I've been going here regularly for years and they are pretty consistent. Excellent service just have to get used to the idea that they don't really have rush on dry cleaning so come prepared. The husband of two who works here remembers my fave every time and knows where my clothes are at the ready. I've been in DTLA for a few years now and the places I've tried out here don't compare to this mom and pops. I drive to Alhambra for dry cleaning still to this day. These are the worst dry cleaners ever! They ripped my moms traditional Chinese wedding gown in 2 locations that she preserved from 35 years ago that she wore at her wedding. She passed it on to me and I was supposed to wear it to my wedding. Not only that bad they tried to hide the fact they ripped it by putting glue over the rip making darkened stains on the gown. The wife who runs the business is the worst and won't own up to it and refuses to give any compensation even though the husband told us already they did accidentally rip it. This is absolutely infuriating and I hope they go out of business. This is a warning to all that they are crooked business owners and we will not support this type of business. read more

I would actually give this place 4.5 stars, but since the owner is really friendly and it's hard to find a reliable dry cleaning place, ill round up. I would take off 0.5 star because it could be just a little bit cheaper. Overall, this is a great place to have dry cleaning done, and not just in the 626. I live in the area with my fiance, and her grandmother (this sweet little old Chinese lady) told me to take my dry cleaning here and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, I drop off and pick up dry cleaning for my Pops who lives out in Whittier because he enjoys their work/price so much. Last time I dropped off my slacks, the owner was asking how I liked my creases in them, which was a first for me. The location is between a bakery and restaurant, it just says Cleaners outside. Lastly, it doesn't take took long, I would say a couple of days (for 3 dress shirts & 3 slacks) to get your dry cleaning back. They accept credit card with no extra or minimum charge, the clothing has never been damaged or misplaced, and the service has been professional. What more can you ask for? Please DO NOT use this location! All my dress shirts were dry cleaned and pressed on time. However, one shirt shrank a lot. I can't even button it anymore. When I called to complain, the guy told me that he's worked there for 10 years and that I'm the first person to complain that something shrank. Seems like a load of BS to me. I offered to bring back the shirt, so he could see if it was a different material, or to see if he accidentally laundered it--but he got extremely defensive and started pretending like he couldn't understand me. I've been coming to this place for over 10 years. Guy has always been friendly. He even remembers my name. A few weeks ago i noticed my shirts had big cuts on the elbows. I threw two shirts away thinking i had done this at work without knowing. The next day i went to pull a shirt i had just got cleaned here and it was cut. The other 2 shirts were cut as well. I took the shirts in and told him about everything. He offered to pay for the 3 shirts. I felt bad and told him they were less expensive than they really were. He gave me a check and i went on my way. I still liked their service and wanted to remain a loyal customer but i came to drop off a ton of clothes and he refused to take my business. So even after them ruining 5 of my shirts, i wanted to continue doing business and he refused. Poor customer service. Take your clothes elsewhere. read more

I have no problem with the dry cleaning at this place but I have major problems with the alterations. I took a shirt there to get altered and I was quoted one price when I dropped it off and another when I picked it up. When I question the guy (who is by the way very nice), he acted like he was confused but unwilling to help. Just recently, I took 3 pairs of jeans to get hemmed. One pair of the jeans was given back to me with no alterations at all, How do I know? The bottom hem is the same length as it was before and still distressed from me stepping on it. The second pair of jeans is 2 inches longer than I asked. Not cool.... I felt cheated. Not sure what they are doing but I now have to go back and complain. read more

Visited twice. Jackets were nicely cleaned. But my 100% wool sweater was totally ruined. I paid first and then check on my sweater. There were 3 big holes on it. The owner argued that those were moth holes and not caused by drying cleaning. One of the holes even has a straight line clean cut edge. It's in the middle of the sweater and it's big. Every one can see it. I told her that it doesn't make sense to have a clothes dry cleaned when I cannot wear it any more. She said I don't know why you want it clean. She ignored me and kept doing her own things. I'm sure she can tell they are newly cut holes. Go some where else for delicate clothing. read more
