I've been extremely disappointed with my experience. The machines continued taking my money, and staff informed me that the only way I could wash my clothes was to keep loading money onto different cards until I found a machine that actually worked. Bring quarters!!! There machine does not work despite what the sign says on the machine. you'll have to drive down to McDonalds or Sheets to make change and then ask to make change in quarters. Never considered posting a Yelp review for a laundromat, but this place made me reconsider. I mainly come here to wash my comforters as they're too big for my machine at home. Here's why I really like this laundromat: It's consistently clean, well attended, updated, bright and inviting, and there's a good amount of machines that actually work! It's rare to see a machine out of order. Most of all, I feel like my bedding is actually clean when done! They machines are your basic laundromat Speed Queens, but there's something different about these that my stuff actually FEELS clean. I'm not sure if they do any additional machine cleaning, or have a water softening system, but I have never left here feeling like I need to re-wash my stuff. They have the cashless app PayRange and still take coin if you prefer. The staff are friendly and helpful and bilingual. I just wish there were more of the "Four Load" machines because when it's super busy (like on a weekend) they tend to get utilized the most and sometimes there's a wait, but it's not a big deal for me to wait an extra 10 minutes. The price like everything else has gone up, but I don't think it's unreasonable. Also, if you don't have time to do your own wash, or just hate doing laundry, they do have a fluff and fold service. If you need to do laundry in that area, it's your only game, so in that sense I have to recommend it. It's old, not particularly clean, bathrooms locked at night as there's no attendant. I've been coming here for years When it first opened the place was clean and staff were always friendly. About two years ago is when I started noticing change; I've left a very expensive hoodie in the dryer I call and spoke to the lady and she told me she will keep it in the back station locked away. I went the next morning to pick it up and the guy said there was nothing there and had called the lady and apparently she never spoke to me as she stated that any left clothes they do not keep. But I always see a pile of clothing on the back table. Secondly, I stop by today to wash my blankets was just there 2 weeks ago and the price to the washer machine was at $9.00 which I think is ridiculous and didn't even spit out hot water the worker wasn't to be found anywhere. I had to wash my items twice as I seen left over builded up dirty water once the washer door locked. Laundry 360 is probably the cleanest laundromat here in Carson. I'm here at least once a week and found that the attendants and the owner are very friendly and helpful. The owner is constantly upgrading the laundromat, he recently added additional counters to fold laundry on, a sitting area with tables, and Wifi. read more

Spec and span I immediately loved the place. As soon as I walked in there were ladies towards the back washing they greeted me . Very pleasant and welcoming. I had about 50 pounds of laundry that I had given them for the fluff and fold service. Absolutely worth it we have such a busy household and so much going on it's hard to keep up with everything.These ladies do an amazing job. I will most definitely be using their service again and quite honestly I don't mind traveling from San Pedro to Carson to wash my clothing here. It's not overly crowded there's no weirdos hanging out it's a pretty nice clean and safe neighborhood and parking lot I'm in love lol.kudos guys. I went back 2 weeks later, and had a pleasant experience--for a coin-op visit. Same deficit in baskets, but no hoggers, so I grabbed one and went to work. Adequate free parking lot, convenient for load and unload. Standard 1-load and 2-load washers. Standard change machine. Standard dryers. 3-seated waiting bar. Nothing special. Not a bad laundromat. The staff keeps it clean. Like any laundromat timing is everything I've been here numerous times and midday seems to be less crowded during the week. Good luck on weekends. Parking isn't too bad. And fridays sometimes they has pizza for customer appreciation Lately there has been a few dryers down but that happens. I used their fluff and fold service to clean a bunch of towels and blankets that I was donating to the SPCA that had been collecting dust. They even said I could pick it up next day which was July 4th, I didn't need it that quickly, but that is amazing service. They are super helpful and courteous. The facility is clean and I was even able to check in and get 20 percent off for it being my first time. I will totally use their services again! I went here to do my own laundry. My washing machine has been down almost 2 mons. This was my 2nd trip and someone stole my laundry bags.....just proof that 1) there's nothing worse than a thief or a liar and 2) a thief will steal ANYTHING. I am autonomous, and as I enjoy handling my own clothing laundering I was really impressed by Laundry 360 on Main Street within walking distance of my residence because in all my decades of laundry experience and I am 61 years old today this particular laundromat exceeds every other one I have ever been in by its highest standards of cleanliness, quality machines, staff friendliness and professionalism and experience, as well as the important reasonable pricing. The place is all up-to-date and well run and I am expected to take care of business as a local customer. Although my memory does not permit me to help at Laundry 360 as an employee I am able to help in small ways lending a helping hand to contribute to the cleanliness of this excellent facility because of customers or other public who make a mess on the floor or in the restroom. My good father Arne did the same as did my class teacher at the Waldorf school Mr. Williams from whom I learned the lesson, the thoughtlessness of littering is healed by the thoughtfulness of picking up litter and properly disposing of it. I realize that 360 Laundry would do this without my assistance however I like to make myself useful from time to time and Laundry 360 gets 100 stars out of 100 for the most useful and excellent laundromat I have ever been in in my 61 years.
