This used to be the place to wash. Until it got sold. The new owners got super cheap and raised the prices. Ever since they took over, they removed paper towels, and use hand air dryers. Which leaves a mess everywhere since water drips. And without the paper towels, you need to bring your own, if you plan on wiping down the tables. They've also put pool tubes behind the washers to silence them, which in my opinion looks extremely tacky. I've started washing at bobs down the street, it's bigger, more parking, and cheaper!!! read more

This is the laundromat I frequent and so far I've had no problems. Loads are expensive but that's with everything. Machines are clean and they just added a kiosk to buy detergent, etc. What they need is a restroom for customers. read more

This laundry is very well maintained. It's always clean. There is always a maintenance person incase you need help. I've only met Saul & Benjamin. They both have excellent customer service. I always see them asking those washing if everything is fine. The carts are usually put back and not scatter everywhere making it easier to move around the laundromat. There is various laundry to use for different loads. The $4.75 fits 2 full size bedding along with a twin bedding and maybe another blanket. There is also laundry's that take quarters and card. Whenever one has trouble with a laundry the maintenance person will offer to help fix the laundry, give your money back or they'll give you a complimentary wash on them. This is not often necessary since there are only a few laundries and dryers that are out of service. The time I was having trouble with one I recommended they place a sign, but they got someone to come and fix it pretty quick. The owner did mention he had a Mechanic service the laundromat every Friday. Probably because it's less busy Fridays. The maintenance people usually are cleaning the handles. They also have early bird deals Tuesdays & Thursday's. Plus they have vending machines with laundry bags incase they are needed, snack vending machines. There is also a Starbucks near by, taco stand and a shopping outlet across with Food 4 less, Subway, Chinese food , El Pollo Loco incase you want to grab anything to eat while waiting. The prices are very reasonable and the dryers are great at drying. Gives you 16 mins per quarter on the dryer. Honestly best laundromat I've ever come to have been coming here since September of 2020. And they always recommend wearing mask due to COVID. The owner's number is also on top of the maintenance room in case there is no one to help and he is quick to respond incase there isn't anyone to help. This only has to be done on rare occasions since there is usually someone. I've only had to call once. Plus the maintenance people always have recommendations such has turning you blankets inside out after half a cycle so they dry fully. And they let you take the laundry cart out to help take your laundry load in and to your car incase you have to many. I know everything is going up in price but they should have a sign that prices changed! Before dryer was a quarter for 13 mins and you add as much depending the time you wanted. Now its 50 cents for 12 minutes and additional quarters only give you 5 more minutes. Besides it the dryer sucks as is. To dry 7 towels i used 2 dollars and was not even completely dry some of them the corners were still feeling a little wet. Its just way to pricey and they need to sweep more often. My favorite laundromat...hands down. I have a washing machine at home. But somehow, I have to take my clothes to a laundromat to wash..otherwise, my bed becomes my closet and my blazers stays wrinkled for days on. My mom says I'm crazy. Came here since it's close to home, but I'm kinda regretting it. I was so confused but here's the breakdown of my review: Pros: - big washers (8 loads) - massage machines - vending machines - play area for kids - restrooms - plenty of folding tables - free wifi - friendly staff Cons: - you have to purchase a card ($1) and load it with money to use the washer and dryer - some machines are expensive - the place is old, and run-down (despite being "new") - children running around everywhere The employee here is really nice. He noticed how confused I was and helped me out. He told me I would have to purchase a card for $1 and he even helped me load it with money. Pretty clean laundromat, the staff is really nice here. However it does get crowed. I used to come at night right before they closed, but there was an incident in the parking lot a guy on meth got in a fight with some wannabe gangster, the staff took a minute to call 911, cops showed up and took care of the situation, I felt safe again. Any ways, what can I say about that isolated incident, can happen anywhere when you are in the hood lol. They have wifi, massage chairs, a place to get water, and vending machines with over priced laundry supplies, just walk across the street to the dollar tree if you need something. I prefer to come here when it's not busy, really early, and never in the weekends! A lot of parents with multiple children, and trust me they don't look after them! read more

Finally found a coin launder that is clean, not crowded, and have huge washers for blankets.

I never forget the day (March 12, 2016) that some of my clothes was burned in here. I was hurrying buying new clothes so i can ask for money replace for my burning clothes a week or days after the owner just gave $10 to my husband he said the business is not doing well. One of the caretaker cannot believe and my husband still going inspite of my protest. I also saw a small insects walking around the folding table. Now we found a new laundromat that accept coins. Worst laundromat ever! All machines take a credit card issued by the establishment. You buy a card in one location and then go to the other side of the laundromat and insert money into it. No directions in English. A nice couple helped me after I bought 6 cards thinking they already had $ on them. No one around to help. I called the "for help call" sign and guy was on lunch. Once you figure out the system it's a great place to wash. 4 of the 8 '2 load' washers have been out of order for quite some time now. Forces people to use the higher priced machines since. Coincidentally, the higher priced machines make up 70% of the laundromats inventory. Would rate higher but it almost seems like they are encouraging use of the higher priced machines by not fixing the 2 load washers. read more
