Thankfully, Dalla's gave it a shot and they were amazing. They removed all of the makeup stains and missed spots that the other dry cleaners didn't take care of. There was also a problem area on the sleeve that looked like the previous dry cleaners over treated. Dalla's was able to get that squared away also. My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. Stretched out button holes, it had become incapable of keeping him snug, cozy. $8 per to tighten them = snug, cozy. I truly would have messed up this repair. ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.

I left the coat Thursday afternoon, with an anticipated pick up on Monday. Friday morning I received a message that the coat was ready and that I could come get it. When I returned, Friday afternoon, the owner remembered me and knew right where my coat was. It was promptly brought to me...and looked fantastic! When I came in, my total to be paid at pick up was at $110. $90 for the hem, $20 for the shoulder. Of course, a quote is dependent on material, difficulty, etc., so I did not complain, but quote versus actual prices ended up being almost double. For a satin, a-line, unlined dress, this price was higher than what any from my group of bridesmaid with the same dress paid at other places. When I came in to pay and receive the dress she again upped the price by $5, making my total $115, which I found out after, was not the price given on my receipt when the dress was dropped off ($110) The actual work was fine and did the job, and the shop owner was very nice, but I do not think I would return here after my own personal experience.
