Large washer are $7 a bit pricey compare to other laundromats. However, I do like that it's isolated and all 3 times we've been here it's been empty. There's no family with 5+ kids inside cramming the place. Washers and driers are clean which are a huge plus. I'm only knocking one star because the large washers are a bit price. read more

I've been coming here to this laundromat for a long time. The owner is extremely friendly, very understanding towards those who can't make it in on time to do laundry. If time is not on your side and you run late typically at night perhaps due to having 2-3 jobs (in my case) the owner will accommodate you by allowing to start and finish your laundry. However it is not to be abused for the simple fact that he's always monitoring at night which happens to be great as well. The prices to do laundry are decent. Cleanliness is superb. Grace laundromat is my go-to laundromat. I usually or around 6 or 7 pm with the laundry I've been putting off for weeks. They have the giant washers though. It's about 6 dollars for one, but they are big enough to put all my clothes in. My clothes has also never been damaged which is an extra plus. Have I lost socks there? Heck yeah. But you know how that goes. I believe in sock hell. Perhaps you left your socks in there and never found them? Not the washer's fault. It was just their time to go and that's okay. Don't overthink it. I usually put my earbuds in, go in, get out, go home, and dirty my clothes all over again. The owners are super sweet too. No complaints about them. Don't forget, they also sell masks and hand sanitizer through another small business. All your sanitary needs in one place. Perfect. This is my firat time here at this place.Many of the washing machines here are out of order, so there are few to select from. If you lost money trying to operate the washing machines and/or dryers, there's isn't a number to call or text to get a refund. There's no place to sit while your laundry is being washed so some people leave any just leave their laundry in the machines for hours and occupying them until they come and unload their laundry. THIS PLACE IS CRAP and doesn't deserve my business. Also, you have to PAY TO DRY YOUR CLOTHES. Washer are verrrry nasty . Once I was done with the 3 big washers I had paid for I had to go borrow my father in laws washer to wash again bc they are filled with mold . Mind you each wash is now $6 each and some do not dispense hot water even when selected . That is the only reason for the low rating . Please maintain your washers . Went to APA in the late night save my night! Because the dryer in my apt neighbor is malfunction though I already washed....I looked laundry everywhere either they are closed or full with stinky smell. But APA is different. I called Alin around 10pm and told him I really need dry this time since I already done the wash half way at home. He told me to come and dry with simply pay for $2 even they will be closed in an hour. The place is drying free for washing customers. I came here surprisingly find that the place is clean. I have been coming here for the past several weeks and I can't really think of anything negative to say. Laundromat is surprising really bright and clean. Did I mention there's free drying? Both the washer and dryer are pretty efficient and well maintenance after new management. It usually takes me about a little over an hour depending on my load and how busy it is. I love this service. I received a flyer on my front door advertising the membership and service. I live in a huge apartment complex and and have to haul my laundry from my upstairs apartment to the laundry room, then spend $12 on the laundry card to do the laundry plus the soap and fabric softer. Then haul it back up and and get it all folded. And let me not forget that when it's a 95 degrees outside it feels like 10,000 in the laundry room with 8 washers and dryers going.. also let me mention my laundry basket being stolen and me just plain hating doing laundry. Well when I went to the APA website paying $29 for the annual membership fee (which covers the cost of soap and softener etc) was a no brained. I chose the family plan which is $54 a month that's for 6 bags of laundry a month. The bags fit quit about 20lbs of laundry. But, wait there is more... the owner Alin came to my home to introduce himself and the service and drop off the bags personally. I set up the service and off the clothes went. Omg! My clothes came back folded beautifully ready to just put away, my uniforms and dressing on hangers which are .50 cents but he didn't charge me for and I can reuse every week. I will not go back to dealing with the laundry room from hell. APA with their attention to detail and home delivery service is a lifesaver and timesaver. read more

