Whenever I pull up in the parking, the owners greets us with smiles and a cart to load our dirty laundry in. Customer service is phenomenal and place is kept clean throughout the day. Never thought I'd leave a review for a laundry mat, but wth?! I only went here, because I was told how cheap the wash was. About 90% of the washing machines are out of service, they're all filthy dirty. The working machines have old soap residue and hair *gags*, the broken machines have soap that wasn't cleaned out. I couldn't even stay. I took my laundry and went to my usual spot (laundry 360, on Carson st). Do yourself a favor and save time from coming here. read more

This place is a crap hole I went yesterday & took pics of 3 machines all dirty & soap & grime all compacted in the machines bad place to wash clothes. The washers are now digitized and I could not change the temperature from hot water to cold in order to somehow dissolve the detergent first. I don't know what is wrong with this place, but people kept on looking at me; even stare without a shame that you can see them staring up and down. It's really ghetto. The person in charge made me feel uncomfortable. The store isn't clean at all. There are televisions though. There's also a video game machine where you can put coins and children can play. There's a nearby donut shop, 99cents bargain store, Thai restaurant and salons. There's not a lot of parking space so good luck finding one and even if there is, people have no shame parking in front of the laundromat store because it's more convenient to them even if it hinders other people and they would stay there until their laundry are done. Ridiculous. I also asked if I can use the bathroom and he said it's not working just go to McDonald. It's cheaper than the others I think so that's kind of good. The guy who works here would just stand there most of the time and do nothing but stare at people while talking to someone. read more

Came in late at night to wash ( im a female ) start washing and the janitor was there watching my every move . He was kinda after a while helped me and even gave me a free dry . Two more customer came in ( african american ) but he was rasict to them INSTANTLY! Btw i am a afrixan american as well but he was fine with me !! The husband asked kindly to use thr restroom and the janitor looked in his face and started talking crap. Then proceed to follow them around the whoooole time! And as i finished and attempted to leave . He try to force his self on me !! TOTAL FUCKING CREEP ! Definitely would never recommend this shit hold read more

This place is a SHIT HOLE! Washers are FILTHY! The floors are disgusting! I can't even stress those two points. Half of the dryers are "out of order", their coin machine shorts you (put in a $20, only got $18 and a dollar of that was in Phillapnio money!), and there is NO CUSTODIAN on premises! What kind of nonsense is that?!?! Trash is over flowing, the one and only sink is disgusting! Looks like they have never cleaned in/under/around it and someone occasionally takes a dump in it, literally. The people seem nice (like the other patrons), however they hog all the wheeled baskets and don't seem to care that other people are there trying to wash either. One lady had so many dryers going at the same time, that the dryer wall of 16 (5 of them was "out of service"), she had all of them going!!! I'll NEVER return here. Also, the video cameras everywhere with a big flat screen in the middle of the laundry mat showing everything. The one dryer that was working ate $0.75- so guess I'm out $4.00...! Never coming back and never recommending to anyone- ever! read more

Poor management and unprofessional customer service (maintenance person literally leaves for long hours and when a machine is not working, coincidently he's not around and there is no number to call) and often blames customers for mixing the soaps (management does not clean thoroughly), accuses customers of lying about the machines not working, and place is highly dirty. I wouldn't be surprised if place shuts down. I do not recommend this place. read more
