I've been coming here in the mornings between 8 and 10 AM, and it has been a great experience every time. The place is very clean. You can tell they take care of it. Every machine I've used works without issues, including the coin changer, which always takes bills and gives coins without any hassle. One thing I really appreciate is the availability. I never have to wait for a dryer. There's always one open, which saves a lot of time. The parking lot is also easy, so getting in and out is simple. I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want it to get crowded. But the truth is, this place has been reliable and consistent. Went here to do a massive wash after the fires to get rid of the smoke smell from towels, comforter, blankets, and clothes. The place was clean and large enough for a lot of people to get their laundry down and use a few machines at one time. The owners were nice and attentive. They even came around with water bottles to offer them to the customers. And they were friendly with repeated customers as they made their rounds. I'll be coming back! read more

Been here three times to do big loads my home washer and dryer can't handle. Have been lucky to find parking near entrance on each occasion. This laundromat is well maintained , clean, and a gentleman is on site frequently sweeping and wiping down machines. In all my visits I have only seen one out of order machine. Speaking of which all washers and dryers look relatively new...and there are plenty. You will find different capacity washers and the dryer drums are huge and dry quickly. Three change machines, including one that will break your large bills into smaller bills, a laundry essentials and a snack vending machine will have you covered. The gentleman in charge of maintenance goes around greeting you and offers chilled water on hot day. Came here for the first time today and this place exceeded my expectations. The parking lot is large and spacious, and there are plenty of new machines both dryers and washing machines. In the whole place I only saw one machine out of order. Everything is also clean and well maintained, it looks like they recently redid their floors. There were also two sink stations with paper towels which was really helpful because I spilled liquid detergent in my hands. There is also plenty of counter space where you can put stuff down/ fold clothes, etc. The owner saw me reading the instructions and he helped me, then later he came by and passed out bottles of cold water to all the customers. Drove out here to avoid the laundromat near me that ate coins and ended up experiencing what I was trying to avoid here! Exchanged $2 and got $1.75 back in quarters... Obviously can't do laundry as the smallest machine is $2.00. What crap luck. No one was on site and you have to submit a paper request for a refund. I'm visiting the area so this is a huge hassle and obviously, I wouldn't be able to get my refund in person later. With no choice, I put in another dollar. I heard from another customer the dryers are 10 min for $0.25. As I'm sitting here waiting for my laundry to wash, I can't confirm yet. 3 stars for a clean and well lit location with its own parking lot; updated and clean washing machines of varying sizes; nice customers; and decent prices. So this is my second time here. I'm in town on business for a couple weeks. I am assuming the man is the owner. Gave out cold bottled water to all the customers. Same as my first time there. Then he opens up the vending machine and let's a little one pick out some chips. Then a little while later he opened up the vending machine again for another kid. Then to top it off he let a very polite homeless man charge up some flashlights. Amazing person owns this place. read more

Overall this is the best laundromat in the area for my needs. Here are my biased reviews: Pros: -Coins only, no hassle with digits currency/cards. Plenty of larger machines (5 and 8 loads). -Never have to wait for dryers. -I've never had issues with the coin change machine or any broken washers/ dryers. -You can multitask: car wash across the street, there's a decent Mexican food joint in the same plaza to grab a beer or tacos while you wait. Cons: -Parking lot can fill up on busy days/weekends. -There is no AC, so hot days become rough inside. -I have never seen employees on the premises (though have never needed one). read more

I came here the other day to do my laundry and the place is really clean. To wash my clothes, I spent $3.75 for 2 loads and drying only costed me $0.50 each. The price was reasonable to do laundry; however, I wish there were sinks to help wash my detergent cups as there isn't any access. They do have a restroom, but you need to insert money in order to use their sink. Parking is really small, but so far I haven't had a problem finding parking there. read more

My sister and I stumble on this laundromat and were so glad we did. It was clean and very well lit. The washers and dryers were cleaned and all of them worked! The owner was on sight and was constantly cleaning after the dirty people who left their trash and/or dryer sheets behind. While we waited in the car for our clothes to wash, we noticed the owner handing out cold bottled water to all the people waiting in their cars. He was very kind and pleasant. People who have seen this and havent seen it yet. I found a better location and its only .50 cents difference. And I love how my son's clothes came out. Also no roaches. I came in and the place was so clean. And really I have allergies so i can spot on the dust right away. So when im in jets my nose its so itchy, and place is just dirty. Made it worse when there was a roach. But guys there is one, its in the picture. This place is so clean, machines looked well maintain, water dispensers are not beat up, money is not stolen from the machines. And i love how the water is so clean and washes the clothes. Loved it! Really recommend it here, its better than the one in san gabriel. Save it guys before they delete it. Im going to keep reposting it anyway. I've been searching for a good laundry place and even though I drive a bit more than I want to, it's worth it. I was taken by how clean the laundromat is, the fair range in pricing, the variety of the machines, and that they actually work well. What I liked the most was the meticulous and sweet nature of the elderly man who runs this place. He came out of the maintenance room with a smile and cold water bottle for me and another customer and was seen paying such loving attention to detail around the laundromat (picking up lint, sweeping) in a way that conveyed he cares about it that I just found myself smiling in the middle of my boring a** laundry day. Our washing machine broke, so we've been checking out local laundromats until it can be fixed. Jets was by far the best one around the area. Very clean, brand new machines and they all work. Other laundromats nearby are very run down, have a lot of broken equipment, and are pretty dirty. We paid $3.75 for wash, .25¢ for dryer. My only complaint is nothing takes cards or tap to pay. Not even the vending machine for detergents/softeners etc. Besides that, it was a great experience. I'd go here again if I needed to! read more

