I've always had my own washer and dryer, but while my new home is being constructed I had to use this place. It's pretty nice and clean. The washer machines work great and plenty of different sizes. The dryers however don't dry well on purpose so we have to keep feeding in money to it. I thought it was pretty expensive. The other customers aren't friendly at all but I don't think they know any better. All in all it's okay, but next time I'd rather wash my clothes by hand on a stone in the LA river...lol

I had an issue with one of the washers and I called the owner Jose (his personal number is posted on the wall for emergencies) and he arrived in less than 10 min and resolved the issue. 100% recommend if you're looking for a clean, safe, local laundromat. I'm going to continue coming when I'm in the area.

We were pretty tired so this was nice and close to where we were staying. Here during the day, washed and dried our clothes. Price to wash was very reasonable especially since the dryers were free to use. Located in a semi-run down area so if you're worried about safety take a friend with you. Otherwise seems pretty safe. The chairs are comfy enough to sit and wait til your washing is ready.

The quality of the experience really depends on who's working. The lady who works in the mornings is always super friendly and helpful -- she keeps the place clean and well-managed. Unfortunately, when the male employee is in charge, the experience is very different. The place is often messy, there's never any paper towel by the sink, and his attitude is unpleasant.

I called a number on the wall because no one was there they said they'd be there in 15-20 mins. Yeah right full of donkey doodle poop. I was there for an hour and a half no one got there. I had no time to leave and start my other loads at another place because I had errands to run at certain times. I also needed the restroom which you need to pay to use I was willing to pay so I don't walk to jack in the box and leave my clothes unattended but the quarter slot was blocked I couldn't deposit money. Also I noticed mold on some machines. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN.
