I came here on an Emergency Basis My Dryer Kicked the bucket But my washer works beautifully my 96 year old Father in law needed his clothes washed I volunteered to wash them and go to the laundromat to Dry his clothes. I looked on yelp to find a laundromat and came across this place the reviews were great i thought I would give it a try. As i walked in the I asked the attendant how much it costs to dry a load of clothes she said $5.25 then she proceeded to tell me that I could not dry my clothes unless I washed my clothes there. I guess you cannot walk in to use only the dryer without using their washer! Thats absurd. The place was empty with only two customers. How can you refuse a paying customer to not use only one machine(dryer) since the place was empty. I would understand if the place was crowded and you did not have Sufficient machines. Such as on a weekend but this was a Tuesday evening 5pm. I walked out. You wont find me here ever. Especially at those prices. I found another place that is a gem where I paid much less just to Dry. I believe exceptions can be made from time to time depending on the situation. read more

This is literally my first time washing clothes at a laundromat, so unfortunately I have nothing to compare them to. But I do plan on visiting other laundromats in my area to see who is the best one. So let's get on with it; As always, masks are required to use the facility. 10 customers are allowed inside at one time. There is No Public Bathroom. They do have a t.v. and a fully stocked vending machine. There is a change machine that takes $20, $10, $5 and $1 bills. The parking here sucks! They have plenty of security cameras inside the perimeter. The location is next to Little Caesar's and a liquor store, & across the street from Target. The washers take around 30 minutes to complete wash. Prices per load are as follows: 1 ($2) 2 ($2.25) 3 ($3.25) 4 ($4.25) 6 ($6.50) 8 ($8) They have both front loading and top loading washers. Dryers are humongous and only 25 cents per 8 minutes. The 2 dryer's I used were not the greatest, so I ended up paying $1 for each dryer. Last wash is at 830pm due to them closing promptly at 10pm. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when everything seemed pretty self-explanatory and the few questions that I did have the nice ladies that work here were able to answer them for me. This is not like the SUDZ in LA Habra. This I only Cash. Which didn't work for me because I use to go to the one in LA Habra which is card load with card. So I had to go to LA Habra to finish up my card thinking I was able to use my card at the pico rivera location. Place was clean. This place is an absolute lifesaver!!! We used to come here to do her laundry before purchasing a washer and dryer. The place is always so well kept, clean and organized. We decided to try out the folded fluff service after a super busy month of letting our clothes pile up. I called to inquire and spoke with Maria an absolute angel and dropped my closing off later that day. Next day picked up everything perfectly packaged and folded up better than I could've ever done. This place is a life-saver... Mrs. found them a while back, and they were very helpful when she needed to use the machines. She was impressed with their friendliness and the cleanliness of the place. She remembered them when we moved and I complained that I've been doing laundry for a month. Drove FIVE MILES to bring our bedding here for the fluff n fold service, and got my day back. I'm definitely coming back. No more givng up my whole day to do my own linens. It's not cheap, but it is definitely WORTH IT. read more

OMG! Never have I ever been to a laundromat this nice and clean. Seriously WOW! I felt like I was at home. The decor is great. Painted walls, pictures, plants and little decorative items. All the machines are clean and the place in general is well maintained. I've been to a few different laundromats in Pico Rivera and this is by far the best one. A regular top load wash is $1.75 and 25 cents per 8 or 10 minutes in the dryer. They have different size machines for larger items. They also offer a fluff and fold service. Just drop it off and the ladies here do it all for you. What?! Awesome. The whole time I was here from about 8 pm to now 9:10 there has been a male staff member here doing janitorial work and keeping an eye on the place. Felt super welcomed and comfortable here with him. Just moved to the area 2 months ago and In those two months we tried 3 different laundromats. This one hands down takes the cake. This place is so clean every time we go the ladies are always cleaning the machines or folding laundry. They offer laundry service for $1.25 a pound machines wash good and the ladies are always super nice. They have a vending machine in case you forget your bleach softener or soap. read more

Their business is very clean and welcoming. They actually take their time to disinfect their machines when used for dog bedding material. Never once had a problem with machines not working. If you have a lazy day (like most of us do), Grey have a special service where you drop off your laundry in the morning and pick it up in the evening with everything being folded. I used this spot once for Fluff & Fold; be warned that you'll be charged for 20 pounds no matter how small the load is, that may be commonplace but I was in a bind so I didn't care. They did a great job, very fast and they called when it was ready, great service. I'm using it today to get a load of laundry done fast, myself this time, and I must say the staff is always cleaning and keeping the place in tip top condition. I would normally freak out a little if a clean piece of laundry hit the floor accidentally, but here, not so much. read more

I left a glowing review over a year ago but I'm not a happy camper right now. I know you have signs that people can't leave while while they're doing laundry but let's be reasonable here. Due to no longer having a decent washer where I live, I have to go to back to the laundromat. I also have to Uber to the laundromat since I don't have a car and have too much stuff to take the bus. I wasn't even gone 10 mins because I had to go across the street to the Food 4 Less to get money and when I came back the attendant removed all my clothes out of the washer and some other girl was loading her stuff into the washer I was going to use!!! I can understand if it was really busy and not too many washers were available and I was gone for a really long time but that wasn't the case here. I was gone about 10 mins, it's not busy at all and there were plenty of washers available!!! I don't have the convenience of a car to go here and there to do this and that so I had to have the Uber drop me off first load the washers, start what I had money to start and go get money to do the rest. I'm really struggling here with having to go back to laundromats in the first place and this experience made it all the more frustrating. I'll be trying the other laundromat on Rosemead next time. read more

As much as I love how the new owners completely renovated this laundromat, I'm completely dissatisfied with the "new rules" of this place. Given the fact that I have lived in the neighborhood behind this Laundromat for more than 7 years, I would always walk over to wash and dry my clothes at least once a week. When the place was shut down and the new owners came in, I didn't want to take my business anywhere else so I waited until they opened up. Anyways, I usually go there to wash and dry if I have more than a load to do but when I only have half of a load, ill wash at my house and walk it over to dry since I have a clothes line instead of a dryer at home. Last week I left my dinner cooking on the stove while I raced over to the laundromat to throw a few shirts in the dryer. I put them in and quickly left to check on my chicken that was boiling, figuring that I would go right back to check on my shirts. When I got back to the Laundromat, a lady that was working there pointed at me in a "come here" gesture as if she was my mother and I was in trouble. I went over and asked her why she was pointing at me and she said, "this is the second time that you come in here without washing and just leave your clothes here to dry. I seen you but you ran out so fast that I couldn't catch you. You need to wash here in order to dry here and when you dry, you can't leave your clothes here and leave ... Blah blah blah blah". After the first few sentences of her rude attitude, I stopped listening. I went to check my clothes and they were wet after putting 2 quarters of time in, which only leads me to believe that she purposely stopped my dryer just to be a b***. The manner that this woman spoke to me was unprofessional, rude and completely uncalled for. I am a PAID customer regardless if I'm washing or drying and I dry there only when I have less than a load because why am I going to spend almost $2 on a washer if I can just wash at home? Not only that but to tell me that I need to stay with my clothes while they dry? What if I needed to go to the store? You're going to stop my dryer because I left? Needless to say, as nice as this laundromat is, the people who work there are rude and I'd much rather go a few blocks down whittier to a Laundromat where I get more time for my quarters anyway. read more
