Hi, it's my first time doing fluff and fold. Does this service take care of stains and does it also follow care label instructions for each garment?

Hi, I would like to know if you wear gloves when folding clothes? How much do you think 2 big trash bags of clothes would be? Just an estimate would be fine. Thanks.

Hi Mari, yes, we do. We are masking, plus wearing plastic shields and gloves. And as you can see… Read more

I need to wash my California King comforter. It's too costly taking it to the dry cleaner to have them wash it. So my question is, are the machines in this laundry facility big enough to do this? And how much do you think it would cost?

Yes, we have four large 8 load washers that are plenty big for comforters. $9.25 for the washer and probably a few dollars too dry. Hope that helps!

Occasionally, I do see some homeless individuals around the area, but it hasn't been a major issue during my visits. Parking is easy, with a large lot for the strip mall. The machines are new and incredibly efficient. There is plenty of space to fold and separate your laundry. All the areas in this facility are clean and well kept. What's most important is their machines do an excellent job of cleaning your laundry. The dryers are also very efficient. It is a pleasure to take laundry to this facility. They have optional assistance that is available at a charge. The last time I was in the facility there were plenty of machines available. Different days create different needs. It's nice to know that they are open early in the morning at 6:00 a.m. Their doors close promptly at 10:00 p.m. There are carts to help you move your laundry within the facility as well as to your car. There is plenty of parking in front of or near The Laundry Room entrance. It's also nice that there are plenty of boutique places to eat or get a quick cup of coffee.

The cheapest washer is still almost 4 dollars per load and it is so tiny. Compared to an average residential washing machine drum size it's a joke. Hot water wash will cost you even more. Dryers take two runs to dry anything. I actually dried a very light load of clothes in a large dryer two times and they were still damp. You will definitely feel scammed here. No wonder the place is practically empty. Card reader system is also glitchy. See photos. And to management's "response"... Half of my all my reviews are 5 star half are 1 with plenty in between. I like to call BS when I see it. Manager's response to my review SHOULD have been "sorry to hear about the non drying dryer, what machine was it?, please come in for a refund" But no such good business practices here, just continue scamming and overcharging those unfortunate enough to need laundromats (typically poorer people) with subtle nickel and dime pricing and dryer heaters that don't work. Perhaps I should escalate this and get some independent testing done to prove that the dryers are not fully heating ? Would make for a good local news story and some karma payback for such exploitation of others for one's selfish greed.

They outsource the leather cleaning and it isn't cheap, but they do a wonderful job. The leather cleaning takes a week. They do have a tailor on site which is super helpful and she also re-attached a few buttons on a wool coat for me. They're courteous here and I've really liked the work that they do. The location is convenient as well - there are other businesses right around there that serve good food in case you get the munchies while you are doing errands.

Here is why: Our home was damaged in the Eaton Fire. Our clothes were smoke damaged and had to be professionally cleaned. Our remediation company recommended Concierge Cleaners. In hindsight, I suspect they got a kickback "Shane," (as he calls himself, is apparently the owner of Concierge Cleaners) picked up the hundreds of items to be cleaned. We were unable to live in our house for months, so the transfer of clothes was chaotic. After numerous requests, "Shane" finally gave an estimate which was far less than the amount ($2,533) that they ultimately billed. Among the clothes Concierge took were several expensive coats and suits. We obviously expected them to by dry cleaned. Instead, Concierge threw them in the wash with the underwear and t-shirts. Literally, they were put in a washing machine which ruined the fine wool, then put in a dryer which shrank them. Then they were tightly folded and wrapped with the laundry. The suits and coats were obviously ruined. When we informed "Shane" what happened we assumed he would act professionally and offer to compensate for the damage. When mistakes happen people with integrity take responsibility. But integrity is not "Shane's" strong suit. First he denied ever having the suits and coats. Then he claimed they could be fixed by dry cleaning them. That did not work since the fabric was already ruined and the suits shrunk two sizes. I told "Shane" we would be satisfied if Concierge paid just a fraction of the cost of replacing the suits. We have a lot going on trying to make our house habitable after the fire and don't have time to mess with an incompetent and dishonest dry cleaner. Unfortunately, Shane stopped responding and is now unreachable. So now we have to haul this clown into small claims court to get him to pay for the damage he caused. I have lived in the Pasadena area a long time and know there are good and reputable dry cleaners. Concierge is not one of them. If you want someone who does not know that fine wool suits have to be dry cleaned, lies about what happened to your clothes, and refuses to compensate you when he ruins your best clothes, then you will love "Shane" and Concierge Cleaners.
