We were pretty tired so this was nice and close to where we were staying. Here during the day, washed and dried our clothes. Price to wash was very reasonable especially since the dryers were free to use. Located in a semi-run down area so if you're worried about safety take a friend with you. Otherwise seems pretty safe. Disgusting/ and creepy inside, and broken down machines! I have been to laundromats in uglier places that run better. There was a broken part of the washer sitting in the drum. Best local laundromat, all the washing/drying machines are always working well. Both day/night shift workers maintain this place spotless. I typically come in the morning and Maria is always friendly (welcoming) and available to help. If I can give 0 I would. I hardly ever leave reviews but I'm so upset I had to warn the community about this place. I recently moved back to pico and boy- am I disappointed. My washing machine broke so I had no choice but to go to the one closest to me. Well, aside from how disgustingly dirty it is, I put in my clothes and detergent etc, all for quarters to be stuck half way in to THREE machines. I can understand one machine but literally THREE. Cmon. Then, i call the number posted and the man who answered not only hung up on me, but basically said he can't come until "later". I'm sorry but I used to live in bellflower and all the places I went to out there to wash if I ever had bigger things to wash that didn't fit in my own machine, well someone is always present. Constantly cleaning and sanitizing machines after every use. Especially with Covid I was so hesitant and I'm praying my clothes currently washing don't get ruined. Never ever ever coming here again. We've been coming here for about 2 months now and we love it here! Super friendly service! Super cheap washer and dryers! We had to come because our dryer wasn't working and we haven't left since! We've tried other laundromats around the are but you can't beat the seclusion especially because of Covid. If I can could give this place a zero I would yes it has free dry but it doesn't even do a good job to wash my clothes the washer machines are filthy dirty. The last time we went the worker there was coming out of the room looking like he just woke up. I washed my clothes and they where halfed washed (part dry and wet) the guy is always sitting around especially in the massage chair, always comes and goes so when I needed help for what happen to my clothes he wasn't around. I wrote the first review because the man that is runs the place said he'd give me a free wash ( due to the one I tried and put money into not working) and he told me just put 4* , so I did. Today he's not here, I put 7.50 into the big washer ( which was broken last time 1 of 3 ) and at 6.50 it stops working. I called the number 3 times before I text it and he tells me that I opened the machine and that's why it discredited me and he can't do anything about it. Sir, yes you can. It's not my fault, your not here to help and when I asked him if he knew around what time he would return because I need my change, it's what I buy my drier sheets with he said oh bueno "okay" and hung up. Not to mention he left and locked the restroom door with no sign of it saying so , I told him I put a quarter in and he just said it's due to people showering in their. This is the worse laundromat ever. My clothes got stolen, the maintenance person saw it happen and he didn't do anything about it. I tried to stop the guy who stole my clothes and he took off with everything. Many of the dryers and washers don't work half the time, and if you tell the maintenance person for your reimbursement, he simply tells you there's no malfunction of the machines and he can't give you anything. Unbelievable!! The maintenance guy is rude, absolutely no customer service skills!! read more

If you're having dryer issues at home and need somewhere to dry your clothes this is not the place for you. They only allow you to use the dryers if you are also washing it is a beyond stupid rule. The attendant basically had us take out the clothes from the dryer, it was embarrassing and uncalled for all I wanted was to dry my work clothes and I was paying I don't see the problem.
