I have mixed thoughts about my experience, so here we go. So their website is nice and looks professional. It advertises $1.50 per pound for drop off fluff and fold laundry service with a minimum of 20 lbs. it also states a first time user 20% off discount. It stated on site to drop it off between 9 and 11am or 3 and 5pm. Which I did. I arrived and no one was there to help me. An older gentleman told me his wife would be back in a bit. So I waited around 10-15 min. A nice older lady approached me and we realized we would need a customer's help translating what she was saying. Which is perfectly fine. She stated it would be ready the next day after 3pm. When I tried to ask for the weight or a tag to connect me to my clothes she said not needed (red flag #1). I returned the next day around 4:30 yo pick up my stuff and this time there wasn't anyone tied to the business at all on site. I tried calling the number and got forwarded to voicemail. I then texted the number and they said they didn't know anyone dropped off clothes and asked for the name of the person who helped me. I didn't get a name due to the communication situation. I described her and he said he would contact her. She arrived about 10 minutes later and got me my clothes. Through translating I was told it was $15. As I pulled out my $20 bill that I was just going to give her and let her keep the extra $5 as a tip, she then told me that there was a labor fee and the total was now $30. Keep in mind I verified the price with her the day before. The nice lady translating for me kinda gave me a look like she didn't want to get involved with situation so I just gave in. I know my clothes were 19.5lbs because I keep a luggage scale with me as I travel for work and use these laundry services a lot. so that means I had to do the 20lb minimum. Now for the math. $1.50 x 20lbs is $30. $30 minus 20% discount ($6) is $24. Now I know $6 doesn't seem like a lot but when I handed her $40 she said she didn't have change. So then I just gave up and let her keep the full $40. And my clothes don't even smell fresh or clean. Long story short there was no professional transaction from first walking in the door to walking out with my clothes. If you want to do your own laundry there, the place is clean, has large newer equipment, and has vending for laundry, food, and drink needs. But if you're a busy person who likes fluff and fold services because you work long hours like me.... Find an another location. read more
