try some other places first. One nice thing is that they have easy parking in the back and also an attendant on site. They have vending machines and are very close to Denny's if you're hungry afterwards. read more

Avoid using the fluff and fold service here. The owner is not truthful with the total cost of service and charges more than the actual amount. I was being charged triple the amount on my card and they never even sent receipts to me of the weight and the cost until later. Do not give out your credit card for auto payments to this business for fluff and fold. You cannot trust them when they are not honest about the receipts and what they are charging for. read more

I really needed to wash a lot of clothes in a preferably safe and clean area. This was it! I was able to wash and dry at least 10 loads of clothes for under 2.5 hours and all of their machines sanitize the clothes which is a bonus. The facility is super clean, adheres to COVID distancing measures and like I said before, their washing machines sanitize the clothes! I highly recommend this place! read more

Always fast and neat. I enjoyed it more when it was $1.25/lb. Next day service and good sorting. Wondering if I lost a few socks. Check out weight was 1.5lbs lighter... Lol. Or maybe they were just that soiled?? Either way, always a great thing to not have to fluff and fold it yourself. read more

I was only washing one load and I looked in iPhone maps for a laundry service. It gave me this location but said they were open until 10. The hours were wrong but the attendant was kind enough to let me wash my small load and dry it while he was finishing his work. This location is very clean and everything gets sanitized. This is the absolute best fluff and fold service in town. I drive from South Pasadena and pass at least 5 other companies on the way because it's just worth it. Laundry is always clean and fresh and nicely folded. I've never had anything damaged here. Staff are friendly and attentive to specific requests. Prices are competitive, they don't add charges for hang drying or free and clear detergent, or most other special requests. And if you drop off by 11 am, it's done the same day! No extra charge. They guarantee by 6 pm but I often get a text must earlier that my laundry is done. They also have a special higher level cleaning service, normally I skip that kind of thing because I assume it's just extra money without any real difference. But I tried it here on some towels and bath mats that had gotten funky, and they were noticeably cleaner and almost looked brand new. And the extra cost for this service is really just the regular price and many other fluff and fold places! I highly recommend this place for fluff and fold. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for a few years intermittently. They have always been the best option in the area. Today was especially worthy of 5 stars though. I had a large item that needed to be washed and the larger washing machines were being serviced. I looked around for more machines and someone from management was kind enough to point out there were a few extra machines in a different part of the building. I was setting my stuff up to wash and through user error had to reset the wash. I got a little frustrated but management was quick to give me a hand with resolving my situation and reset the machine for me which I'm so grateful for. Customer service is exceptional. Over-crowded and expensive. The card system is nice, but not as convenient or flexible as I would have liked. They had a minimum of something like $30 per time loading the card, and since my laundry took up just over $30, I had to reload the card with another $30, so now I have over $20 sitting on a laundry card that I don't know when I'll use. It should be more flexible. Parking is also typical Pasadena terrible. Try to plan ahead and either get there on the slow hours or what not so you don't have to juggle around your street parking. Street parking is limited to something like 2 hours (I think I was fortunate to get away with the 4 hours I was there). Not the best experience. Getting multiple machines in a row is insanely difficult. I had to run loads separately. It was crazy. That being said, there is a fantastic set-up for waiting and folding clothes. I like the tiered desks/tables. There aren't a whole lot of them, but if you're fortunate enough to nab a spot, it's great for folding and stacking clothes. That's all. read more

I have been using the Pasadena Laundry for quite some time. The machines are clean, the Laundry Card is a great idea. No needed for actual coins especially now since the Banks are enduring a 'Coin shortage'. The Ladies that work for Pasadena Laundry are ALWAYS NICE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Shout out to Dinow(sp). My first time at this place on a rare occasion to require a laundry mat. I was not at all pleased with the the lack of cleaning in the detergent/softener receptacles of the washers. I don't use fragrances in my laundry, the clothes ended up smelling of someone's FRAGRANCED soap, laundry beads or laundry sheets. I did 1 4-load and 4 single loads of laundry. The dryers didn't look very good inside, some had burned metal in the back end of dryers & dark gunk stuff, in many of the crevices of the dryers. They need updating The dryers cost 60 cents for ten minutes is ridiculous when after a minimum 4 extended the drying times, the towels were still not completely dry, but didn't realize how not dry they were until I got home, the same thing with the other loads; they ended up being damp. Some of my warm water clothes didn't get clean. All in all it was a bad experience. Not the perking clean, state of the art, sanitary place the website claims. i came home and hand to bucket wash my cotton clothing tshirts & leggings etc. For the average user, I guess it's acceptable?, but it's not all the bells & whistles they claim. Who even knows when the actual machines get wiped down with disenfect or the containers ever get cleaned out. The manager was on site, but no one, no one, ever came over to check or clean any of the equipment in the 3.5 hours I was there. Ozone washers = is a agency that monitors ozone watet to sanitize clothing? They run 2 businesses out of there. Expect the feel of a factory on the other side of the room. No $30 was a massive waste of money & time. read more