I rarely need to use dry cleaner services but I stumbled upon this place with everyone's recommendation. It is located in the corner of Mission and San Gabriel, right across of the car wash. Parking lot is shared, so it could get packed on the weekends. I came here prepared with coins and detergent and etc so I didn't have to purchase. BUT if you don't have either of these items, don't worry. They have a vending machine where you can purchase. There are machines that are meant for small loads, medium loads and big loads, which are machines that are for blankets. The staffs there are very nice and generous. I see them checking if anyone needs help, making sure the stations are clean and even offers customer who are waiting a bottle of water! Make sure to bring some bills to exchange quarters or bring lots of quarters! read more

My go to laundry mat. If you get lucky sometimes the management is nice and hands out cold waters on hot days. The only thing I get upset about when I visit is sometimes there are not enough laundry baskets during peak hours. Also while there has been a lot of remodeling this place has NO A/C so just be warned when you come in during the summer the place is like an oven. There are only a few fans on but trust me it's not cooling anything. read more

I was across the street for a car wash and I saw this place open with balloons. it attracted my attention to come here . not crowded , they following 6 feet social distance guidelines and also sell mask if you need it . this place is extremely affordable if you have alot of loads to wash . I usually need to do laundry every week after in off work. currently, they are having a promotion. lucky me I happen to come during their promotion . july 19 to 21 2020. so stop by!! you get a free bag for only washing one load . I came in and there was 2 gentleman who are passing them out . comes in 4 colors. cost is affordable compared to most places . I was able to only spend $3 for one load to wash and 50 cent to dry. I usually go to the laundry mat in Sierra madre bc they are open 247 (one wash there is about 5 to 6$ and to cent for dry) . this place opens till midnight, good enough for me to come by after work . the owners are really nice and nice to talk to . they are helpful to show me around and help me load my blankets I brought to wash . this place is extremely clean . new flooring and new tables. it means alot to me bc I dont like dirty and smelly places. this place is closer To my house and I will definitely come back here than to drive to Sierra madre .they have alot of machines , so you dont be waiting around to utilize the machines. so glad I came across this place when I was having my car wash . ill be back in a week to do my weekly laundry . read more

This place was my favorite spot, I used to come here frequently because it was so clean but lately it has been kinda dirty. The change machine doesn't dispense change correctly I put in $5 twice and both times I got $4.75!! Also a lot of homeless people come in here which I dont mind but today a lady came in and asked everyone for a dollar twice around. I walk in and I'm immediately greeted and asked if this was my first visit, which it was. Recently bought under new management and went through a huge renovation! A clean fresh start with a new uplift, heavy duty washers/dryers, and the owners are family owned. It's worth the price and quality. They have plenty of washers and dryers to use. Nice counter tops to fold clothes and benches to sit on while you wait. It does get a bit stuffy in the laundromat with no AC and a few fans running, but that's just a minor issue. Forget your cleaning supplies? No problem! They have a vending machine that sells any soaps, detergents, bleach or sheets. They have a special promotion for the next few days. Use their facility and receive a free laundry basket! One per family and the laundry baskets come in many color options! Also, they are selling other items at the front desk such as masks (adults and kids). The family is professional, friendly, and helpful. You can tell they care a lot about their customers and keep up with the cleanliness. The hours of operation are long, which makes it convenient to do your laundry any day and any time of the week. Definitely support your local businesses! Looks like the laundromat is under new ownership and went through remodeling. They just re-opened Monday. Pros - The space looks a lot more modern than other laundromats - they got new washers and dryers - Clean and saw workers mopping and cleaning - lots of benches to sit - lots of folding table space to fold and not the plastic looking folding tables - bright inside and outside with security cameras so looks very safe - prices look cheaper or comparable to the ones around the area Cons - no fluff and fold service yet but it seems they might have it in the future since they built a room with a window near the entrance read more

If I could give this negative stars I would 75% of there dryers do no work and they only have a tiny orange tape notifying you that they do not work. Do not go there the person who works there is rude and will not assist you in any matter. Basically telling you your dumb for using a machine that was not tagged as broken.
