I've seen her…read moreearlier in the days and late at night, both times she is super friendly and if she sees you parking, she will meet you at the lot with a cart and help you bring your stuff in. She's done it with me and others. She offered us a water bottle and she is just such a sweetheart in general. To some people (especially my own kind) she may seem rude but she's not. It's a culture thing and it could be a language barrier because we've exchanged a handful of words. Today she helped an older lady fold her comforter and the rest of her clothes. There is still good people in this world. If no one is around, place still looks clean. I mean, it also depends on the people that use it. Some can be careless but for the most part, I enjoy coming here versus the newer one down the street by the car wash. Never really seen any suspicious persons in and out or around the area so as a female, I feel really comfortable if I come alone. Prices not bad at all, compared to my apartment complex and the amount of larger loads makes it easier and faster for me to get things done.

I am truly impressed!…read more Ignore all of the bad reviews because people are ill-informed on all of the issues they have encountered. This laundromat is not only the cleanest, but the most communicative. The signs are posted everywhere around the laundromat stating that there is an authorization charge when using cards to pay for your loads. I am a seasoned laundromat veteran and has been on a hunt for the best laundromat in the area and this is THE ONE!! Pros: --Great clean and powerful Continental machines. They might look small. However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I am so impressed that they take the time to deep clean their machines. They have to maintain their equipment well because they run a laundry service I love this place. It is going to be my go-to laundry place from now on. I have my own setup at home, but doing massive loads at once helps me save more time! You have to be weary of your surroundings. When you're inside, it is super safe and efficient!

Also they will mark the machines that don't work which is great! But the place isn't as clean as it used to be which is basically why we would come here. There's also no hot water either. They have a bathroom but it's been out of order for about three weeks if not more. I don't really have confidence that they'll get it fixed. If you do come here the nearest bathroom is at the Laca Ave coffee and tea shop. It's customers only but it's worth buying something they're really good. I am disappointed it's gone kinda downhill as a laundry mat, while I couldn't fully understand the previous management they did keep things fixed and clean! Also if you only drink zero sodas they only have diet soda, regular soda, juice, and Arizona tea in their drink vending machines. Sometimes vitamin water. They do get rid of people who harass others though if they're around.
