I don't have a lot of time to wait around to get laundry done and so with no wait for machines and parking, this place was the next best alternative for me since my go to was packed and with no parking. This place uses cards u load to use the machines. U can load them with your credit card or cash. I used the large 3 load machine for $4.69. But to get a free card you'll need to load $5. The place is not well maintained. Lint paper on the floor. The folding stations were mostly clean like I could fold my laundry. The washing machine looks like there's mold on the rubber. Gross, but I'll probably live. The ceiling looks dusty. Overall a place to get it done but it could use some clean up which could make this place busy.. and then I'll have to find another alternative again. read more

Been coming here for years and it has only gotten worse. Trash everywhere, half the machines are broken, leaking pipes overhead, dirty folding counters, and a bunch of people coughing without masks on. It also gets so crowded on the weekends that you basically have to fight people for free carts and machines. My wife saw one woman picking her nose. Did she stop when it was clear a stranger was looking at her do this? Nope. She stared right at my wife and continued digging. I also had one person corner me and try to convert me to Christianity. I am here now and the place is very clean and someone is even here sweeping and cleaning the machines. I think you should know a few things before you come: - Dryers aren't that great. It says (3) loads but it's better to split them otherwise you'll keep feeding the machine. - This is a card only place. No quarters! There is a machine in front where you can buy a laundry card for an initial $5 with a bonus $5 for $10 total. I tried to use my bank card to buy a card and it didn't go through, cancelling two times. I didn't want to risk it, so I just continued to use my bank card. - If you don't use the laundry cards, BEWARE. There is a $15 hold charge that will be pending in your account even if you only use a $1.75 machine. I ended up w (2) $15 pending charges after (3) loads of laundry and (1) dry for a total of $7.95. When I called and spoke to the woman of the place, she said it shouldn't add another $15 unless you go over the initial $15, but obviously that's not true. She said once the charges clear your account should only show what you actually spent. If you come here bring CASH and use a laundry card! But otherwise, great washing machines, very clean, and you can fill up gallon water containers! Added plus for the woman answering the phone on a Sunday. I love this place. Safe, clean, and reasonably priced. Our machines are down for the moment so we as a family had to trek to the laundrymat to get out clothing and large bedding washed. Plenty of machines of various sizes and enough dryers to getting and out in a reasonable time. I have noticed that it does get busy and of course wait times could lengthen. Also please repair your dryers faster. Over the last few weeks, i have seen more machines down and that just makes the waiting for machines even longer. Add a coin to card converter so that the customers with coins can still frequent your business. Not everyone is up to speed and at this point, you are turning away business. Please give a thank you to the woman who cleans this place. She is always friendly and accommodating. Make some minor tweaks and get that 5th Star. This business is a gem. Keep on yelping. read more

They changed their hours with signs posted on their door but it has not changed on Yelp so be aware! They close at 11pm, last wash 9:30pm. And they will LOCK the doors shortly after 9:30pm to make sure no one starts a new wash and regardless if you already started your wash. So if you leave your laundry, you will stand at the door knocking like an idiot because the employee is too busy gossiping in Spanish with a customer and cackling so loudly, she can't hear anything. And she stays in the corner so you cannot see her to wave at her to open the door from either the front or the back door. She knows that people still have laundry in the machines. Poor customer service not to keep an eye out. And they also assume if you don't look Spanish that you can't speak or understand it.) So don't do your wash late and if you do, stay with it. And hope it's not busy so you can maintain a distance. They also limit what you can wash in certain washers like the white top loaders (no bedsheets, towels etc), those are $1.75. The small front loaders are $2.35 to large ones at $5.45. The dryers are 35cents for 10 mins. You also have to buy their laundry card which is $5 (with a $5 value) when you buy the initial card. You can refill it after that but it is in increments of $5. There is no option to use quarters or your own credit card (and I am not sure why they still have a bill breaker machine.) It is clean and there's parking in the back. would recommend another place. read more

Came here to wash my cloth since I just move to new apartment. Very disappointing experience. Place is over crowded, most dryers and some washers out of order. People leave their dry cloth on the dryers after they are done. Driers take about 3 high temp. Cycles for the cloth to actually dry completely. Average dry time 10 min, usually 3 cycles. read more

This is my first time here, and I love it! No need to carry a heavy load of quarters around there is a machine where you purchase a card. Just add the amount you need on it. You can reload the card as needed. It is very clean and spacious. It has a big selection of machines available the biggest one is a family washer and dryer! This place is DISGUSTING. If you want machines that put dirt and oil ONTO your clothes, this is the place for you! Mechanics come here to wash their greasy rags and clothes. People maskless, children riding around in the laundry carts and walking with their dirty shoes all over the tables used for folding your clean clothes. People sit on the tables, even though there are benches. People eat on the tables. Roaches, no wonder. Gum stuck all inside every single dryer. This place is SO crowded, especially on weekends. Also, a common practice I keep seeing is women who come in and put one washcloth in every single machine to "claim" them, then go out to their vehicles and get their laundry and load at their leisure, thereby hogging all the machines. read more

