Terrible service at Giant Cleaners. I am new to the Carson neighborhood and decided to try this place. I dropped off a large order of clothes and gave the clerk my phone number which is required for pickup. She wrote it down incorrectly and when I came back she refused to make any effort to locate my clothes. Even without a receipt a business should work with the customer to resolve the issue. Horrible Horrible service. I brought my daughter's team wardrobe for cleaning. One of her jackets they completely ruined. The worst part was they didn't want to take ownership of the damage they had done and the lady became extremely disgruntle and confrontational. She refused to compensate me or even refund the down payment I had given upon dropping off the clothing. She refused to give me a business card or even the original receipt I handed to her. My parents used to go here all the time when they didn't have time to clean, iron and press their business clothes. Nowadays, they have time but last week I wore a white dress to my friends graduation and got a huge salsa stain on it from lunch Was extremely worried about it not coming out, it being a white dress I was expecting remnants to remain afterwards. Came in a little ago and the lady greeted me and took the dress. They have the whole system computerized now so your ticket is now a printed receipt! Make sure you bring it back, it'll save you a but of trouble later!! You pay when you pick it up. Picked it up and she found my order quickly. Best dry cleaners in Carson It's been 10 years since I discovered this gem after moving to the Carson area and I haven't been anywhere else since. There's simply no reason to especially with the consistent great customer service, reasonable prices and quick service they offer. I've had numerous alterations; hemmed skirts, jeans, dry cleaned leather jackets, wool, silk, suits, had buttons sew on, elastic added, subtracted. They got impossible stains out of a few items and always do a wonderful job with my alterations. There's isn't anything they can't do or accommodate. They also have a great deal on their dry cleaning and if you are getting a lot done at once are really accommodating. They remember their regular customers, and get dry cleaning done efficiently and quickly. 10 years on and I am yet to be let down by them. read more

Avoid coming to this dry cleaner. They damage an expensive jacket. And the women took all my dry cleaning coats and put them in the back, So I will not be able to take my own coats home. She Also have the receipts that I provided to her and she did not want to give them back so I would not have proof of the clothing that she was holding.
