This is a clean and well-maintained place to do your laundry. There's always someone here taking care of the facility, which I appreciate. Occasionally, I do see some homeless individuals around the area, but it hasn't been a major issue during my visits. Parking is easy, with a large lot for the strip mall. I used to get water here as well, but since they upgraded to a new machine and raised the price, I haven't been coming as often for that. Overall, a solid and convenient spot. read more

The Laundry Room is located near the busy intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Allen Avenue. It is a great place to do your laundry. They have staff on premise. The machines are new and incredibly efficient. There is plenty of space to fold and separate your laundry. All the areas in this facility are clean and well kept. What's most important is their machines do an excellent job of cleaning your laundry. The dryers are also very efficient. It is a pleasure to take laundry to this facility. They have optional assistance that is available at a charge. The last time I was in the facility there were plenty of machines available. Different days create different needs. It's nice to know that they are open early in the morning at 6:00 a.m. Their doors close promptly at 10:00 p.m. There are carts to help you move your laundry within the facility as well as to your car. There is plenty of parking in front of or near The Laundry Room entrance. It's also nice that there are plenty of boutique places to eat or get a quick cup of coffee. read more

I'm writing this review as we have all struggled through the fires of January 2025. That being said, there should be a little kindness given to patrons of businesses that are able continue to be opened, while entire cities are being burned to the ground. My coins got jammed in the first machine I tried to use, and when I told the man working at the desk, he said I can't help you right now & literally closed the window in front of me! When I asked him not to be so rude to me, he threatened to kick me out! He said "ma'am, if you say one word to me, you're out of here!" If the person can become that hostile when he has to help a customer, it worries me to use his business ever again. read more

I came here because they said they have large dryers. My down comforter was still wet from the night before. I pull up at 9pm and I'm barely out of the car the guy comes up and starts asking me what I'm doing. I said I need to dry my comforter. He says we don't allow that you have to wash it as well. I said where does it say that? He says I will allow it this time ‍... I'm sorry but isn't that where they make their frickin money anyways? Most people would have been chased away by that but I just barked back. I really didn't appreciate being attacked in my car before I even got my belongings out. He was really rude! This place is small and kept clean . Although The washers recently have been leaving alot of detergent on the clothes once finished . I always make sure to move my clothes around so I won't have this problem ,with that being said I have to do an other load to remove it . Worst experience. I cash a $20 to get quarters and I didn't get the full $20 I tell the owner about it and he says there nothing I can do about it. Second I'm inputting quarters into machine and it's take the quarters but still saying I owe again owner couldn't do anything about it. Lastly I put soap into the big load of 6 loads after putting 3 full cups my washer has no soap. I'm wasting soap and losing money because quarters don't properly dispense right. Never again. And to top it off no restrooms. This goes to show you what kind of owner this person is. I needed to find a new laundrymat due to some issues with attendant at last one. I absolutely fell in love with this one. My clothes even looked cleaner. Machines and dryers are new. They work great. It wasn't over crowded. There's an attendant at all times. Only thing you need to remember is the first 4 minutes of the dryers are $1.25. Yes, $1.25 but every ql4 minutes after that is $.25 cents. Warning you have to not let the dryer stop or you will have to restart it with $1.25 again. Now that I know that....I added 2 big loads in 1 big dryer and added $2.00 and it dried my clothes beautifully. This is my new go to laundrymat. Remember you get what you pay for. read more

I was in the area running other errands and decided to wash some clothes while in town. The laundromat is small, and expensive. The big washers were 7.25, 50 cents for an extra rinse or wash. Small washers were 2.75 but they were dirty inside and full of hair. The medium washers were less than 5.00 but they were all being used. The dryers were 1.25 for the first 6 minutes then 25 extra cents every 4. They don't offer public restrooms. My clothes did come out clean You are better off going with their drop off option. read more