I go this laundry place because it's closest laundry from my home. **Parking** - up to 10 vehicles can park in the lot. - have to park on the street (not very hard to find in the neighborhood) when it's peak time. **Convenience** - they use own membership card so you don't need to bring coins. No personal information is asked to make a customer card. - For the first time, $5 is required to create the membership card but this can be used for your first time laundry right away. - there is a bonus $2 every time you reload $20 into your card. **Washing Machine** - it's just okay. Not so great not so bad. I can say this because I have seen a better one in other place. Overall it washes and clean as expected. - laundry washing time is about 20 - 30 mins. **Drying Machine** - 35 cents for regular size and 60 cent for large size. Duration is 12 minutes per charge I believe. - the heat is weaker than other places that I used to go before. **Value** Top loading machine starts $1.75. Front loading machine starts at $2.15 for 20 lbs, $3.70 for 40 lbs, $5.20 for 60 lbs and $7.40 for 80 lbs. I have been a customer for about 1 year and I have no major complaint. I'm not happy at the moment with this establishment. You may be thinking, "It's just a laundry-mat..." here's the thing. Doesn't matter to me if it's busy or not. What is unacceptable is the number of times I've come here and a bunch of machines are out of service. Case in point, there are three machines here today just in one aisle out of service. I love coming to do my laundry here. Like any other places, there are times when it's crowded and you have to wait for a washer and dryer. But the wait isn't long, especially if you ask someone politely if you can use the washer after them. You can only pay with a card that they have but you can only reload it with cash or your debit/credit card, up to you. No coins though. If you load it with a $20 bill, then they will give you $2 extra and you'll have $22. They close at 12am and the last wash is at 10:45pm which is convenient if you get off work late and want to do a late night. read more

Based on this yelp page, I thought this business was 24 hours. I also saw a picture here of a sign that said "last wash at 11pm". Considering I only needed to dry my stuff (my dryer is broken) and it was 11pm already, I crossed my fingers and went to Laundreworks anyway. I got to the door with my first basket and the woman inside said "last wash was 11pm!", I said I only needed the dryers, and she almost turned me away again but relented. I thanked her profusely, promised to be out within 30 minutes - and I was actually done in 20! These dryers are amazing! Usually when you head to a coin laundry place, it's a miracle if you find a solid dryer that actually dries in a reasonable amount of time. Based on these yelp reviews, I hoped this place was different and I was pleasantly surprised that it is! Big clean dryers and everything was done in 20 minutes. The machines only take cards, which you buy in the store in multiples of $5 bills, so be warned. But there is a private parking lot and lots of rolling carts, and it was fairly empty on a late Friday night. I'll be back, not only because I have money left over on my laundry card and our dryer is still broken, but because this place is really convenient, inexpensive and efficient! read more

The reason I took off a star is because of how expensive it is, and the fact that it uses a reloadable card rather than coins (I rarely go to laundromats, so I don't want a card). small machines are $1.80, medium $3.70, large are $5.20. Dryers are $0.35/10min. The dryers are huge and I was able to put my three medium laundry loads into two dryers which was nice. Been coming here only when I've had issues with my own washer and dryer and it what it is.... a public place to wash your clothes. Obviously, if you come on high peak hours like midday on the weekend, you're going to encounter a shit load of people. However, the crowd dies down after 2pm. The other day, There were many out of order machines, but I still managed to wash three separate loads without waiting for a machine to be available. Yeah, there was that time when I left and went back home for a quick minute while my clothes dried....stupid I know...only to come back to find some man folding my kids pants and my bath towels. True story! Luckily, I came at the perfect time because he was almost done folding my clothes, so I stood by him for a few seconds before sarcastically thanking him for folding my clothes. I reached down and grabbed all my shit from his baskets and placed it in mine. He knew he was caught so he didn't put up a fight. End of story. This place is small, but is very well kept. The machines are kept in great condition and this goes for both washer and dryer. There's a tv to keep you entertained and some seating inside and outside of the establishment. The only reason I do not give this place a 5-star rating is because I've had my white get some sort of coloring damage from the dryers. I had my favorite Rag & Bone pants get really visible blue-grey streaks on it and I think it's from a combination of heat and the inner metal parts that rubs off on it. The machines are new and clean as well as the restrooms and pretty much the entire place, the staff is super friendly and helpful. This place goes by the card system rather than quarters and the lady was nice enough to exchange the rolls of quarters I had brought for me into cash for the machine. As I sit here waiting for my clothes to dry, I may as well write a review of a place I have been frequenting for a good year now. This is by far the best laundromat I've been to and it is super close to my apt. Even though I have washer and dryers at my apt, I still find myself coming here more often than not. Midnight!!! so if you are feeling lazy and end up doing laundry at night, you can go to this place and feel safe bc there is always an attendant cleaning, sweeping, etc. Most of the machines seem to work. Bring your own snacks though bc there are no vending machines for food or drinks - but you can fill your water bottles here. This place would get 5 stars if there were outlets available. Horrible pest control issue little mites looks like a small ant with wings or maybe a termite all over the inside of the laundry room on the machines table areas and on the floor i had to pack up n leave as the bugs were getting inside my laundry basket clothes and even in my car as they were out in the parking lit aswell. it was definitely some sort of infestation.. ive also seen bees inside the laundry in the past.. after today's bug infestation i will not be returning!