Nice place doesn't take quarters though. You fill a card with money there with cash or credit/debit. First off Pasadena hasn't many options for laundry and my apartment is 8 units and just one machine and dryer and over priced and so is this place. Dryers don't work to well and the night staff man is quite the nuisance. He spends half his time chatting and then tries to hurry up by asking customers to move aside and so-forth to complete his assignments. Not to mention his passive aggressive attitude. Well yesterday he took it to far by cleaning the driers filters while my clothes dried and blowing the lint and dust all over and getting it in my eyes. Perhaps he suffers from a mental disorder, but regardless he's pushing his luck. Wash with caution here. read more

Amazing!!! 5+ Stars if I could!!! The facility is large bright and very very clean. All the machines are front load with several different load capacity size machines. They also have people who work here wiping and cleaning down all the machines. They are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I've had to use the laundry matt several times in the past four years. My POS front load Samsung machine has broken and we were without. So until the repair people could come to fix them we needed to wash our cloths. My kids and I would lug our laundry to a place in Arcadia. It was filthy and I felt the old top load machines didn't clean so well. Not to mention they didn't have a lot of machines in service. It was not fun at all to have to go. Now that we have found this place it will be so much nicer if (let's hope it doesn't happen again) my machine breaks again. So happy to know such a clean and inexpensive place like this exists!! As any concerned owner of a well to do, reputable business, she apologized and inquired about my experience. This phone call goes to show that, the owner takes their business seriously and value their customers. This place was recommended to me by the acupuncturist whom I rent space from. Since things slowly started opening up, I found myself getting busier and busier. I no longer had time to do the linens myself. I am so grateful to Dinora and Gabby for their hard work in in making my job as a massage therapist that much easier!! I highly highly highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of help with laundry!! It is super simple! You just drop your stuff off, they give you a receipt with what will be owed at time of pick up, and then you get a text letting you know that your laundry is ready for you. I have even gone in to do personal laundry a couple of times. It's so much easier because you use a prepaid card (no messing with quarters!) The machines are clean and don't have that musty smell like other places. They keep this place very clean which is more than I can say for other places I've been to. She kept complaining about how hard it was to clean them, when they dissolve in the washer. Maybe she was having a bad day, I get it but won't be going back. Machines are clean a little pricey. The sign on the storefront says this is a green facility. That was an important selling point for me. When I walked in, the place was clean despite it being busy. That was a point in favor. But when I got to the vending machines to get detergent, everything was mass produced name brand. There were no 'green' detergents, everything was regular off the shelf stuff. I asked one of the friendly attendants if they had any green and/or hypoallergenic detergents and he laughed at me. I ended up walking to Vons to get some Dye and phosphate free detergent, and since I'd already bought a laundry card, I went back because I couldn't get a card refund. The customer service was sub par, and this place is definitely not green. My clothes are clean, but I felt like I had no choice but to use the card I couldn't get a refund on. read more

First off I put my wash ( 2 loads) in a 2 loads washer. It didn't spin my clothing and the clothes were drenched. I told the laundry attendant and she said I had too many clothes in it and said I had to separate it. Which I did, she didnt offer a refund for the still drenched clothes and I basically spent another $5.50(+the original $2.75) for washing 2 loads of clothes. That's why the 1 star. Paid way too much ($8.25) just to wash. Doesn't even include drying the clothes. I totally feel ripped off as well as rudely treated by this place. Really sucks for a nurse just trying to do her laundry. read more