BEWARE COCKROACHS & NOW PAY FOR DRY!!!!! so I've been coming to this laundromat every once in a while. Came this morning and was at the sink and saw a baby cockroach and killed it. I actually had to leave as I got a phone call and went back this afternoon to wash my comforter. It was hot and I mean hot because the ac/fans were not on. A guy walking out said that there were no quarters in the change machine which I thanked him for informing me (he walked in right before me). Put my stuff in the wash and went to my car to cool off. I went back in about 35 mins. later and waited 15 mins. cause the wash wasn't finished and realized, when just staring off looking at the dryers that they are now $.25, what the actual f**k. No wonder this place is deserted and not one person in there doing any laundry. Trash on top of one washing machine, soda can on a chair (since the morning), at least 4-5 machines that don't work. When I found out about this pick up and drop off laundry service, I was squealing with excitement because it was exactly what I was looking for. I lived out of the service area mentioned on the website slightly but thought I would email them and just try my luck. APA laundry was so accommodating and offered to come the next day to set up services! Since this is such a special service, I expected the price to be high but that was NOT the case! The price is way more than fair, and the owner (Alin) probably has the best customer service I've ever experienced across any service I've ever contracted with! Seriously, he is just the nicest guy. First - I forgot about the appointment and my phone ran out of battery but he waited outside my home for 20 minutes (I felt terrible!) and luckily I caught him so it wasn't a wasted trip for him. I don't know about you, but if somebody had an appointment with me and their phone is off I would not be waiting 20 minutes outside their homes. I was so impressed by his patience and kindness! He went through and explained everything very thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. I'm a germophobe so I was a bit wary about sending my laundry to a laundry center but he assured me each machine is cleaned immediately after use and at first I wasn't sure if that would be true, but after the last few times of meeting him I trust him SO much because he is such an honest and trustworthy person! My laundry came back perfectly folded (like seriously, better than the foldings you see at retail stores), and he even accommodated my special request to hang jackets/dresses up instead of folding. He even took one of my jackets that he felt was delicate out and washed it all by itself because he was that careful and thorough with my clothes to ensure it arrives back in perfect condition without me even asking. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy with the service and treats your belongings like little babies of his own. THANK YOU ALIN! You have saved me so much time and energy this past month & now I don't know what I'd do without you. HIGHLY recommend this service, especially if you live in an apartment where you don't have a personal laundry machine! I can really say, I'm glad I did! This place is very clean, I love the fact that they have washer and dryer for pet items. Free WiFi (you have to text for the password) and I got a quick response with it. I will might have to take advantage of the drop off Service some day soon because their prices are very fair. Drop off between 5-8 in the evening and pick up the next day around the same time. That caught my eye! What a great spot to do laundry!!! Been coming here for about 7-8 months now, it's super close to home (only about a 2 min drive), a variety of machine sizes to use (they even have a washing machine and dryer specifically used for your pets' blankets and stuff), free dry with your wash, and the attendant, Diana, is the nicest, most helpful, and one of the most down to earth persons you could ever meet/talk to. They even have a little program where you could win prizes, like tote bags and washes, for referring friends. Also, you could get a card to stamp for every wash, once you reach your 10th wash you get a free one. They also have free wi-fi, a TV, and bathrooms. In the same lot there's also a 7-Eleven, a little seafood spot, flower shop, and another convenience store, so there's a few other things to do while you wait for your clothes to wash and dry. Came here to wash clothes TWICE while on vacation. Definitely a great place to come. FREE wi-fi! FREE dryer use! Met the new owner on my 2nd visit before returning home to Hawaii. When I arrived they had a special of .50 cents off (normally $3.50 for #30) on the sign, but the machines weren't properly calibrated at the time we washed. When the owner arrived he asked me how many washing machines I used and reimbursed me the difference on the spot! He apologized for being late to calibrate the machines which really was no problem for us, but I was overall very impressed by his professionalism and genuine honesty by him honoring his washing machine special.
