The machines are new and incredibly efficient. There is plenty of space to fold and separate your laundry. All the areas in this facility are clean and well kept. What's most important is their machines do an excellent job of cleaning your laundry. The dryers are also very efficient. It is a pleasure to take laundry to this facility. They have optional assistance that is available at a charge. The last time I was in the facility there were plenty of machines available. Different days create different needs. It's nice to know that they are open early in the morning at 6:00 a.m. Their doors close promptly at 10:00 p.m. There are carts to help you move your laundry within the facility as well as to your car. There is plenty of parking in front of or near The Laundry Room entrance. It's also nice that there are plenty of boutique places to eat or get a quick cup of coffee.

What a weird "business professional" to feel comfortable yelling at a customer in front of her child. My previous review stated facts, let's make it a more positive experience for customers instead of trying to scare people into leaving a good review. PREVIOUS REVIEW- 3 Stars - I like this laundromat but it's almost impossible to get laundry done here in a reasonable amount of time. The weekends are understandably busy but then during the week the employees who wash the drop off laundry take up all the washers and dryers. It's pretty frustrating. You end up being stuck here waiting for a washer, counter space to fold and a dryer (especially a dryer). They leave the clothes just sitting in the dryer or washer and get to it when they get to it. Even though they notice customers waiting. There has to be another system for drop off laundry, it's not fair to walk in customers. Or, this might as well be just a drop-a-load spot.