This place is pretty ridiculous on Sunday so unless you have an extra 2 hours to wait on a washer and dryer, come on a Wednesday night when it's slow. Patrons can be really inconsiderate, hogging the rolling carts to themselves. One lady had all her ugly nude 44 J size bras drying on 3 different carts. I needed one cart to transfer my wash to the dryer, just one. She was a total a-hole and would not let me use one of the carts so I ended up moving my wet laundry from washer to dryer in my own basket. Way to help out a pregnant lady 44 J bra size lady. One crazy lady had her kitchen mat out on a table drying and when I asked her if I could please move it to another smaller table she got all up in arms about it. I just wanted a place to sit down and the smaller table was realllly tiny and wouldn't accommodate my belly because it was sandwiched between washing machines. Like I said, lots of inconsiderate people. The washers and dryers do a good job of getting the laundry clean but I won't be coming here on Sunday ever again, too many jerks and too long of a wait. read more

This is as good as it gets for a laundromat. I think they open at 6 am and close at 10 pm (last wash is 9 pm). They have a lot of washers - big load washers, regular washers - and dryers. I usually don't go at peak times and try to go really early in the morning or later in the evening on a weekday and I've never had a problem. There's parking in the back and they have a couple tv's (not usually playing anything interesting but still, it's a distraction). They advertise that they have free wi-fi but I've never tried to use it. They have quite a bit of seating with plastic chairs and little table/benches. It's always very clean and they have at least one person working to answer questions if you have any. They don't accept change in their washers/dryers. You get a laundry card and put money on the card and it has to be paid by cash, they don't accept credit/debit cards. If you put a larger amount on the card at once (i.e. $50 or $100) you get a free $5 or $10 added on. It's nice just having one card that you can use over and over, I hate carrying around a bunch of coins. Just don't lose your card! Nobody likes doing their laundry at a laundromat (although I think it has it's advantages like getting every item of clothing you own washed in the same time it takes to do one load of laundry) but if you have to, this is the place to go. But make sure to leave some washers for me!! read more

I always do my laundry here & usually have a great experience. ..but today I arrived like 10 min before the 9pm cut off and the laundry attendant was cleaning the machines and man if (LOOKS COULD KILL) gave me the dirtiest look, as a regular customer I feel offended I got all my laundry started before 9 I mean I could see if I showed up at 9:10 or 9:15 but if last washes at 9 give people a break again I did have all the laundry in before 9 p.m. I always recommend Pasadena laundry to my clients at work I tell them that it's really cool that you don't need quarters you just load a card and it's really simple and that you could wash up to 8 loads in one machine which is pretty cool. I also don't understand how the 6 smaller dryers are all broken in the newer part of the laundromat I hope that they fix this soon. Then I got thirsty and got a soda I made the mistake of opening the can right away and the can with spilling because of the carbonation the laundry attendant saw it happiness & again gave me a really dirty look and didn't offer to help me clean it up so I cleaned it up... I felt bad and looked at her and said sorry but she kind of just ignored me. So yes tonight was not an enjoyable night, hopefully it's better next time I come. read more

I sometimes wash my clothes myself and the machines are state of the art so it's easy and effective but when I chose to drop off for fluff and fold, that's where the magic is. My husband and I have been coming here since it opened, and love the fact it opens up so early every day. And since the expansion, it's easier to move around when it gets crowded. Pros: clean, pay buy pre paid wash card, flat screen TVs, wifi, and places it sit. Cons: homeless hangout some mornings, and the people who work there don't have them leave. They beg for money and get mad when you say no. The prices on the machines are decent, and the laundromat is in a nice area, which is a plus. read more

I have used all of the laundromat services since 2011. Specially during 2012 when I had my 1st baby and currently now with my 2nd little one. Their fluff and fold is great. For my NB I leave the detergent needed for his clothes and I get it back when I pick up. I wished they had a stamp card or collect points and get a free wash :) If a machine (washer or dryer) doesn't work or it stops in the middle of a cycle the attendants are there to assist and will start it up again for you without charging you. Yes it does consume your time because you have to wait again but it's better to wait than to have your clothes 1/2 washed or damped, you will spend more $$ This place gets busy fast and packed! Arrive early and you will be done quick. read more

I went to this laundromat on a Tuesday night, and it was clean and efficient. I was able to get all my laundry finished, and didn't have to wait for any washers or dryers. It was also nice that they run their machines with a laundry card instead of quarters. You put money on the card and then use it as you need it without having to mess with all sorts of change. They also had free WiFi, which I think is a great asset to any laundromat. That means you can be productive while waiting for your clothes to dry, or just kill time surfing the web. The only down side to the place was that the bathroom was kind of a mess, but in the big scheme of things, I thought it was a nice place to do your laundry.
