Alhambra coin-op laundry - Great service. The worker Mikey really provides good energy and information about this place. - Laundromat Near Me - Alhambra, California

I had a great experience here! We were stuck waiting because someone left their clothes in four of the biggest washers long after they finished. Mikey was super helpful, apologized, and let us use the dryers for free! This place is super friendly, quiet, and the machines have great water flow. I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommended! read more

Alhambra coin-op laundry - Inside - Laundromat Near Me - Alhambra, California

This place is great on a Saturday night. It wasn't packed so I was able to do SOOOOOO much laundry. Some of my money got stuck in the machine and one of the employees, Mikey, helped me out when a dryer stopped working. He also made sure that the place was clean and if we needed anything. Hands down the best service I have ever gotten at a laundromat. It was nice to see the customers talking to one another and seeing the rapport between the employees, owner, and customers. Also this place is located right next to a Starbucks and a chase so when I got thirsty and needed more cash for laundry I only had to walk three minutes. Will be back again!! read more

This worker here is very rude to my son when he was just trying to get quarters, he wouldn't even let him exchange quarters so we can come back to do our laundry. Half the machines are non operational and the dryers give you only 5 minutes per quarter which still have wet clothes after spending $40 for just 2 loads of laundry. Poor and rude customer service and machines not working. Sad to say we won't be back to this location. read more

10/10 experience. Mikey was super helpful as this was our first time here and we had no experience using the machines. Highly recommend this place! Will be coming here again for sure.! read more

Mikey is a very helpful and kind person. He's approachable and always willing to lend a hand. He's also great at providing hospitality.

Mikeeyyy was super helpful and welcoming. He was super attentive and checking in to see if we needed assistance with the washers and dryers.

First, this is the best most reasonably priced laundry service in our area. My boyfriend and I come here when we need to wash larger items or bigger loads because they also have the BEST large washers and dryers. The service has always been great and close to a burger spot that's also tasty to eat at if you're waiting for your clothes. It doesn't get too packed which I also love, we've never had to wait to wash our things. It's clean! Too many good things about this place! Highly highly recommend :) read more

Do not come here. Half the machines are taped off and do not work. The machine I chose, that was not taped off, took my $5 for a wash load, and spun my items around DRY for 20 minutes. I was upset but willing to give another machine a chance but ALL 6 of their change machines were not working. No phone number to call someone, nobody in sight. Absolutely horrible, I will never go back. There's a way better place 2 minutes north that takes card even.. save your time and mental health. read more

We like coming here when Mikey is here. He is super friendly n is always trying to help with what he can.

Mikey is great. He always keeps the laundry mat clean and operating well. Super friendly and cool guy.

This is the most disgusting laundromat I have ever been to. I have no idea why the reviews are so positive. Almost every machine was broken, the floors were extremely dirty and the machines that did work had such dirty dispensers. There was only one working cash to coin dispenser. read more

Mikey was so helpful! He noticed my driver wasn't spinning properly so he helped me split the clothes in another drier

Everything was quick and efficient at a budget worthy price. Honestly, it was Mikey's helpful advice and avid attention to cleanliness that makes this place worth coming. He also mention which machines are better. The five stars are worthy read more

Affordable coin laundromat in the area. The place is clean and the machines work well. Mikey was really helpful and friendly. He even let me re-wash a load because the machine smelled from a previous customer. Thanks Mikey! read more

Shout out to Mikey!! He is so helpful and sweet. He constantly asked if we need help with anything to please let him know. I hadn't gone to a laundromat in years and he also made me feel safe. This place keeps getting worse every time I come to do my laundry. I try to avoid it as much as possible but sometimes out of urgent need, I have to come. The place has multiple washer machines that don't work. The dryers eat up your coins. There is hardly ever someone to assist you if there are any issues, like a washer suddenly leaking water (even though you put the minimal clothes in it). The place is usually unkept and now there is water dripping from the roof panels. Is it possible to give minus stars? The one star is because you have to give at least one to be able to post a review. On top of everything, they do not ever reply if you text to report an issue. This is seriously my last time coming here. read more

Fabric softener never went into the loads I washed. Dryers didn't dry. Just not a good experience at all. A whole side of the section of dryers didn't dry at all didn't even get hot!! I spent $45.00 on 6 loads of clothes including multiple dryers!!!! Worst laundromat I have ever been too! read more

First time coming here. Came more towards closing 8:30pm. Looks sketchy at first with homeless outside in the corner but once you walk in very lit up. Clean. Mikey was very helpful on making sure we were good and while doing that cleaning all machines that weren't in use and making the place look clean while playing his cool tunes. Felt very safe. If you need to wash in the area of Alhambra I recommend this place. Wash your clothes and enjoy your Starbucks which is in the same plaza. read more

Mikey was actively making sure the place and equipment was clean. I had a small issue with a washer and he quickly fixed it for me. I moved to Alabama roughly a year ago but kept going back my old laudromat because I was used to it. Mikey made me feel welcomed and was very professional, and on top of that, its only 5 minutes away from where I live. I will definitely be coming back from now on. read more

I would not give this place a good review. I spend $45 here so that the dryers wouldn't dry. I left with wet clothes because of the dryers. Place was about to close and I was still not done. Dryers and washers had a blue sticker because they were not workable. I would like a refund. read more

Thought to give this place a try as I'm waiting for my washer & dryer to be delivered and this place was conveniently 5mins away lol Half of the washers and dryers are out of service, the washers I used were just okay however the dryers are terrible! 5 mins per quarter is insane, especially when the dryers DON'T dry ! I ended up having to put $3.25 on each to have them decently dried. I'm surprised there's so many review that it's well kept and clean read more

Mikey keeps the place top notch, you can tell he cares for his job through how he maintains the place, he keeps himself busy by fixing any issues with the machines. His customer service is excellent as he takes the time to welcome his customers and ask how their night is going, this really makes a difference to me as this will continue to have me bringing my business over to this particular laundry. I've been to many laundromats in Alhambra and by far this is the most convenient and customer friendly approached one I've been to. Great laundry and they provide change for bills and coin if needed. They also have vending machines for soap if you need any. 10/10 would recommend :) & Mikey is great ! Thank you for being so welcoming. read more

Laundry mats are supposed to be another boring chore to just get done and be on your way. This one is a lot more grounded and much more community-involved establishment. Whenever I'm here, people seem to socialize, talk, greet, and share laughter from one stranger to another. No joke. And I think because of Mikey, can't help but to love this guy's energy. The dude is organized, clean, and helpful. We need more of characters in this world like him truly. read more

Dryers work amazing all my clothes were washed and their machines don't smell.. and mikey is the best when it comes to help