I would like to give Natalie 10 stars her customer service is amazing I get there at 10 mins to 6 am and she has always opened on time if you ever have a an issue with the machines she will go above and beyond to help you . Our dryer broke! So I had WASHED wet clothes. I've used The Laundry Room many times and was happy with the experience except this evening I was approached by the staff on duty and told what I was doing was against store policy. "what am I doing?" I asked. " Drying without washing. It's written there on the wall." I explained that I washed but could not dry at home. I was told he understood but it's policy due to homeless who come in with wet clothes. He says he can't discriminate between homeless and regular patrons. Ok. I've never been this excited and happy to do my own laundry lol I have been living on my own for over a year now and with that comes the responsibility of doing my own laundry (who knew) so what that being said I have tried a few different places but now that I have been to The Laundry Room non of the others compare. Waking in it has the new and updated trendy feel, starting with the signage out front. The signage is bright and looks cool, as soon as you open the door you feel the freshness of cold air, yes the AC is always on for your comfort. All he appliances look new and very well kept, I did not use the drop off and pick up service but I did ask the staff for advice on the machines and they were very helpful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and actually they are a lot cheaper compared to the others I've been too. The have for sale there own laundry bags that actually look very study, prices are $10 for the big bags and $6 for the smaller size bags. The laundromat is located in a good size plaza towards the corner, in that plaza you will also find a auto parts store, liquor store, donut shop, Hawaiian BBQ, hair salon, and a video rental shop. There is tons of parking so no need to worry about that. I would defiantly be making the drive here to do my laundry even though it's a little out of my way. P.S this place kinda reminds me of the show Shameless when Fiona Gallagher buys a laundromat and hires a DJ to bring in the cool and young crowd well that except the Party part lol read more

Washing and drying prices have basically doubled since last year and they are blaming natural gas prices. The price of natural gas has decreased by 70% since February and they have yet to decrease their prices. It's too bad because this place is nearby and has big machines. It's become pretty unreasonable, we will have to look for a new laundromat at this point. read more

Decided to try this laundry because it looks clean and up to date which it is. They're coming Stanton cleaning and the wash isn't too expensive. I'd say pretty fair price due to this I flatiron. However, it gets extremely hot in there. No ac, just one commercial fan and two ceiling fans. But what bothered me was the dryers, absolute worst. 5 shirts and one towel couldn't be dried in 32 minutes for the small dryer. The biggest dryer is a bit better but still. I kept drying so much I left at closing time so left with some damp clothes. read more

They increased the prices of the dryers because of the California gas demand a couple years ago and never lowered the price. It's a bit pricey compared to other spots nearby. read more

This might be the cleanest laundromat I've been to, and their washing machines are fast and efficient. Loved that our clothes came out of the washers smelling and looking clean. Even our black fabrics were clear of lint (a pet peeve at our usual spot). $2.25 top load, $3-$5 front load. I did note that the warm setting on the top load we used couldn't even be described as tepid. Makes me suspicious of the hot setting we used on the front load... It is also the tiniest space where you will literally bump elbows with fellow patrons. Good luck maneuvering carts around, too. And forget folding on their tiny tables. It was so infuriating that we just shoved most everything in our bags and folded it all when we got home. And the dryers are the worst. $0.25 for 6 minutes = standard, but even on high we had to have everything in for several rounds. Our usual laundromat has the same dryers at the same price, but our towels are dry after two rounds on high, and our clothes are done after two low-to-medium goes. A nice spot, but I'll stick closer to home where it may be dirtier and with suspect people roaming through, but at least there's enough room for everyone to not be walking over each other and the dryers actually do their job. read more

I went to this place when my condo laundry room was out of order and I also had an oversize item to launder. I dislike using laundromats since they are usually grungy and sometimes have sketchy people loitering around and no attendant. This place was clean and had change machines and vending for products. Despite seeing the numerous poor reviews I decided to try my luck at the laundry room as I really needed my clothes looking nice for the following work days. The staff were quite nice but my single bag of laundry came out to $50+. Quite pricey considering they DIDN'T WASH MY CLOTHES!! How exactly is there still residue, that could've been removed from just my fingernail, still present on my "freshly washed" clothes. Come on. Even if they did wash it and the machine just couldn't get the smallest of grime out, they still had to manually fold my clothes and had to have seen the left over stains- and done NOTHING about it.
